标准格式 (OCA)
面版与线路为1:1结构的,面版OCA整面贴
面版与线路为非1:1结构的,贴条状OCA,如下图所示。贴条状OCA时,以玻璃为基准,内缩0.5mm。防止线路比面版易撕裂漏气。(101016)
a.在FPC处,面版OCA以FPC外形为基准,外扩1.5mm,并保留一个方向对外通气即可。保证其他三个方向OCA到外形或视窗1mm以上。
2.线路OCA
a.为避免OCA露出导致粘尘(如承托板小于线路或开槽),一般先开槽避开(外扩0.5mm)。
b.条状贴下线时,上下线组合后再将OCA贴于下线,要注意先开槽避开FPC压合位置(下线凹槽外扩0.5mm即可,如下图)。
c.若贴承托板上和上线上,需镜像下料。
d.上线大片OCA需避开压合处(外扩1.5mm)以及反空心印刷的LOGO处(外扩0.5mm以上)

d.在多个OCA开槽处,间隔小于1mm时,尽量连通,开槽避免直角,一般倒角为R1。开通气槽的方向要一致,保证贴合方向唯一。
b.摄像头或小视窗处,以视窗为基准外扩0.5mm(到边超过1mm,此时线路不会开槽到边)。如果外扩后OCA到边小于1mm,无论是否保留线路,OCA都需开槽到边。
c.如果面版厚度为0.125mm厚度,凡反空心印刷处,OCA都需要开槽避开0.5mm。若面版厚度为0.188mm ,反空心印刷的镜面银无需避开,其他油墨都需避开0.5mm。
