一、混水阀的基本工作原理介绍
电热水器上的扳手实际上是叫混水阀,温度的调节就是通过这个混水阀来完成的。
混水阀的两边分別接入了热水管和冷水管,热水管连接电热水器,冷水连接自来水管,一般情况下,混水阀左边接热水,右边接冷水,混水阀的扳手在冷热水之间左右转动,两种温度的水在混水阀里面根据比例混合就能得到我们想要的温度了,要想热一点就往左一点,要想冷一点就往右一点,冷热混合好的水就由另外一根出水管流出来供大家使用。
二、电热水器混水阀的分类
1、按材质来分,可分为SUS304不锈钢、铸铁、全塑、黄铜、锌合金材料电热水器混水阀,高分子复合材质电热水器混水阀等类型。
2、按功能来分,可分为洗脸盆、浴缸、淋浴间、厨房水槽龙头。
3、按结构来分,又可分为单联式、双联式和三联式等几种水龙头。
此外,还有单手柄和双手柄之分。
单联式能接冷水管或热水管;双联式可同时接热冷两根管道,多用于卫生间洗脸盆和热水供应的厨房水槽的龙头;三联式除了接冷热水两根管路外,还可以接花洒喷头,
主要用于电热水器混水阀。
单手柄电热水器混水阀通过一个摇杆就可以调节冷水热水的温度,双手柄则要分别调节冷水和热水来调节温度。
三、电热水器混水阀安装使用说明
1、安装前,要先将管道冲洗干净,冲走管道中的杂质,避免堵塞混水阀。
2、定期清理过滤装置避免水垢等杂质堵塞,从而影响进出水,水质较差的地区最好每个月清理一次。
3、安装前要尽可能保证冷水热水水压平衡,压力差不要超过1kg(0.10mpa)它直接影响到混水阀效果和出水量,如压力差过大可以在高压端加装减压阀,或在低压端装增压阀。

a 用砂轮锯断管,应将管材放在砂轮锯卡钳上,对准画线卡牢,进手柄用力要均匀,不要用力过猛,断管后要将管口断面的铁膜、毛b 用手锯断管,应将管材固定在压力案的压力钳内,将锯条对准画条要保持与管的轴线垂直,推拉锯用力要均匀,锯口要锯到底,不防管口断面变形。
2 套丝:将断好的管材,按管径尺寸分次套制丝扣,一般以管径次,40-50mm者套丝3次,70mm以上者套丝3-4次为宜。
a 用套丝机套丝,将管材夹在套丝机卡盘上,留出适当长度将卡盘码,上好板牙,按管径对好刻度的适当位置,紧住固定扳机,将润开机推板,待丝扣套到适当长度,轻轻松开扳机。
b 用手工套丝板套丝,先松开固定扳机,将套丝板板盘退到零度,把板盘对准所需刻度,拧紧固定扳机,将管材放在压力案压力钳内紧,将套丝板轻轻套入管材,使其松紧适度,而后两手推套丝板到侧面扳套丝板,用力要均匀,待丝扣即将套成时,轻轻松开扳机丝扣应有锥度。

