【教学目标】根据《英语课程标准》关于总目标的具体描述，结合学生的实际及教材内容，我从知识与能力，过程与方法，情感态度与价值观这三个方面制定了教学目标。
1.知识与能力：①学习认知、记忆课文中的四会单词和重点短语，如remain, decision, worst,condition, operate, medical, remain in use, makea decision, first aid, day after day, set up, Anti-Japanese War等。
②能够根据阅读材料，分析课文，讨论归纳课文主题思想，并尝试用自己的话复述课文。
