作为一名高三的英语老师,认真踏实地做好教学工作,把大部份的时间用来学习、研究新题型和高考备考。
回顾这一年,既忙碌,又充实,也有许多值得总结和反思的地方,现将这一年的高三英语教学工作总结如下,借此以促进和提高。
一、一轮复习。
我们英语学科的特点决定,复习内容多,复习的进度慢,一直忙着赶进度也很难从容的完成一轮复习的内容。
针对这一现实,我们组的老师经过多次讨论,决定把七八册的复习内容让学生在假期自学。
1.寒假里,我们放寒假前专门整理了自学学案和假期复习计划,保证学生每天的复习计划和复习内容,提高复习效率。
2.开学后,我们利用检查学案对学生假期复习情况进行检查和点拨强化,保证七八册知识的的复习效果。
同时,面对即将到来的全市一模考试,我们也进行了精心备考。
3.课下,我们利用二轮资料的题目提前对学生进行专项和综合能力的强化训练,训练了学生的答题能力和应试技巧,唤醒了他们的做题感觉,提高了学生做题的准确率。
4.课上,我们一方面对学生的假期自学内容进行巩固,另一方面对学生课下的训练题目进行答疑和方法指导,双管齐下,对一轮复习中因为赶进度而导致的做题少、学生做题能力差的漏洞进行了最大程度的弥补。
二、二轮复习,即专题复习阶段。
1.二轮复习的目标和任务是在一轮复习完成知识积累和储备的基础上进行知识的输出和应用,通过大量的习题训练来培养学生科学的答题技巧,提高学生解题的准确性和应试的技巧,最终提高英语成绩。
二轮复习任务的完成先要要以专题的形式进行展开,各个击破,同时进行及时的综合训练。
2.二轮复习的过程中,我们给学生做了思想工作,使学生具备一定的吃苦精神和学习自觉性,确保学生及时完成训练量,并积极去思考和总结,调整自己的答题思路,提炼适合自己的做题方法,提高准确率,关键就是一个“悟”字。
3.二轮复习的任务和效果几乎完全是以学生的积极参与和落实为依托的,因此老师们用精炼的语言对学生进行及时的鼓励和科学指导,引导学生积极去做题训练,积极的思考和体会适合自己的有效解题方法。

课后做到多和学生交流接触,了解学生的需要,以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度.并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业.比如说一天两篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空.而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练习,让学生达到学以致用;如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点,我就会给学生一些相应的训练,让学生巩固课堂所学知识,并懂得如何在实际中应用;如果课堂教学的是阅读课,我会给出一些关键词,让学生复述课文。
没有课后练习的复习巩固,学习效果会大打折扣,效率就提不高。
这一学期主要是第一,二轮复习.第一轮主要是针对会考,复习着重扎实基础知识,不是对课文、词汇、语法的简单复现,要体现“精讲,巧练,新方法”七个字,学生的基础差,所以对一些基础知识都反复强调.复习语法、语言点,另外,每节课前利用6—8分钟定时训练一篇阅读理解,并加以重要点评,让学生明白不仅是选对答案,而且要从中了解英语国家的风土人情、文化习俗、历史人物等多方面知识。
通过了每一单元标题启发学生联想、思考以培养学生的思维能力。
复习对话可以让学生看图片编对话,着重训练口头表达能力。
通过这样的复习方法,既教会了学生看图,为高考作文奠定了基础,又训练了口语,同时也复习了本课重要句型,两全其美.第二轮复习是最重要的.这一轮复习对学生的综合能力进行全方位的训练.学生能否取得好成绩,最关键的就看这一轮复习的情况.这一轮复习主要是针对高考题型(听力、单选、完形、阅读、改错、书面表达)进行专题复习,同时进行综合训练。

英语课堂教学小结篇1一、扎实复习结束新课后,我很快转入了复习阶段。
第一轮复习立足于课本,逐册按单元复习单词、短语以及重点句型,要求学生记忆、背诵,并通过简单的练习题检查学生复习的效果。
第二轮是语法专项练习。
从词法到句法,再到交际用语,我还加入了自己的思路和意见,系统地给学生讲解了英语语法,并进行了大量的练习。
比如名词复习,从名词的分类、可数名词与不可数名词、可数名词的单复数、名词所有格、双重所有格等方面,一点点地使学生从理论上对他有所认识和了解,然后通过相应的练习加以巩固。
第三轮是中考题的专项练习。

