无石棉管理规定
无石棉管理规定根据SOLAS公约修正案MSC.282(86)有关无石棉材料的最新要求，遵照国际海事组织以及船级社的相关规定，我司就船舶所有材料、机械、电气装置和设备，以及对其进行的更换、维护或新增部件等，做出了无石棉材料的管理规定。
规定内容如下：According to the last requirement about asbestos-free of SOLASconvention amendment MSC.282(86), comply with IMO and classification society regulations, we make asbestos-free management regulation for vessel all materials, machine, electrical equipment and device, and some parts changed, maintained, or newly added. Contentsare as below:—对于新造船/重大改建船舶要求不含石棉，并且必须要求船厂出具所有材料的无石棉声明。
此声明作为船舶证书保存。
Require asbestos free for new building ship or major rebuild ship. Must ask shipyard to issue asbestos-free declaration for all materials. And this declaration muse be kept on board as vessel certificate.—对于已经营运的船舶，船存备件要进行清点整理，在收集证据后，由船舶管理公司出具无石棉的确认证明。
并且以本规定实施之日起，对于以后所供应船舶的可能含有石棉制品的备件物料必须具有无石棉检测报告。

禁止使用石棉的通知
一、背景 2002 年 7 月 1 日之前，石棉在船上使用比较广泛。认识到其对人体和
环境的危害，IMO 于 2000 年以 MSC.99(73)形式通过了 SOLAS 2000 年修正 案，要求 2002 年 7 月 1 日及以后，对所有船舶，除了规定的高温/高压环境 下使用的水密接头和内衬、特定的叶片和高温下的绝缘装置外，不允许含有 石棉材料的新的设备、装置和材料装船使用。（中国船级社技术管理处（2001） 通函 021 号总第 50 号）
为保护拆船业人员健康，石棉也被 2009 年 5 月 15 日 IMO 通过的《2009 年 香港国际安全与无害环境拆船公约》（以下简称“香港公约”，待生效）列入附 录 1“有害物质的控制”，明确要求所有船舶，应禁止新装含有石棉的材料。
二、近期国际动态 各个国家对石棉近期非常关注。自 2010 年 7 月以来，荷兰海事主管报
附件：关于石棉的分类、船上常见位置和检测方法 石棉大致分为 6 个种类：温石棉、青石棉、铁石棉（铁闪石）、直闪石石棉、 透闪石石棉、阳起石石棉。一般通过偏光显微镜，辅以电子显微镜技术和/或 X 射线衍射仪（如适用），以上种类均能够检测被检出。目前，有专业机构已能进 行石棉的快速检测。
石棉在船上的常见位置为：:
