外形尺寸
灵巧型:外形小巧安装尺寸小,应用于小型运动机构. 例:YBLX-ME、YBLX-JW2、YBLX-X2系列. 普通型:外形安装尺寸在35X50㎜左右,这应用于一般普通机床上。 例:YBLX-K1、YBLX-K3、 YBLX-19系列.
庞大型:外形以及安装尺寸较大,应用于大型运动机构.比如用于
钢厂行车的提升机构、码头龙门吊车的轨道吊钩等. 例:YBLX-4 、YBLX-22 、YBLX-33、YBLX-44 等系列. 因为这些设 备的控制容量较大 ,开关外形结构尺寸相应的增大以便于提供足 够的空间供触头动作及散热.
微动开关
微动开关作为限位开关的一个类别,在使用上与一般限位开 关有某些区别,关键在于理解”微动”二字. 动作行程更小,一般在3~4mm以内,因此开关灵敏性强,控制精度高,
外形安装尺寸小,一般只有普通限位开关的1/3,甚至1/4.由 于其外形小,广泛地使用于电子产品中,作为机械触发信号.

综合对限位开关的论述,可按以下几个方面进行选择:
根据控制回路的容量选择相应容量的限位开关. 根据运动机构及开关安装位置方式,确定限位开关的操动方 式. 根据安装孔尺寸,选择相应大小的开关;若没有安装孔,则
控制容量 控制容量就是其电性能参数(额定电压、额定电流、功率 等).例如:选择的开关电性能过高,势必造成系统成本的增加,
否则选择的开关又不能可靠地对电路进行接通与分断.
小电流:市场上销售的限位开关绝大多数额定电压在380V以 下、额定电流5A以下.究其原因可以从其控制方式可以知晓. 从图1电气控制图可知限位开关与线圈串联.因此开关控制电 参数性能满足线圈电压、电流大小;根据电磁感应原理电磁 动力F∝I2N,按此公式电磁力与电流平方和线圈匝数成正比, 同时由电流热效应.焦耳定律Q= I2Rt,电流越大产生热量越大, 从而使线圈温度上升造成烧损。

DESCRIPTIONThe HIH-5030/5031 Series Low Voltage Humidity Sensors operate down to 2.7 Vdc, often ideal in battery-powered systems where the supply is a nominal 3 Vdc.The HIH 5030/5031 complements our existing line of 5 Vdc SMD (Surface Mount Device) humidity sensors. SMD packaging on tape and reel allows for use in high volume, automated pick and place manufacturing, eliminating lead misalignment to printed circuit board through-holes. The HIH-5030/5031 Series Humidity Sensors are designed specifically for high volume OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) users.Direct input to a controller or other device is made possible by this sensor s near linear voltage output. With a typical current draw of only 200 A, the HIH-5030/5031 Series is ideally suited for many low drain, battery operated systems. 接近开关是一种无需与运动部件进行机械直接接触而可以操作的位置开关,当物体接近开关的感应面到动作距离时,不需要机械接触及施加任何压力即可使开关动作,从而驱动直流电器或给计算机(plc)装置提供控制指令。
接近开关是种开关型传感器(即无触点开关),它既有行程开关、微动开关的特性,同时具有传感性能,且动作可靠,性能稳定,频率响应快,应用寿命长,抗干扰能力强等、并具有防水、防震、耐腐蚀等特点。
产品有电感式、电容式、霍尔式、交、直流型。
接近开关又称无触点接近开关,是理想的电子开关量传感器。
当金属检测体接近开关的感应区域,开关就能无接触,无压力、无火花、迅速发出电气指令,准确反应出运动机构的位置和行程,即使用于一般的行程控制,其定位精度、操作频率、使用寿命、安装调整的方便性和对恶劣环境的适用能力,是一般机械式行程开关所不能相比的。
它广泛地应用于机床、冶金、化工、轻纺和印刷等行业。
在自动控制系统中可作为限位、计数、定位控制和自动保护环节等。
