As we all know, solar energy comes from the sun, so as long as the sun is there, we will have ever-lasting source of energy without any concern over the fact that it will be used up. Besides, solar energy is very clear and causes no pollution.

He was a man who gave love to those who needed most. In the old days, quite a lot of children who were eager to go to school could not afford to do so. Seeing that, Mr. Tao gave up the comfortable life in the big city

Only by undergoing more challenges and toils in adversity can young people cultivate strong personality and ability, and only in this way can they become winners in this competitive world.

The picture vividly depicts an intense football match with five football players, actually the five members of a family, among whom three sons and a daughter are playing the role of goalkeeper at the four corners, while their old father is crouching into the shape of a football, attempting to roll into one of the nets.

Undoubtedly, the picture arouses a deep concern over the issue of caring for old people parents/senior citizens. The aged have been paying/contributing/offering all their energy for community/society/the world and for their families and tend to become physically feeble and financially unsupported ，but now some of the youth are so selfish and the lifestyle they have been accustomed to is so independent that seeking help and solace from these heartless children is to some extent out of the question.

Therefore, it is imperative that we should take some effective measures to end this phenomenon. On one hand, we should appeal to our governments to make concrete laws to protect parents’ legal rights and punish those cold-blo oded children. On the other hand, we should enhance people’s awareness that caring for the aged is the traditional virtue of Chinese culture. More importantly, we should not only support the parents financially but also care about their emotional need. The popular song “Back Home Regularly” has reflected such a public appeal. It is by this way that parents can lead an enjoyable and comfortable life in their late years.

Only in this way can we promote cultural development positively and, only in this way, I believe, can we hope to be more and more popular in this world.

So long as we know how to define ourselves rather than to have ourselves defined by cultures, so long as we can enjoy a diverse life.
