海事学院副院长张祖平、副院长黄家进等陪同并出席调研会。
调研会上，海事学院院长赵邦枝首先代表全院师生对李永健书记的到来表示热烈的欢迎，并对李永健书记和长江职业学院长期以来对海事学院的关心和支持表示衷心的感谢。
赵邦枝院长代表海事学院向长江职业学院的各位领导就海事学院的招生工作、师资队伍建设、设施设备建设、教学管理、学生管理等儿个方面做汇报。
1赵邦枝院长表示海事学院在长江职业学院和主管单位的正确领导和大力支持下，各方面工作扎实推进、进展有序。
海事学院各部门负责人做了补充性发言。
随后，长江职业学院各职能部门领导讲话，长江职业学院各职能部门领导和海事学院各部门负责人双方还就海事学院在招生工作、教学管理、学生管理等方面进行广泛而深入的交流和沟通。
长江职业学院副校长王学梅也指出双方合作办学的不足之处，希望在双方的共同努力下，能够将海事学院的建设推向新的高度。
最后，李永健书记指出，海事学院在办学体制、机制上占尽优势，发展潜力巨大。
长江职业学院作为海事学院直属领导，将尽最大努力支持和帮助学院的发展。
李书记还对海事学院提出几点指导性的意.见:第一，希望海事学院要勇于创新，充分发挥学院先进的体制机制，在现有基础上谋发展，上层次，推动学院的快速发展。
第二，希望学院不拘一格选拔人才，建立流的师资队伍和教学管理队伍，不断探索和完善学院的发展模式和管理体系。
第三，希望学院在提高内涵上多下功夫，要结合经济社会发展需求，以市场为导向，提高教育教学质量，为社会培养合格的高素质人才。

今天是第十三个记者节，由党委宣传部举办、我团协办庆祝的记者节晚会暨优秀通讯员表彰大会在这里隆重举行。
党委宣传部老师与长江商报记者熊辉、湖北省19个高校记者团大学生记者和现场500多名观众在这里一起共同庆祝这个节日。
在激情四射的五个青春活力女生舞动的开场秀《like this》的伴随下，晚会拉开序幕，党委宣传部部长何志武发表热情洋溢地讲话，对一直奉献在新闻战线的师生们致以节日地祝贺，对在工作中默默耕耘、辛勤付出的老师和同学们致以诚挚的谢意，并希望大家再接再厉，推动我校新闻宣传工作再上新台阶。

晚上首先对评选出的十佳优秀教师通讯员、优秀大学生记者、优秀播音员、优秀通讯员、优秀电视台主持人颁奖。
高职院校“立体化”教学管理模式研究——以长江职业学院为例

长江职业学院关于加强校务公开工作的意见为进一步加强学校的民主管理与民主监督，促进学校的改革和发展，切实贯彻学校党委提出的“以人为本，民主办学，依法治校，阳光治校”办法思想，现提出校务公开工作的实施意见。
一、实行校务公开的目的意义实行校务公开是贯彻落实党的十八大精神和“三个代表”重要思想，推进社会主义民主政治建设和依法治教、依法治校，阳光治校的必然要求；是加强基层民主制度建设，完善民主决策、民主管理和民主监督机制，保障和维护全校师生员工合法权益的有效措施；是加强党风廉政建设，从源头上防治腐败的重要举措。
通过加强校务公开，有利于进一步密切党群关系、调动广大教职工办学积极性；有利于深化内部管理体制改革，提高工作效率和工作水平；有利于不断完善和规范办事行为，增强广大干部和教师依法办事的自觉性；有利于树立干部和教师公正、廉洁、高效服务人民、奉献社会的良好形象，维护学校的稳定大局，推动学校事业进一步发展。
二、校务公开的基本要求1、校务公开工作事关学校的改革、发展和稳定全局，必须在校党委统一领导下,由学校行政主持，纪检、工会协调监督，业务部门各负其责，教职工积极参与的工作格局。
建立党委领导下的校务公开领导小组，有组织、有领导、有计划、积极稳妥地推进校务公开工作。
2、校务公开既要维护广大教职工参与民主管理和民主监督的权利，又要维护学校领导依法治校的权力。
3、校务公开要坚持内容客观真实、程序简化清楚、运作规范易行。
4、校务公开要注重实效、分层次、多形式，积极稳妥地予以推进。
5、校务公开必须遵守有关保密规定。
三、校务公开的主要内容（一)、根据不同内容在校内不同范围公开的事项：1、基本校情。
包括学校在改革、建设、发展中取得的成就、存在的问题和困难等。
2、学校办学思想、发展规划、年度工作计划、改革方案、教职工队伍建设等重大问题。
3、学校内部管理体制改革办法。
包括机构设置、岗位编制、用人条件、聘用程序、校内津贴发放、职工奖惩办法以及其它和教职工权益有关的基本规章制度。

