鼓励全组教师特别是中青年教师撰写教育教学论文。
3、要在精细化管理和提高教育教学质量。
搞好英语教学研究，组织好教师认真搞好课堂教学模式和集体备课的研究工作。
各年级教师要立足基础，把好基础关，提高教学质量。
不放弃每一个学困生，要以良好的心态接纳他们，给他们以更多的关心和爱护，激发学生学习兴趣，树立自信心。
努力提高英语教学质量，争取三个年级英语考试成绩在全区内名列前茅。
4、要在加强教师队伍专业化建设。
教师自身的素质和业务的发展直接关系到课堂教学，甚至学生的未来，这就要求我们始终以终身学习与时俱进作为自己发展的方向，不断学习理论知识，提高课堂教学技能。
注重“青蓝工程”本期继续开展教师一带一活动，鼓励老教师开展传、帮、带活动，促进新教师的成长。
5、要在加快教育信息化建设。
借助笔记本电脑发放的契机，开展全组教师多媒体课件制作能力培训和多媒体辅助英语教学能力培训。
全面提高本组教师的现代教育技术能力。
三、具体工作内容（一）加强英语教师队伍建设，提高全体英语教师业务水平，要求教师做到四多三研二写一学。
1、四多即多听课文录音或配套的英语光盘、多看教学参考书、多向有经验的英语名优教师请教、多写教学摘记。

根本没有给学生一个对新课程学习的准备。
问其原因多数教师又会说“我们的学生基础太差，我们的课业任务难以完成等等。
”总的说来，课堂导入简单枯燥，没有发挥其应有的引导学生做好学习新知识的心理准备、认知准备，并让学生明确教学内容、学习目的、学习方式以及产生学习期待、参与需要的作用，根本发挥不了任何实效性。
怎样发挥课堂导入环节的实效性，提高学生的学习兴趣和学习质量呢？我们课题组全体成员经过了认真的讨论，认为：要充分利用学生的好奇心理，并根据新的将要学习的语言材料的特点来进行导入。
曾经聆听过许多位名师的课堂，他们精彩的讲授，学生们卓越的表现，无一不是从一段精彩的导入开始的，或是大气磅礴，气吞山河，或如小桥流水，娓娓道来，一段好的导入总能让人产生无限期许，油然而生的一种直觉告诉大家：好戏还在后头呢！它是整个教学活动的开始，直接影响着一节课的效果。
我们认为导入要含着活力，带着兴趣，带着思索步入课堂；形式多样化，保鲜度强，力争成效高，从而达到增强学生的学习兴趣，使学生们的学习水平在原有的基础上得以发展，也让老师们收到更佳的教学效果的目的。

关于大学生SRT计划的探讨
大学生科研训练计划（Student Research Training，简称SRT）作为培养和锻炼高校学生科研素质及创新能力的平台，已逐渐受到国内外高校的普遍认同，成为一种广为实行的人才培养途径。
山东农业大学自2003年起开始实施大学生SRT计划至今已近十个年头，作为一项重要的教改措施，学校在此期间进行了多次改革，积累了丰富的经验，取得了较好的成效，培养了一大批创新能力强、科研素质过硬的优秀本科毕业生。
但随着项目的实施，也不可避免地出现了一些问题。
现根据本人进行SRT计划实施的工作实际，结合我校以及国内部分高校实施SRT计划的实际情况，提出几点看法，望有助于大学生SRT计划的进一步完善及高效实施。
一、SRT计划的源来及其重要性1.SRT计划的起源及其发展。
SRT计划的理念最早是由美国麻省理工学院（MIT）的埃德温·H·兰德教授在1957年提出。
后来，他在MIT设立了专门的托管基金鼓励学生从事相应的科研训练活动，至1969年，MIT开始创设“本科生研究机会计划”（The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program，简称UROP），支持和鼓励达到一定条件的本科生参与教师的科学研究项目。
这一计划的实施开创了高校资关于大学生SRT计划的探讨申强，苏英华，郭兴启（山东农业大学生命科学学院，山东泰安271018）摘要：SRT计划被普遍认同为是一条培养创新人才的有效途径。
本文回顾了SRT计划的起源及发展情况，并结合我校SRT计划的实施情况以及笔者进行SRT工作的实践经验，对SRT计划的重要性和如何实施进行了一定的论述，对以后如何进一步做好这项工作提出了建议。

一、课题提出的背景和意义
在英语学习中，语言表达是通过词汇来体现的，因此词汇对语言来说是必不可少的一个因素。
英语单词的学习是英语学习中最基本，也是最重要的部分。
单词的记忆是学生学习英语的一个薄弱环节，如何帮助小学生牢牢的记住所学的词汇，减轻学生的负担，提高学习效率，正是这一课题需要研究的。
通过研究，激发学生的学习动机，使其养成自主学习的好习惯。
据调查，学生中出现的两极分化的现象大多数是在词汇学习中碰到困难而造成的。
要想学好英语，首先要过单词关。
因此作为教学者，应该认识到词汇教学的重要性，在教学中不断探索、研究、创新，去攻破词汇教学的大关，是学生学的较轻松，掌握的更容易。
在教学中发现，学生对字母、音标、单词概念模糊不清。
有时字母会读成音标音，音标的音会读成字母音，个别学生还在用汉语给单词注音，语音基本功差。
随着词汇量的增多，学生要记住单词的音、形、意，仅靠“死记硬背”的方法是不行的。
如果学生掌握了学习单词的技巧，克服了背单词的难关，就可以增强学习的自信心，提高学习积极性。
英语学习兴趣就能大大的提高。
二、研究的目标和研究的内容
研究的目标：通过研究，采取多样化的练习来巩固单词的记忆效果，并扩大学生的英语词汇量。
激发学生的学习动机，让他们掌握并能自
主运用多样化的单词记忆法，提高单词记忆的有效性和效率。
研究的内容：
1.减轻学生记忆单词的负担，提高学习效率，培养学生学英语的兴趣。
2.培养拼读能力，培养小学生自主学习。
3. 帮助学生形成高效率的学习策略，让学生乐学，易学。
三、研究的方法和策略
1.读音规则记忆法:辅音字母的发音基本与拼音的发音保持一致。
还有元辅e结构，开音节，闭音节等。
2.字母组合记忆法：很多元音音素是由两个或两个以上字母组合而成的。
学生掌握了这些字母组合的发音，拼读和记忆单词就方便了。
如ar,ir,ear,ea,ee等。
3.比较记忆法：把形似的单词比较记忆，如big和pig,cat和fat,bed 和red等。
4.分类记忆法：把一类的单词归纳总结，如文具，身体部位，颜色，跟go有关的词组等。