通过一轮又一轮的复习,学生的解题能力有了较大提高,尤其是听力水平提高显著。
二、悉心辅导每次模拟考试和作文训练之后,我都尽可能多地叫一些学生,当面改正他们习题中的错误,以发现他们是否真正掌握语言点,他们对错题是不是真正弄明白了;并且及时对进步的学生予以赞赏和肯定,对退步的学生提出警告和善意的批评。

除了杨老师是第一年带高三的新教师,其余我们四人已有多次带高三的经验。
但是我们始终以认真、严谨、勤奋、坚持不懈的工作态度从事教学工作。
我们学校的学生英语基础较弱,对英语的学习兴趣不大,学习自觉性差,而且两极分化严重。
所以为了更好地做好今后的工作,我们总结经验,认识不足,所以在这里我就自己在一学期来所做的工作做个小结反思。
同时也为我们的二轮复习做好铺垫。
现在向各位老师汇报一下我校英语组的具体工作:我校规定每周备课组进行一次集体备课。
英语组就定在每星期二下午第二节。
每次集体备课都有中心发言人。
中心发言人要对本周的教学内容进行详细的备课,集备时,中心发言人要讲出本周的教学安排,教材中的重点和难点,教学方法的取舍以及配套练习中存在的疑点。
然后大家一起讨论,各述己见,对中心发言人的发言进行补充,最后达成共识。
通过讨论大家对本周的课程内容都有了一个基本的了解,对教材的处理和教学方法都做到心中有数。
听课评课也是我们的集备方式之一。
我们每周还要推荐一人举行示范课,在集体备课中对这节课要讲的内容进行重点分析,全体组员都去听课,听课之后写出反思。
然后安排时间交流心得体会。
大家在一起对本节课进行评议。
评议时每人都要发表自己的意见,指出其优点和存在的问题,每个人看问题的角度不同,而且提出的问题也可能是我们自己平时忽略的问题。

