初三培优方案范文四篇XXX:初三培优方案(2556字)为切实提高初三教学质量,实施“优生”战略,使20XX年我校中考成绩有质的飞越,根据本年级师生实际情况。
采取超常规措施,实现升入重点中学人数的跨越式突破,提升我校的教学质量和社会信任度。
特制订以下优生培养方案:一、情况分析10届学生在初一招生时教科局的五严规定(不许分快慢班)的大方针下,因我校教师师资不齐(有明显弱科)导致6个班级发展不均,优生流失比较严重,留住的尖子生缺乏你争我赶的竞争氛围,研究积极性不强,惰性十足,教师缺乏对他们实施有效的拔尖措施,使得目前10届学生的整体素质不容乐观。
原因如下:1、初一入学时,附近XXX优秀学生严重流失,即使现在的所谓尖子生也大多是当时参加XXX、平阳、同盛等学校选拔考试未能考中,迫不得已才来我校就读的学生;2、上初二时,优良学生又多量流失;3、现在的两个尖子班实际上是上学年期末统考中全县前200名中的34位学生和200名外我校的34-70名学生按综合成绩确定的尖子生。
4、现在一些尖子生零星地散落在各个班级,因缺乏你争我赶的合作氛围,尖子生的主动主动性不强,研究热情不够高涨,教师也无法对他们施行有效的拔尖步伐。
二、培优目标全县前200名学生由八年级期末抽考检测中的34人增加到60人;20XX年中考重点高中我校上线6人,本届预设重点高中上线10人。
三、培养对象:1.据初一到初三期末综合成绩年级前70名,仍有潜力的学生为培养对象,确定我校九年级优生名单,立即组建初三优生班2个(35人/班)。
2.对优生采取动态管理,非优生考试成绩进入尖子生群体(年级前70名)可视为优生,教师要为其建立档案并告知学生。
对培养的优生假如阶段成绩不好时给他们一定的机遇,不轻易摒弃。
3.123-126班各班的前五名作为班级的培养对象,确保年级团体水涨船高。
四、培优步伐1、加强构造领导,建立年级优生培养领导小组。