古人曾用“过河要有桥或船”这个形象比喻,说明当一件工作的目的确定以后,能否达到预想的结果,方法就变成了重要的因素。
教师上课,要实现教学目标,也必须通过一定的方法来进行。
恰当、新颖、灵活多样的教学方法最能引起学生对教学活动的兴趣。
在单词教学中,教师要采用多种方法,使学生对英语单词能够“见其形,读其音,忆其义,写其词”,从而使他们学有所思,学有所获,学有所乐。
一、引导学生善于归纳读音规则,通过各种联系拼读练习单词
小学生是依靠模仿老师的发音而获得语音知识的。
因此，教师要积极引导他们用已学的知识对新学内容作出积极反应,让学生自己归纳总结。
如教look一词,学生先认识了它的词形,教师教学生读准[luk]后,让他们自己比较出这个新词与熟词book有什么相似之处。
学生自然而然地注意到:这两个词的读音中都有[uk],发元音[u]的是词中的字母组合“oo”。
显然,学生通过自己归纳总结,已牢固地掌握了单词中“ook”读[uk],这样,他们记住了[luk]这个读音,拼写look一词也不感到困难了,以后遇到cook,took，甚至foot,good这些词,学起来也会相当容易。
同样,教师要善于引导学生观察、思考,联系单词中字母组合的发音,像ee,ea有何共同与不同;五个元音字母与r结合后的发音,与汉语拼音有何联系,等等。
经过教师的引导孩子们很快发现了ar,er正好和汉语拼音中的a, e发音一样。
这类发现能充分激发学生学好英语的自
信心,极大地提高他们学习英语的兴趣。
在单词教学中,教师还要及时地穿插教一些开、闭音节知识,有助于培养学生见词就读,能读便会拼写的能力。
如教time、name、game、kite、plane等词时,教师先让学生读熟这些词,然后引导他们通过观察,总结出它们符合“元音字母+辅音字母+e”的结构,简称“元辅e”结构,这里的元音字母发其本身音,末尾的“e”不发音。
这样,在以后的学习中,学生要读出开音节词就不用费九牛二虎之力了。
但教师不必告诉学生“开音节词”这一概念。
当然,归纳发音规则固然重要,但是读音规则不是万能的,不符合读音规则而干扰正常的语音教学规律的情况也是有的。
如have,come,some等词,虽形似开音节结构,却发闭音节中的音。
类似情况,需要教师的反复强调和学生的反复练读,以加强学生对特殊词汇的记忆。
二、通过分析单词的结构特点,练习单词，激发学生的好奇心
在单词教学中,教师可以通过分析单词的结构特点来激发学生的学习兴趣。
例如,在教eye这个词时,就可以根据单词的结构特点,引导学生观察这个单词的书写形式:“y”长长的,像人的鼻子,它两边的“e”像人的眼睛。
在教它的读音时,告诉学生它的读音和字母“I”的读音完全一样。
经过这样一分析,学生就很容易把字母、字母组合与读音和汉语意思结合起来记住。
课堂上卡片一出现,学生注意力高度集中,兴趣极高,教师在学生处于这种主动的学习状态时不断地发出这个单词的音,让学生准确模仿,从而使学生当堂达标,理解了单词的音、形、义,获得了应掌握的知识。
三、用游戏、歌谣、故事或顺口溜的形式练习单词,活跃课堂气氛
比赛、游戏、唱歌等形式,深得小学生的欢迎。
在比赛、游戏中,学生轻松接受知识,快乐学习。
例如,我在练习文具词时,让学生以小组为单位，准备好文具，然后4个人闭上眼睛，摸一摸，让后分别汇报“I have a…”.这样一来,每个同学都做了说的训练,课堂气氛非常活跃。
在教学中,我还鼓励学生自编顺口溜，如：我（I）用am,你(you)用are。
is跟着他(he)她(she)它(it),人名后面也是它。
顺口溜的优点是:既容易记住,又好理解。
它能够激发学生学习英语的兴趣,更重要的是,教学生一两遍,学生就能举一反三,而且很快就能消化理解,记住不忘。
众所周知,学生的学习兴趣在很大程度上来源于他们对前阶段教学内容的掌握情况。
因此,在单词教学中,教师要依靠多种方法,让学生利用各种联想加强记忆,使学生学得既顺利,又轻松,从而激发他们更浓厚的学习兴趣。
