连字符多用在合成词和跨行未完的单词之间，连字符不要写的 太长了容易跟破折号混淆。其长度应该与一个字母的宽度相当。 而破折号表示解释、说明等，长度约占两个字母的位置。书写 破折号时，与前后的单词应有一定的距离。连字符和破折号均 应放在小写字母的中腰位置。

一、活动主题：高一学生英语书法比赛。
二、活动目的：
为提高同学们对英语书法的兴趣，规范同学们的英语书写，培养良好的英语书写习惯，在听、说、读的基础上，全面提高写的技能，丰富同学们的校园文化生活，营造学校的英语学习氛围，促进学生的全面发展，为同学们提供一个展示自我的舞台，高一英语备课组决定组织一次高一学生英语书法比赛活动，并通过此次活动互相交流，取长补短。
二、活动时间：2017年3月-2017年14月
三、活动地点：各班教室、xx会议室
四、活动对象：高一年级全体同学。
五、比赛方式：分为初赛和复赛。
初赛在班级举行，由本班班委及各学科课代表参与评选，推选出5名同学进入复赛。
复赛由级部统一组织，在六楼会议室举行，每位参赛选手使用统一发放的英语书法比赛专用纸，用指定的钢笔或者签字笔书写。
六、比赛程序：
（一）初赛阶段（2017年3月下旬-4月上旬）

八、评选办法：
（一）由高一外语教师评委小组对参赛作品进行认真评选。
（二）奖项设置：
一等奖10名，二等奖15名，三等奖20名，纪念奖若干名。
（三）奖励办法：对获奖学生统一颁发奖品，以资鼓励。
九、作品展示：赛后将对获奖学生的作品张贴在广场宣传栏进行展示。