第一步.将黑色手柄套入球阀,来回旋转2 圈,然后使三通球阀A端口处于完全关闭状态,并取下手柄。
注意阀门流向A进C出。

第二步:按住执行器的齿轮释放按钮,将执行器的驱动机构旋转至下图位置。

第三步:.将驱动杆沿缺口插入连接件的孔,并旋转至下图位置。

第四步:.按照要求3 安装完成后,查看驱动轴的另一面确认安装是否符合要求
或驱动轴有没有问题,不符合下图的坚决不能继续安装。

第五步. 将连接件和驱动轴固定在球阀上, 拧紧螺栓。

第六步.将执行器按照工艺要求的方向套入驱动轴,并固定执行器后部的螺栓,最
后将黑色手柄套入驱动杆,打紧顶部螺钉,注意驱动手柄方向如图。

第七步.在连接水阀控制线的时候,注意需要跳线,由DA处跳到RA。

混水阀组装工艺流程一、准备工作。
咱要组装混水阀呀,先得把东西都准备齐活儿了。
就像做饭得先把食材都摆在面前一样。
咱得有混水阀的各个零件,什么阀芯啦、把手啦、阀体啦,这些小零件可一个都不能少。
而且呢,最好找个干净、宽敞的地方来干活儿,可别在那种乱糟糟的小角落里,不然零件找不着可就糟心了。
再准备点小工具,像螺丝刀这种基本的工具是肯定得有的。
如果有那种专门用来拧小螺丝的小扳手就更好啦,用起来可顺手了。
这些工具就像是战士上战场的武器一样,没它们可不行。
二、检查零件。
零件都拿出来了,咱可不能一股脑就开始组装。
得先检查检查这些零件有没有什么毛病。
看看阀芯有没有划痕呀,要是有划痕,可能就会影响它的密封性,到时候水到处乱流可就麻烦了。
再看看把手,有没有哪里断了或者不结实的地方。
还有阀体,要看看它的孔呀,螺纹呀是不是都完好无损的。
这就像是相亲的时候,得先把对象看仔细了,不然以后过日子可能就有麻烦了。
三、开始组装阀芯。
好啦,零件检查完没问题了,就可以开始组装了。
咱先来说说阀芯的组装。
把阀芯小心翼翼地放到阀体对应的位置上。
这时候可得注意方向哦,就像穿鞋子不能穿反了一样。
如果方向错了,那混水阀可就没法正常工作啦。
放好之后呢,要用合适的工具把它固定住。
可不能拧得太紧了,太紧了可能会把阀芯弄坏;也不能太松了,松了的话它就会漏水。
这就像是给小宝贝盖被子,不能盖太多也不能盖太少,得刚刚好。
四、安装把手。
阀芯装好了,就轮到把手了。
把手的安装也很重要呢。
把手要和阀芯能够完美地配合起来。
把手上一般都有个孔或者卡槽之类的,要对准阀芯上对应的部位。
然后呢,用螺丝或者其他的连接件把把手固定在阀芯上。
在拧螺丝的时候,要一边拧一边试试把手的转动是不是顺畅。
要是感觉有点卡,那就要调整一下,可能是把手没安装正,或者是螺丝拧得太紧了。
这就像是在调整自行车的刹车一样,得让它用起来顺顺当当的。
五、最后的检查。
混水阀组装得差不多了,可还不能掉以轻心。
要做最后的检查。

热水循环系统不再像以前那样,需要将热水管内的冷水排掉,才能用到热水。
除了酒店宾外,热水循环系统已经慢慢的进入到了住宅家庭中。
在一些新房装修中,很多人已经开始安装了热水循环系统。
家用热水循环系统,对于热水器的选择并没有要求,可以是燃气热水器,也可以是电热水器。
在家用热水循环系统中,主要靠回水器将热水管道内的冷水抽回热水器内重新加热。
回水器类似于小型水泵,当回水器工作时,回水器将热水管道内的冷水抽回来,再重新经过热水器加热输送到热水管道内。
回水原理热水循环的热水管与回水管,其实就是一条连通的管道,如果热水管的起点是热水器的话,那热水管的终点就是回水器。
热水管少不了支管,但是支管的长度都不会太长,在使用时,仍然需要放掉支管内的一小段冷水。
热水循环管道做法热水循环最基本的做法,就是由热水器热水管道出来,在管道内截断加入三通,将管道分支进入龙头内置。

上图就是秒出热水示意图,整条热水管道都不使用三通口做分支,将热水管道直接做到水龙头位置,加入带牙三通做为龙头接口,再次弯管到下一个龙头。
这样做使用的弯头太多,热水管道的压力也可能会大大降低,不利于使用。
秒出热水虽然能实现,但是做出来的效果可能不太理想,不建议大家用这种夸张做法。
在热水循环系统中,还有一个关键点,那就是需要加入一个止回阀。
止回阀又称逆止阀、单向阀、逆流阀、和背压阀。
止回阀属于一种自动阀门,其主要作用是防止介质倒流、防止泵及驱动电动机反转,以及容器介质的泄放。
如果不加入止回阀会是怎样呢?当我们在需要使用热水时,如果不加入止回阀,那么冷水就会通过回水管,直接流到水龙头位置。

