Set up your network without interference from other systems. Do not connect the Imager to a Virtual Private Network (VPN). SmartView is a data-intensive application. Use of other data-intensive applications (streaming audio or video) on the PC or the same network system can cause loss of data.NoteAll thermal imagers need sufficient warm-up time for accurate temperature measurements and bestimage quality. Warm-up time can vary by model and environmental conditions. ●产品概述FST600-400红外测温仪通过红外探测器（热敏探测器和光电探测器）将红外辐射能量测出并转变成电信号，再根据辐射基本定律转换为温度并将温度信号通过显示仪表显示出来，它主要由光学系统、光电探测器、信号放大器及信号处理等部分组成。
FST600-400红外测温仪可用于温度过高或过低、高电压的区域以及高速运转的机械温度的测量，且测量者不必靠近这些特定环境，同时产品反应速度快、灵敏度高。

钢包耐材温度检测钢包内部耐火材料，被高温钢水长期侵蚀，将导致包壁厚度减薄，易造成穿包漏水事故。
与此同时，包壁减薄会引起钢包表面温度升高。
且减薄程度越大，表面温度越高。

炉衬局部减薄则会把局部耐高温材料的高温通过水冷系统、保温系统传递给炉壁。
热风炉耐材温度检测热风炉特别是拱顶部分因其圆弧外形，隔热材料耐火砖在生产中容易发生裂缝导致脱落，严重时有可能造成外壳烧穿导致安全事故。
