SAP产品构成总体介绍
sap进阶系列(1)：SAP产品构成总体介绍SAP的产品构成如图1所示，其核心局部称为mySAP商务套件，mySAP商务套件是跨行业的通用产品。
关于某些行业特定的功能，mySAP商务套件的核心是mySAPERP。
它还包含了mySAP需求商关系治理〔SRM〕,mySAP客户关系治理〔CRM〕,mySAP产品生命周期治理〔PLM〕,mySAP需求链治理〔SCM〕。
本篇要紧介绍mySAPERP,NetWeaver是mySAP商务套件的集成技术平台。
将在技术篇和集成篇中介绍。
如图3所示，mySAPERP包含三个层面：战略层面、运营层面和技术架构。
其中运营层面中分为以下几大块内容：物流治理(LO)、财务治理(FI)、人力资源(HR)和跨模块组件(CA).图4是运营层面的模块一览。
其中跨模块组件是指在人财物三个模块中公用的功能，比方工作流，钻取报表，分类治理等。

我们用两个情景具体讲明：1.1.1集成的系统假设某集团公司的财务部下设四个部门：方案部、资金治理部、投资部、会计部，而图当中的圆圈代表业务部门。
某天，在业务部门〔比方讲：仓库〕发生了一个简单的业务――收货，让我们来瞧瞧这笔业务关于财务部的一系列碍事。
首先，这笔收货可能不是一个单独的动作，它是采购订单的一个执行步骤。
收货完成后，我们会收到需求商的发票，这时候会计部门会进行发票校验。
在SAP系统中这也不是一个单独的输进，而是作为收货和采购订单的一个后续事务。
SAP系统会自动进行“三单〞匹配的校验。
“三单〞包括采购订单、收货单和发票。
校验的内容包括：发票上的数量是否与收货的数量相一致，发票的单价是否与采购订单的单价相一致，以及日期等等。

SAP公司是国际上著名的标准应用软件公司，它的全称为“Systems Applications And
ProductsIn Data Processing”，即数据处理的系统、应用和产品。
其软件公司总部设在德国南部的沃尔道夫市，公司成立于1972年，并在1988年成为德国的一家上市公司。

SAP公司有3个主要的业务部门：商业运用软件开发部、信息技术咨询部和培训部。
SAP公司主要的市场：从1997年开始，SAP公司就将市场营销重点从加工制造业扩大到零售、银行、电信和公共部门。

2002年，随着中小型业务管理方案的推出，上海的研发人员直接参与了该产品的开发。
SAP中国研发中心也参与其他产品的开发，包括企业战略管理、人力资产管理和教育管理等。
除了标准产品外SAP公司还有一个专门的业务团队支持客户化开发。
该团队是全球客户化开发团队的一部分，主要服务中国和亚太地区的特殊用户。

二、成本核算企业管理中成本核算的传统方法是以人工的方式，一手一脑的将这大量的数据进行归集、合并等，在这个成本核算的整个过程中，并不严谨，因此，有些人就会钻这个漏洞做些违法的事情，即使没有人违法违规，但是在这个大量的人手计算的过程中，难免也会出现计算错误的问题，当这些问题出现时，根本无法快速的找到问题的所在。
但是，SAP系统在企业管理中成本核算中的应用与实践，是不需要以人工的方式进行大量计算的，而是SAP系统会自动的进行计算，然后再将这些计算出来的结果自动画成报表，并且SAP系统还会自动将这些数据根据原本已有的公式进行成本核算的工作。
SAP系统在企业管理中成本核算的应用与实践，不仅可以有效的遏制因人为产生的成本核算错误的问题，还可以有效的提高了企业的工作效率，而且还可以有效的提高了成本核算的准确性。
三、设备维修管理SPA系统在企业管理中设备维修管理的应用与实践，在企业的整个业务流程的重组的时候，SAP系统会自动将所有有关于企业的设备管理的各个部分组织在一起，然后形成一个闭环管理的模式进行对企业设备的管理工作。