一、什么是混水阀
简单来说混水阀就是共用一个阀门,冷热水混合在一起,放出的是温水,一些洗脸盆水龙头大多数安装的都是混水阀。
不过在这里要注意的是混水阀的阀门不会混合的,为了接冷热水管才把这
个阀门接到一起的,混水阀还分为手动机械调节式和自力式恒温式,不过我们现在用的最多的就是手动机械调节式,用户可以根据自己的需求来调节水温。
二、5种混水阀安装方法
1、恒温混水安装
在安装恒温混水阀前,我们要检查水管是否时左热右冷,不要把冷水管和
热水管接错,以免混水阀不能正常的使用。
太阳能热水器以及燃气热水器都不
能使用恒温混水阀,因为水压太低。
安装恒温混水阀切记不要忘记安装冷热水
过滤网。
2、厨房混水阀安装
一般购买厨房混水阀的时候,一定要结实和牢固,因为厨房的混水阀每天洗碗洗菜时,都会使用,并且使用的次数也很多。
使用时间长了很容易造成松动,所以混水阀的螺母一定要拧紧。
现在市面上出现了一些混水阀采用的是螺管加
大螺母固定,这样的稳固效果很好,未来可能会是一个流行趋势。
3、面盆混水阀安装
说到面盆使用的混水阀很多人在安装的时候,选择了专用角阀,在安装时角阀要和出水的冷热水管要固定好,当发现角阀和混水阀的水管有一定距离时,可以使用长管链接一下,根据需要截取一部分。
角度不合适的话可根据需要适度弯曲到您需要的位置。
在安装面盆去水时,请不要忘记购买龙头的小接口。
在安装混水阀之前请别忘记提前冲洗埋在墙内的水管。
4、浴室混水阀安装
浴室的混水阀如果不能安装正确的话,在洗澡时就不太方便,浴室的混水阀安装和其他的地方安装时不太一样的。
浴室混水阀安装一般要把混水阀的阀芯预埋在墙内。
预埋前一定要考虑到卫生间墙体的厚度,墙体太薄的话,阀芯将无法预埋。
预埋时阀芯自带的塑料保护罩不要过早地摘除,以免在预埋时水泥和其他杂务损坏阀芯。
5、电热水器混水阀安装
1、安装前,应注意先将管路清洗干净,冲掉管路中的杂物,以防堵塞混水阀。
2、定时清洗过滤器以防水垢等杂物堵塞,从而影响进出水,水质不好地区至少每月清洗一次。
3、安装前应尽量做到冷热水水压平衡,压差不要超过1公斤(0.10mpa)它直接关系到混水效果和出水量,如压差过大可在高压端加装减压阀,或在低压端加装增压阀。
4、初次调节时首先应将所有喷头全部打开流水调节,注意旋钮方向,顺时针温度降低,逆时针温度升高并做到三个旋钮刻度一致,在看表的同时慢慢调节。
5、一般故障及排除:
(1)、不混水:先检查进出水开关是否打开,管路及过滤器是否堵塞,进水压差是否过大。
(2)、小流量不混水(即若使用一、二个喷头,水温过低):主要是压差过大,调整进水压力,使之尽量平衡。
(3)、冷热水互窜:混水器中的逆流阀被异物垫住造成的,这时需将进水口打开用一个管子,探进混水器中反复冲洗即可。
(4)、混水温度呼冷呼热:电热水器混水阀堵塞,拆开阀芯清洗(此项工作
最好在技术人员指导下进行)。
三、混水阀如何挑选
1、看外观。
好的龙头外观柔亮,流线型设计,给予精致且厚实的感觉,并且出水口设计精巧,设有内置式滤网(更好的龙头还会设有可拆卸滤网)。
2、掂重量。
好的龙头比较沉,一般单孔混水阀龙头重约2斤以上。
3、反复扳动混水阀开关。
封住进出水口,然后扳动开关,好的水龙头密封性很好,你能感觉手柄有很明显的吸力,并且灵活自如。
4、用棉签试水龙头内部管道。
看是否有铁锈等杂质,好的水龙头内部非常干净。
5、做好以上操作后就问一下价格及保修时间。
以地级市为例,好的龙头至少混水阀180元以上,并且至少保修2年
四、混水阀坏了怎么办
1、在修理混水阀之前,需要注意的是吧冷水总阀和热水器电源开关,或者是太阳能的热水总阀关掉。
关掉之后在打开混水阀直到水完全的流出为止。
2、当混水阀的水流出后,就可以开始做拆卸混发的工作了。
在拆卸时一定要注意热水阀进口的水温,小心烫手。
先给把柄中间的顶丝松开,拿下把柄,后用活动扳手松下阀芯的压盖就可以取出阀芯,然后清理堵塞的污垢。
