汽车内饰件油漆涂层标准1 范围本标准适用于所有车型内饰件喷漆的技术要求。

用于内饰件的喷漆,例如:仪表板、门护板,杂物,头枕,扶手等装饰和防护目的。

本企业标准由范围、引用标准、技术要求、试验方法、产品出厂验收等部分组成。

4 材料4.1材料和组成4.1.1 喷漆体按图纸或说明,或按照相应零部件标准要求;4.1.2 涂层体系漆基按图纸或说明;5 技术要求5.1 预处理在试验前,要放在正常气候条件下(空气温度为23℃,允许偏差在±1,空气湿度为50%和允许偏差在±3)24小时,做预处理。

5.2 外观喷漆件表面均匀,不允许有针孔、裂纹、流挂、条纹、叠层等缺陷。

喷漆表面的颜色和光泽必须与样品或色板一致。

5.2 外观 喷漆件表面均匀,不允许有针孔、裂纹、流挂、条纹、叠层等缺陷。 喷漆表面的颜色和光泽符合由奇瑞公司设计部门发放的色标或经相关部门批准的标准样品。
5.3 禁限用物质: 5.3.1 所有材料必须满足公司相应的健康和安全要求,供应商必须提供生产零件运用到的所有产品信 息,确保能对产品潜在的危险性进行识别,同时利于适当的健康和安全控制程序的实施; 5.3.2 材料不含有毒化合物,如:铅,镉等,应符合 Q/SQR E1-5 等相关标准。
抹在试验件表面并压紧,防晒霜以填满纱布网眼为宜。抹去多余的霜后将试验件放置于 80℃的热循环空
气中放置 24h,取出后去除纱布并用抹布擦去残留的防晒霜,在标准环境中放置 24h,然后检查试片的漆
膜外观、颜色变化,附着力、硬度
6.3 耐合成汗液
人工汗液的配制分 A 溶液和 B 溶液,将两者溶液混合,同 6.2.1 点滴试验,其中;
置 24 小时;后检查试片表面,要求漆膜没有剥离、破裂、起泡、附着力满足 0 或 1 级。
6.6.2 先将试样放置在(-40±3)℃的温度下,放置 24 小时,后将试样放置在室温下,静置 30 分钟,
然后再放在温度(90±2)℃(如:门护板系统、副仪表板、空调控制系统)的热循环空气中,放置 24
小时;后检查试片表面,要求漆膜没有剥离、破裂、起泡、附着力满足 0 或 1 级。

3.11.1 耐腐蚀交变试验
试验按 PV 1210,并用 DIN EN ISO 7253 中的 8.5 条的划刻线试验法进行,求值按 DIN EN ISO 4628-8 进行.
技术要求: — 5 个试验周期之后:母体金属的切棱和表面上无腐蚀现象 — 15 个试验周期之后:无气泡,无锌腐蚀,在划刻线上和切棱上漆层脱开的尺寸(D)
<2.5 mm, — 30 个试验周期之后:构件表面划刻线之外的金属没有腐蚀(离切棱 2.5 mm 的邻近处,
不得有母体金属腐蚀);网格法试验按 DIN EN ISO 2409: 特征值 1.
3.11.2 恒温冷凝水试验
试验按 DIN 50017 – KK 进行,试验周期 240 h,紧接着试样在(18 ~ 28)℃室温下适应 环境 30 min.

3 技术要求
3.1 基本技术要求
首次供货和更改的批准按 VW 011 55 避免有害物质按 VW 911 01 零件在镀之后不得直接涂漆(例如从镀锌车间发送到涂漆车间),不得进行磷化处理或 其他保护层密封处理,必须满足 TL 217 标准规定的防护方法, Ofl – c310, Ofl – c340, 或者 Ofl – c330, Ofl – c630 等等,镀锌零件是否需要运输防护或存放防护,例如,涂抹 润滑油以保护表面,一定要与油漆车间进行协商,在 VW – 康采恩任一车间施漆时,运 输防护和存放防护都必须符合质量规范 QP A 001.

5.6 热老化试验
在(+150-1)℃持续的循环空气中存放.试验最好使用成品件进行.允许用成品件截取件. 如果试样任何一部位出现 PP 分解现象(材料变得易碎),则达到粉化.
5.7 耐寒性
低温存放至少一个成品件. 存放温度: (-40±2)℃; 存放时间: (22+2) h.
5.4 缺口冲击强度
冲击弯曲试验(宽面冲击)按 DIN EN ISO 179-1,试样长度: (50±1) mm,宽度(6±0.2) mm 厚度符合成品件厚度(最大 4 mm);支撑距离(支撑宽度):40 mm,摆锤式冲击试验机 4 J.
试样在宽面加工 0.8 mm 的 U 型开口.开口深度为试样厚度的 1/3.开口根部倒角半径 必须<0.1 mm.

一次全面性的试验需要8个零件。

3.3 基本工料按图纸。

3.4 保护形式/外观参考表格1。

图纸里如无特别标示,颜色分别为黑色。

3.5 预处理如使用空气干燥式涂敷系统,以及/或者涂装系统在工作温度超过60℃时便中止烘烤作业,则部件应在试验前接受24小时以及60℃的预处理过程。

然后,试样应按照DIN 50014中的要求冷却至室温(18℃至28℃)。

3.6 涂层厚度请参阅表格2。

接合缝以及涂敷面的层厚是有限制的,具体的限制参数需在相关图纸内注明。

表23.7 粘合力和脆性用符合DIN EN ISO 2409的涂层网格进行检验。

要求:参数0至1。

3.8 涂层石击强度试验用DIN 55996-1中的方法B进行检验,目测判断试验结果。

要求:小于或等于参数2。

¾ PP分子中存在叔碳原子,在光和热的作用下极易断裂降解。未加稳定 剂的PP在150℃下被加热半小时以上,或在阳光充足的地方曝晒12天 就会明显变脆。未加稳定剂的PP粉料在室内避光放置4个月也会严重 降解,散发出明显的酸味。在PP粉料造粒之前加入0.2%以上的抗氧剂 可以有效地防止PP在加工和使用过程中的降解老化。

The system supplier confirms this in the initial sample test report, i.e. it bears the responsibility to fill the aforementioned requirements.Responsibility is divided as followings:–The paint manufacturer informs about the fulfilment of TL requirements, provides its processing guidelines and gives application technical support.–The paint shop furnishes informs about the underground (plastic type and trade name), earliest checks the requirements (also for pre-production parts), confirms compliance with the processing guidelines (e.g. drying time, temperature, humidity) of the Manufacturer and calls for application technical assistance.–The injection molder keeps the processing guidelines from the raw material. The substrate/blank must be able to paint in a process-safe. No damage to the raw material may be caused by the injection molding process, so that the varnishing ability is not adversely affected.3.5ConditioningAll samples delivered for inspection must be preconditioned by the supplier as follows:7 days at room temperature with a narrow air temperature range (18 °c to 28 °c) or 48 h at 60 °c.