价值工程0引言工学结合、校企合作是培养高职人才的有效途径。
学生通过校内学习掌握必要的文化知识和专业理论，通过到企业实践培养职业素养和操作技能，二者有机结合才能完善学生的知识结构和能力结构体系。
因此构建学生校内成绩考核与企业实践考核相结合的学业评价体系成为我们必须认真思考和研究的重要课题。
按照《教育部关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》（教高［2006］16号）的文件精神，结合学习实践科学发展观，为促进我校教育教学改革，增强学生的职业能力，提高教育教学质量，我们以旅游管理专业为样本，就校内成绩考核与企业实践考核相结合的问题做了如下调查研究。
1现状分析1.1校内成绩考核目前，校内成绩考核依然以理论考试为主，形式主要是课堂笔试。
每门课程按照平时占20％、期中占30％、期末占50％的比例，综合评定总成绩。
随着教学改革的深入，目前也有部分教师在部分课程的考核中进行了改革尝试，如进行实际操作考核（或者理论和操作各占一部分）、进行案例分析、撰写调查报告或小论文等。
1.2企业实践与考核以旅游管理专业为例，企业实践主要分为阶段岗位实习（寒暑假、黄金周）、专业教学周实习、毕业实习（第五、六学期）三种方式，灵活分布于各个教学阶段，实行“学习什么，实际操作什么”的原则，学生能及时消化所学理论，并在实践操中发现问题，增强对理论的理解。
寒暑假实习，主要解决贫困学生贫困问题。
双休实习，利用课外休息时间学习岗位技能，边学边用，活学活用，学以致用。
专业教学周，根据部分职业技术课的实践要求，与校企合作单位联系，专业教师带队安排学生1-2周专业技能实习。
毕业实习，基本是在理论知识学习阶段完成以后，在大三上学期开始组织学生集体去实习基地。
实习过程分三步走:首先，培养学生良好的思想意识，养成良好的职业道德和责任心。
其次，职业技能实习按部门轮岗，六个月争取实习两至三个岗位，如经理助理岗———学习企业管理、市场竞争机制、用人机制、激励机制；销售岗———建立客户信息，拓展区域市场，建立区域销售渠道；导游岗———让游客在最短时间内按自己的思维模式运转，掌握较好的语言趣味性、仪表仪态魅力等等。

由长江职业学院招生就业处运作的“大学生就业超市”正式开业，免费向我校应届毕业生提供工作岗位。
超市开业当天,约300平方米的会场挤满了前来应聘的各院系学生,企业招聘摊点前簇拥着前来咨询的学生。
有40多家企业来到超市参加招聘会。

就业超市所有企业的信息来源，均为大学生创业协会全体成员在外搜集所得。
各企业的招聘信息放在超市的货品展架上，前来寻找工
作岗位的学生可以浏览信息并投放求职简历，负责超市管理的大学生创业协会成员定期收集简历送达用人单位，并更新各个用人单位的招聘信息。
协会每月分配指标给每个团队，搜集企业招聘信息，由各团队共同完成。
在协会，有四个分别由协会会长、副会长带领的团队，在外搜集企业相关招聘信息，然后筛选上架。
在每月的全会上会评选优秀团队，发以流动红旗以示奖励，落后的团队也会得到相应惩处。
协会发动全体成员在外寻找企业招聘信息，在补充超市企业招聘信息的同时，也锻炼了成员的沟通表达能力，增强了他们的社会实践能力，一举两得。
