毕竟是让学生、家长给我们教师打分,尽管是无记名,还是有不少学生或家长不愿表达自己真实意思,有些表格几乎都是A,这些表格我作为无效表,只能作参考。
所谓有个性的的表格,从打的等级中可看出不少B、C等,不随大流。
因此,我的统计分析中,更注重的是这些等级的出现频率。
如果教条的按各个等级统计,除个别选项外,90%以上均为A级,并不能反映真实的信息,因此我主要从数百张调查表统计分析一些有价值的的信息。
一.学生方面1.调查表⑴绝大部分同学对英语课较为感兴趣,认为英语老师授课能引人入胜,课堂教学气氛轻松愉悦,对学生的思考积极鼓励,课堂上有机会提问和发表观点,课堂教学效率较高,授课中能激发求知欲,十分注重思维能力方法的培养,对学生们课内提出的问题认真解答,能不断改进教学方法,注重运用先进的教学手段,教学富于启发性,善于课题引入,方法科学、恰当、新颖,有吸引力,能激发学生的求知欲,能结合该学科的特点,指导学生学习方法。
对作业负担,绝大部分同学认为适中,但有少数同学认为作业过重或过轻。
⑵部分同学评价我们任课老师对待同学是批评为主,课上提出的问题挑战性不强,对作业和考卷的评价启发性不强,布置课堂练习,当堂完成较少,引导同学们课外阅读、尝试解决实际问题、运用课外资料、生活实例进行教学还不多。
⑶对任课教师上课态度班级间差别较大,可见与不同教师个人性格有较大关系。
也有个别同学认为某老师上课时挖苦讽刺或呵斥学生,上课发言机会较少。
2.问卷调查⑴学生较为喜欢的课目是:英语(可能与学科调查是英语有关)、数学,也有不少同学对语文、物理、化学、历史感兴趣。
主要原因是英语、语文较为实用,数学能培养、训练人的思维,物理与生活较为贴近,化学实验有趣,历史故事丰富多色彩。

4分,是全校最高的。

学生人数逐级减少,学校男女生比例也相差较大,男生是稀有动物,特别是九年级,每个班的男生都不超过10个。
全校共有54个教职工,其中中学高级教师1人,中学一级教师41人,中学二级教师2人,小学高级教师7人,普通工人1人。
教师的学历都不高,大部分都是大专文凭,教师平均年龄也较大。
xx中学的教学设备较落后,只有一间录播室和一间多媒体教室。
录播室是近年来连州市教育局要求建立的,其设备较先进,而多媒体教室里的设备已经很陈旧了。
三、调查结果与分析1.英语教师、教学方面xx中学共有7位教师负责英语学科教学工作,2男5女。
每位教师负责两个班的英语教学工作。
其中,中学一级教师6人,中学二级教师1人。
据了解,有一位教师是非英语专业出生,其发音非常不准。
实习期间,通过听每位英语教师的课发现,在教学方面,教师通常采用讲授法,特别是七八年级。

功不够扎实,口语问题尤为严峻。对小学生的英语学习影响较大。 另外,英语老师任课班级过多,一般都有 6-8 个班级,而且部分 学校的班额很大,面对 300-400 名学生,我们的老师无法顾及每 一个学生,一是老师的精力有限,二是学生的时间有限,学生中 两极分化现象越来越明显。现在有的学校的三年级英语课每周只 开两节课。英语学习须要大量重复,课时不足势必制约着教学质 量。

邮寄的调查问卷以及走访单位的范围包括全国5个省、12个市,共发放问卷500份,收回问卷156份,其中有效问卷128份。
二、基本情况本次调查的单位主要涉及国营和事业单位、民营企业、中外合资企业、商贸和股份制公司、个体及私营公司等。
从企业规模看,大型企业占22、0%、中型企业占31、5%、小型企业占46、5%。
从企业的经济类型看,国有企业占10、4%、民营企业占23、5%、中外合资企业占9、0%、商贸和股份合作制公司占25、5%、个体和私营公司占31、6%。
调查以公司和企业管理者为对象,其中企业经营者职务为董事长、总经理、厂长、企业高层副职占26、0%,市场部及人事部经理职务占38、5%,工程师和技术人员8、7%,公司职员17、5%,其它职务占9、3%。
受调查的128人中,男性占64、1%,女性占35、9%、三、对商务英语专业人才需求情况在本次调查中,在问到调查单位目前是否有引进商务英语人才计划时,有60、9%的单位选择了“有”;暂未考虑和没有的分别为23、4%和15、6%。

