4.我司在收到贵公司、贵公司雇员及代理的损失及费用清单后5天内，保证结
清所有费用。
5.本担保函将根据中国有关法律进行解释，任何本担保函项下的纠纷提交中国

1、To indemnify you and hold you harmless in respect of any liability, loss or damages of whatsoever nature which you may sustain by rea son of delivering the goods to consignee in acc

2、To pay you on demand the amount of any
loss or damages which the master and/or agents of the vessel or any other servants or agents whatsoever may incur as a result of delivering the goods as aforesaid.(由于如上述般的交货船长或船舶的代理人或贵方雇佣其他任何雇员或代理人可能承受的任何灭失或损坏的赔款，一经贵公司提出即向贵公司支付。

3、In the event of any proceeding being co mmenced against you or any of you servants of agents in connection with the delivery of the g oods as aforesaid, to provide you or them from time to time on demand with sufficient funds to defend the same.(一旦有关题述事由向贵公司或贵公司的雇员或代理人提出诉讼，一经提出即时向贵公司的雇员提供足够的诉讼辩护费。

4、If the vessel or any other vessel or p roperty belong to you should be arrested or det
ained or if the arrest or detention thereof sho uld threatened by reason of aforesaid request to provide on demand such bail or other security as may be required to prevent such arrest or detention or to secure the release of such ve ssel or property and indemnify you in respect o f any loss, damage ,or expenses caused by such
