乙方执行部门：甲乙双方经过充分协商，现就培训英语教师事宜达成如下协议：
一、甲乙双方合作进行的教师培训属非学历教育性质，目的在于提高教师的学力和业务水平。
二、甲方负责组织与行政管理，乙方负责教学和业务管理，并为教学质量负主要责任。
三、乙方为甲方举办的学力教育培训班，每期名学生，每个教学班人数为人，培训期限为年，培训班的英语教学时数不得少于节。
四、乙方承诺：经过大约学时的培训，能使甲方参加培训的大部
分学员在英语听力和口语等方面的能力有明显提高，能够满足全英语教学需要，能够胜任教育国际交流翻译任务。
对于学员反映强烈、课堂教学效果差的教师，经甲方提出，乙方应当予以及时更换。
五、甲乙双方都同意将教学点设在区教师进修学校，寒暑假期间将教学点设在外语外贸大学校本部。
六、甲方同意乙方为甲方学员开设的课程及课时分配计划：听力节、口语节、英语电影视听节、英语新闻视听节（小学节）、语音节、交际英语节、教学法节、高考英语复试辅导节（小学教师不参加）。
七、乙方负责组织好平时的测验、中段考、结业考及水平测试（共三次），对三次水平测试合格者颁发学力证明书（结业证书），并负责建立接受培训英语教师的学力档案；甲方负责建立全区英语教师的继续教育档案，并负责把教师培训成绩纳入业务档案管理。
八、经过甲乙双方协商的培训时间，乙方原则上不得随意改变，如有变更应当至少提前一星期通知甲方。
九、培训费用按照每人每节课元计算（包含教材费和散页讲义费），
每月结算一次，由甲方以支票方式支付给乙方；乙方除收取培训费用外，不再收取其它任何费用。
十、学员培训过程中的交通费、住宿费等由甲方自行解决或由学员自理。
十一、双方共同努力，积极探索学历教育的可行性，条件成熟的时候乙方为甲方举办的专科升本科的学历教育班；
十二、操作事宜由区教师进修学校与出国人员培训部协商解决。
