Abstract
The level of die technology is directly related to productivity, product quality (dimensional tolerances, surface roughness, etc. Improving the level of punching die technology is conducive to obtaining high quality, high efficiency, low consumption, cheap products, significant technical and economic effects, deeply manufacturing industry attention.
Stamping process is one of the basic methods of plastic forming. It is mainly used for processing sheet metal parts, so sometimes also called sheet metal stamping. Stamping can not only process metal materials, but also non-metal sheet materials. 挡板级进模设计
摘要
冲模技术的水平直接和生产率、产品质量(尺寸公差和表面粗糙度等)、一次刃 磨的寿命以及设计和制造模具的周期紧密相关。提高冲模技术水平有利于获得优质、 高效、低耗、廉价的产品,技术经济效果显著,深受制造行业的重视。
冲压工艺是塑性成型加工的基本方法之一。它主要用于加工板料零件,所以有 时也叫板料冲压。冲压不仅可以加工金属材料,而且也可以加工非金属板料。冷冲 压的加工方式具有生产效率高,产品一致性好,使用于大批量生产等特点,在某些 领域已取代机械加工,并正逐步扩大其工艺范围。因此,冲压技术对发展生产,增 强效益,更新产品等方面具有重要作用。