一些先进的教学方法和教学理念我发现在现在的中学的教学中并不是很受欢迎,重要的原因就是采用这种教学方法取得的效果不是很理想,上课时学生的眼球多被吸引到了大屏幕上去,很少有学生再看书本了。
学生多爱看一些图画,对图画的记忆倒很清楚,但却忽略了图画旁边的文字。
这种教学方法对于该地区也较难普遍使用,因此,老师们仍然保持使用传统的教学方法。
在调查中我还发现有经验的老师进行教学时,课堂气
氛相对和谐。
老师说本校的学生的记律较差,自觉性不足,如果气氛过于活跃,课堂就会乱哄哄,难以克制。
而且学生的自主学习能力差,合作能力欠缺,实际效果为达到但花去了大量的时间,从而影响教学进度。
大部分学生喜欢那种上课幽默的,不爱批评学生的,能够和学生很好相处的老师,他们都希望老师能够多关注自己,即使是成绩差的学生也这样,这种愿望甚至比其他学生更加强烈。
他们希望老师多了解他们的真实的想法,宽恕他们的叛逆心理,同他们做好朋友,而不是老师用一种居高临下的气势去对待他们。
而且,有的学生还喜欢关注老师,对老师的衣着,对老师日常工作中所发生的一些事情都感兴趣。
看来我们做老师的要好好和学生进行及时的沟通,以了解学生的真实想法,以便自己在教学中更好地开展工作。
通过以上的调查,我认为在今后的语文教学中,老师应该注意以下几个问题:
一、培养学生学习语文的兴趣,只有学生对他所学的科目提高兴趣了他们才有可能很快地提高成绩。
老师可以多组织一些语文活动课,让学生积极地参与进来,叫学生在自己的参与中意识到学语文的重要性。
上课时老师可以多举一些生动、形象的例子,让学生有个直观的感受,而不仅仅是理论上的枯燥理解。
对课文的解析要深入浅出,例子最好能贴近生活,最好是当下发生的,人们关注的事情,这样能更好地让学生展开讨论,进而使学生兴趣更进一步。
二、正确对待现代多媒体技术。
多媒体应用到现在的教学中去确实的教育史上的一大进步,它的直观性、生动性、丰富性对教学有着巨大的促进作用,但我认为在应用现代多媒体技术的同时要把握一个度,过度地使用多媒体可能回引起学生的反感,这一点从上面的调查不难发现。
对一些枯燥的课文,我建议最好能用多媒体教学,在课件
中多制作一些图画、flash,这样会让学生一下子对图片产生兴趣,从而带着好奇心去学习课文,枯燥的文本就会容易让学生接受。
而对于一些故事性比较强的课文而言,最好是教师在课堂上讲,多与学生互动,多让学生参与进来,这样就能很好地调动学生的学习兴趣,有利于老师和学生的交流。
同时希望教育部门能更多关注山区的教育,为山区边远学校增加教育设备。
三、对待学生要一视同仁,赏识每一位学生。
无论学生的成绩好与差,老师都要充分尊重学生的人格,这也是一个合格教师的基本要求。
现在我们讲尊重,不仅仅只是要求学生尊重老师,而且还要求老师尊重学生,作为一个老师要知道,你只有尊重学生,学生才能更好地尊重你。
另外,对于成绩差的学生也要积极地鼓励他去学习,这样的学生只要一有进步,就应该及时表扬,表扬是促使差生进步的一种好的方法。
在平时的教学中尽量少批评学生,
以鼓励为主,即使是批评学生时,也要注意方法,语言最好不要尖锐刻薄,不要伤害学生的自尊心。
有批评错的地方也应该向学生道歉,这一点恐怕老师们很难做到,其实学生的宽容之心并不比老师差,真心地向学生承认错误的老师可能会更加受学生尊重的,我在实和调查的过程中就有这样的感受。
四、除了做好自己的本职工作以外,我认为语文老师最好能多参加学生们组织的一些活动。
在参与中同学生交流,了解学生的真实想法,对学生的组织成果给予肯定,这样能和学生更好地融合。
多主动同学生谈心,做学生的好朋友,消除老师和学生之间的鸿沟,促进教育、教学更好地展开。
总之,以上就是我在这次实习期间调查的有关情况。
其中有些看法也许不尽正确,但毕竟这是我通过实际调查得到的结果,我会从中吸取一些优秀老师的做法,结合自
己实际的水平应用到今后的教学中去。
我想只要我能够以积极的心态坚持下去,多了解当下的教学情况,解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,我在不久的将来会成为一名合格的人民教师,但愿我的想法能变成现实。
