Today, after many days of practice and lots of matches, we entered the basketball final.
I was the leader of the team. At the very beginning, one student from our team got the ball and quickly shot a basket. Oh, it went in, 2:0. All our classmates cheered.
But after a few minutes there were some mistakes and we lost eight points. I changed two players, but it didn’t help.

本试题卷的命题紧紧围绕<<英语课程标准>>中提出的五级的相关内容和要求,积极体现新课程理念。既注重学生的英语语言知识和技能，又关注学生的情感态度，文化意识和学习策略。
试卷分两部分：第一部分是听力，第二部分是笔试部分。听力是对学生通过听录音获得语言信息，并表达所获信息能力的一种测试。听力理解并不是学生“被动”接受，而是学生“主动”与接受的信息进行“交流”。既学生要用已知的信息进行分析、加工、归纳、预测，以达到快速、准确理解所接受的信息的目的。本卷的听力1至5小题，主要考查学生的读图能力。6至10小题，从学生熟悉的谈话中提取信息和观点，考查的是学生的理解能力。11至15小题是一篇与学生生活贴近，没有生词的语言材料，学生若能注意抓关键词，捕捉信息重点，就能够正确答题。
笔试部分的第一大题是单项选择题。单选题中主要考查学生对一些英语基础知识的掌握情况，如冠词，介词，反意问句，宾语从句，动词词组，疑问词，if引导的条件状语从句，日常交际用语，代词，不定代词，动词时态等等。完型填空是一种综合性较强的测试题型，也是中考及各类英语考试中的常规题型。完型填空要求填入的词主要有：构成各种时态的动词，名词和介词，根据上下文意思及结构必须填入的形容词、副词、代词、同义词、近义词等容易混淆的词。学生在解题时，必须通读全文、把握大意，先获得整体印象，弄清文脉，抓住主旨，再结合选项、综合考虑、初定答案。其中相当一部分答案是靠透彻理解短文内容来确定的，只有少数答案是单纯通过语法知识或习惯用语来确定的。学生在动笔时要瞻前顾后、通篇考虑、先易后难。阅读理解题的核心是理解。学生首先要弄懂文字材料所说明的事实，作者写作的目的、观点和意见。要根据材料所提供的信息去理解；要理解具体的事实，也要理解抽象的概念，要理解某句、某段的意思，也要理解全文的逻辑关系，并据此进行推理和判断。本卷中直接理解性的题目较多。学生只要看清题意，通读全文，了解文中所叙述的重要事实或细节，就可以解答出来。逻辑性的题目有一定的难度。学生往往不能直接从文中找出答案，而必须根据上下文及其相互间的关系或对整篇文章进行深层理解分析后，才能找到答案。如本卷中的第50题。第51题是一个归纳概括题，学生必须在细读文章的基础上，结合所学语言知识，生活常识等进行逻辑推理，判断，从
而获得文章中内隐的信息，找出正确答案。单词拼写也是今年来全国各地中考试题中普遍采用的题型。本卷中的单词拼写题融词法、语法、语义词形于一体的综合运用语言知识的主观测试题，突出考查学生的语言运用能力。该题的内容以实词为主，虚词较少。如名词，代词，数词，介词等。主要考查学生的记忆和拼写能力，如February。其次，考查学生词形变化和语法知识运用能力。学生要根据句意，语法知识及结构，分析用什么形式。任务型阅读是2004年中考新增加的题型，它考查学生语言实际运用能力，是“阅读理解题”的另外一种方式，但比阅读理解题容易、浅显，问题的答案通常可以直接在文章中找到。为了有利于学生学习英语知识、发展语言技能，提高学生的分析理解、逻辑理解、社会生活的综合能力、用英语解决日常生活实际问题的能力，本人设计了让学生读对话，填写表格的任务型阅读。主要考查学生运用语言去解决实际问题的能力。书面表达也就是英语作文。是考查学生以书面英语的形式传递信息进行交际的能力。考查学生运用所学知识遣词造句及用英语写作的综合能力，也是对学生最高层次的能力要求。当今社会要构建“和谐”社会，人与人之间就应该互相关心，互相理解，互相合作，互相学习。而我们的学生大多数是家中的“独苗”，他们备受家人的关心和爱护，是家里的“小皇帝”，好多学生都是以“自我”为中心，不懂得去关心，帮助别人，他们经不起挫折。因此，在设计作文时，我就想让学生思考一下家人对他们的关心、帮助和建议，自己对此的想法，以及今后的打算和行动。对学生进行一次思想教育。
试题特点：1）本试卷在选取材料时，都考虑到对学生基础知识的考查，无论是听力，单项选择题，完型填空，单词拼写，考查的知识面较广，如名词，代词，介词，数词，连词，形容词及其比较等级等。2）选材时，注重文化意识（如单词拼写题谈到的春节）和对学生的教育意义（如作文）。
本试卷若在本校测试，预计平均分在93分左右。
