Scope of Work:The Contractor shall perform all necessary labor, materials, and services to complete the Project as described in the attached drawings, specifications, and other documents (collectively, the "Scope of Work").2. Project Duration:The Project shall be commenced on [Start Date] and shall be completed by [Completion Date]. Any delays in the completion of the Project shall be subject to the provisions of Section 6 below.3. Payment Terms:a. The Owner shall pay the Contractor a total sum of [Total Contract Price] for the construction of the Project.b. Any additional costs or time delays resulting from such changes shall be adjusted accordingly.6. Delays:a. The Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to complete the Project on time. However, the Contractor shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but notlimited to acts of God, labor disputes, material shortages, or government actions.b. In the event of a delay, the Contractor shall promptly notify the Owner in writing, and the completion date shall be extended accordingly.7. Acceptance:The Project shall be deemed accepted by the Owner upon completion and upon the Owner's written approval of the final inspection report.8. Warranty:The Contractor warrants that the work performed and materials used in the Project will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [Warranty Period] from the date of final acceptance.9. Insurance:The Contractor shall maintain, throughout the term of this Contract, all necessary insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and property insurance, with limits satisfactory to the Owner.10. 3.2、指派为乙方驻工地代表，联系方式负责合同履行。
按要求组织施工，保质、保量、按期完成施工任务，解决由乙方负责的各项事宜。
3.3、严格执行施工规范、安全操作规程、防火安全规定、环境保护规定。
严格按照图纸或作法说明进行施工，做好各项质量检查记录。
参加竣工验收，编制工程结算。
3.4、遵守国家或地方政府及有关部门对施工现场管理的规定，妥善保护好施工现场周围建筑物、设备管线、古树名木不受损坏。
做好施工现场保卫和垃圾消纳等工作，处理好由于施工带来的扰民问题及周围单位(住户)的关系。

甲方供应的材料按时抵达现场后，由乙方负责保管MaterialprovidedbyPartyA:(seetheannex:“TableofMaterialstobeprovidedbytheOwner”).IfPartyAacquiresma terialsfortheproject,itshouldfirstcheckwithPartyBthatthemateri alsmatchtothedesignrequirements,andoncethematerialsareinthecar eofPartyB,thenPartyBisresponsibleforthematerials.IfPartyArequi ressomematerialswhichdonotfittothedesignthenitshallbetherespon sibilityofPartyAtopayanyadditionalcostsincurredbyPartyB.四、关于工程质量及验收的约定FULFILMENTOFTHISAGREEMENT1.本工程应符合<建筑装饰工程技术规程>和市建设行政主管部门制定的其它地方标准\质量评定验收标准Theexecutionofthisprojectmustbeconsistentwiththe “ArchitecturalandEngineeringRules”ofthecityadministrativedepartmentsresponsibleforthedevelopment ofbuildingsandlocalstandardsandqualityevaluationacceptancecrit eria.2.本工程由乙方进行设计，提供施工图纸一式两份，双方签字确认PartyBmustprovideaduplicatecopyoftheconstructiondesignsand drawings,andbothcopiesshouldbesignedbybothparties.3.甲方提供的材料、设备质量不合格而影响工程质量，其返工费用由甲方承担，工期相应顺延IfmaterialsprovidedbyPartyAfortheconstructiondonotmeetthen ecessaryrequirements,PartyAshallbearresponsibilityforanyresult ingdelaysinthecompletionintheproject.4.由于乙方原因造成质量事故，其返工费用由乙方承担IfthequalityofPartyB'sworkresultsinanyaccidents,theliabili tyforsuchaccidentsshallbetheresponsibilityofPartyB.5.在施工过程中，甲方提出设计修改意见及增减工程项目，须提前与乙方联系，在双方签订<工程项目变更单>后，方能进行该项目的施工、因此影响工程竣工日期的，责任由甲方承担。
凡甲方私自与施工人员商定更改施工内容、增加施工项目所引起的一切后果，甲方自负，给乙方造成损失的，甲方应予赔偿If,duringtheconstruction,PartyAwishestoproposeachangetothe design,heshouldsigna“ChangeofProject”withPartyBandmustassumeresponsibilityforresultingdelaysorincre aseincosts.IfPartyAsecretlyattemptstochangetodesigndirectlywit htheconstructionpersonnelandthisactioncauseslosstoPartyB,thenP artyAmustcompensatePartyBforthisloss.6.工程验收：乙方负责理隐蔽工程和中间工程的检查与验收手续。
由乙方组织专门人员进行验收。
一切理隐蔽工程和中间工程的质量由乙方负责Thestandardofwork.ItistheresponsibilityofPartyBtomakesuret hatallconstructionworksarecarriedouttotherequirementsofthedesi gnandtomakesurethatallinternalwallsandhiddenconstructionpartsa retotherequiredstandard.7.工程竣工：乙方完工后即应通知甲方验收，甲方应在竣工当日组织验收，并办理验收移交手续，双方签<工程质量验收单>。
