英文文献写作格式学习
1、英文医学论文写作格式与内容：结果results讨论discussions致谢acknowledgement利益冲突conflicts of interest参考文献references图、表figures、legends，etc.附件appendices2、对文题的要求：简（brief，字数<18,<2行）明（clear，清楚、不模糊）准（precise，不夸大、不过于概括、稍具体）3、文题应注意的情况①不应过长、不应过于概括、不应抽象②文题中应避免使用不重要的、含义不明确的词，如：“ A study on …..”“ An investigation of ….”“A clinical study on….”“A survey of….”③文题如以定冠词The开头，多数情况下将其省略。

用英文拼写的数词，不可用阿拉伯数字。

Diabetes is a chronic condition that affects the way the body processes blood sugar (glucose). There are two main types of diabetes: type 1 and type 2. 。
Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. This type of diabetes is usually diagnosed in children and young adults, and it requires daily administration of insulin to manage blood sugar levels.On the other hand, type 2 diabetes is more common and is often linked to lifestyle factors such as obesity, lack of physical activity, and poor diet. In type 2 diabetes,the body becomes resistant to the effects of insulin or doesn't produce enough insulin to maintain normal glucose levels. This type of diabetes can often be managed through lifestyle changes, such as weight loss, exercise, anddietary modifications.Both types of diabetes can lead to seriouscomplications if not properly managed. These complications include heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, nerve damage, and vision loss. A postmortem study of 64 vagus nerves from 32 children up to 1 year of age was done to determine the incidence of ectopic parathyroid tissue. The segments of nerve (average length, 2.6 cm), including the entire ganglion nodosum, were examined using a combination of step and serial sectioning. Discrete solitary collections of ectopic parathyroid chief cells were seen in 6% of vagus nerves and ranged in diameter from 162 to 360 micron. Confirmation of the nature of the cells was based on the presence of abundant glycogen and positive immunoreactivity for chromogranin and parathormone. The possible significance of intravagal parathyroid tissue is briefly discussed.

作者姓名一般出现在题目之下，作者姓名 的拼写方式应按照《汉语拼音方案》的要 求拼写，姓在前，名在后，姓和名之间空 一格。

题目字数不宜太长，否则易使读者抓不 住重点。在能准确反映论文特定内容的 前提下，字数越少越好，最好在12个单 词以内，最多不超过16个单词。对较长 的题目，可采取增加副标题进行补充说 明以缩短主题目的长度。

然而在一般箔况下，摘要并不一定都包括以上四个部分，也可能只包含 其中的某几个项目。其中研究过程与结果以及作者的结论是最关键的内容。 大多数摘要一般都包括这两个方面。至于研究目的与背景以及对未来的展 望，则较为次要，写亦可，不写亦可。
资料-指示性摘要(InfoFra bibliotekmative-indicative abstract)
这是一种综合性的摘要，即在资料性摘要的写作中搀杂 有通报性摘要的某些写作手法，从而简化了摘要内容中 某些部分的叙述，使其具有一定的通报性。事实上在摘 要的写作中，各种写作手法及格式并非泾渭分明，而是 相互渗透，综合使用的。若要严格区分，也仅仅是孰轻 孰重的问题。