科学复习,高效课堂高三英语一轮复习阶段总结很高兴这次研讨会能在我校举行,使我们有机会与大家更近距离地接触,并互相学习,相互切磋。
高三质检刚刚结束,目前我们正处在成绩分析,阶段性总结的过程中。
按照教研室要求,我们对学生进行了试卷抽样分析。
下面就将我校一轮复习第一阶段的一些做法,结合本次模拟考试反馈的成绩,向大家总结汇报一下,不当之处请谅解。
开学伊始,我们就在教研室及校领导的指导下,制订了详尽的一轮复习计划,并认真学习研究了《新课程标准》、山东省《考试说明》及近三年的高考试题,深刻领会双纲精神,明确高考要求。
我们认为,高三一轮复习在整个的备考过程中,起着举足轻重的作用,它耗时长达半年之久,是整个高三复习的重头戏,也是关乎到高考成败与否的关键所在。
高三一轮复习的过程不应是对已学知识的简单重复和强化,而是一个夯实基础,构建知识体系及专题突破相结合的再学习、再认识的过程,其最终目的是提高学生语言的综合运用能力,实现“知能转变”中质的飞跃。
基于这种指导思想,第一阶段我们将知识点考点梳理及高三教材(第九册)两大块柔和在一起,听、读、写三线并进,努力实现能力突破。
实践证明这种方法是行之有效的,本次考试学生的试卷抽样分析结果表明,四个考场听力的及格率为百分百,优秀率都在85%左右,有的考场甚至达到90%;阅读理解的优秀率都在50%左右,而写作也较以往有进步。
下面就向大家汇报一下我们的具体做法:一、知识点考点梳理复习原则是:扎扎实实,步步为营。
一轮复习是要在夯实基础知识的前提下,培养学生的能力和技能,因此我们力求做到不急不躁,稳扎稳打。
具体的复习方法是:学生自学——教师点拨——学生练习——师生归纳,形成网络。
通过认真集备及对高考试题的分析研究,精心圈定复习中的主体知识、重点内容,并落实到每一模块中。
将本模块中的重要单词、词组、句型等,进行系统的概括和总结归纳,经过精心挑选和设计,使知识网络化、系统化。
课堂上要求教师以学案为把手,精讲精练,起到画龙点睛的作用;鼓励学生自主学习,养成举一反三的学习习惯。
在对BookI及BookII的复习过程中,我们着重把好了单词关和语法关。
1.单词训练单词是英语学习的根本。
单词训练始终贯穿在复习之中。
我们抓住两条线,一是模块单词,一是高考词汇表。
利用每节课前5分钟的时间,对学生进行单词听写训练,强化记忆;每周一次小卷测试,除检测重点单词词组拼写外,更运用填空、翻译、单选等形式,突出单词在语境中的使用;归纳阅读或完形中出现的生词,充实学生的词汇量;加强指导学生在写作中单词的拼写与运用,改善一些学生“落笔就错”的状况。
通过这些训练,学生的词汇量增大了,其他方面的能力也相应得到了提高,起到了以部分带动整体的作用。
2.语法训练语法方面我们采取点滴渗透,穿插进行的方式进行。
将语法复习与模块知识点及新授课教学,穿插进行。
每周复习一到两个项目。
以《新课堂》为依托,帮助学生对语法进行有效的总结、归纳和梳理。
我们计划一轮复习结束前完成语法项目的复习与训练。
二、高三新教材(第九册)的处理重视高三教材。
高三第九册教学是一轮复习的重要组成部分。
学习第九册目的是进一步扩大词汇量(重点掌握常用的动词、名词、形容词和派生词),提高阅读能力(重点是长难句分析和阅读表达)。
我们采用学案教学的模式,对每个模块内容进行有效的删减。
教学的原则是:注重词汇教学,尤其强调动词、名词、形容词和副词的用法;通过对课文学习,培养学生阅读理解和阅读表达的能力;以新带旧。
三、听、读、写三线并进,把好“语篇”教学观。
近几年,山东高考试题注重以“语篇”形式考查学生的听力,语用能力,阅读能力和简单的写作能力。
分析高考试卷各题比重,其中听力30分,阅读及阅读表达55分,书面表达30分,完形20分,这样语篇总分为135分。
由此,我们要确立强烈的“语篇”意识,进行以“语篇”为中心的教学模式。
搞好“语篇”教学,我们重点抓好语言输入的两大途径:即听力和阅读。
1.听力训练在听力方面,学校自上而下都给予了高度重视。
我们每周两次听力练习,要求英语老师全部到位。
将听力材料分配下去,提前备课,每次一位主讲老师。
在学生听音的过程中,主讲老师要密切关注学生的作答情况,对学生普遍出错的语篇,重点讲解。
同时,加以对学生听音策略和解题技巧的指导。
如:(1)如何根据试卷上的各种提问方式去听要点。
(2)怎样听取与时间、价格、速度、年龄和号码等有关数字或数字计算材料。
(3)对不同种类句子(祈使句和感叹句、肯定句和否定句、比较级与最高级、反疑问句等等)的听力理解。
(4)对含有让步、目的和因果关系等句子的听力理解。
(5)如何听一段独白。
独白的材料一般比较长,除了根据问题有针对性地听音外,还要求养学生成边听边做记录的习惯。
同时,要特别注意时间顺序、因果关系、让步关系、列举和转折等词语。
使学生逐步培养起正确的理解信息、抓住要点、预测推理和处理信息的能力。
由于上述做法,本次质检考试中,学生听力的成绩是令人欣慰的。
2. 阅读训练阅读是高考中的“重头戏”,阅读能力的高低决定着高考的成败,可谓“得阅读者得天下”。
在英语复习过程中,要始终以培养和提高阅读理解能力为中心,以此带动英语复习质量的全面提高。
为此,每周我们会安排两次限时阅读,重点训练学生总结归纳、判断推理等深层次理解能力以及获取信息和猜测词义的能力,让学生掌握一定的快速阅读技巧。
全体老师一齐上阵,通过上网下载、摘录英语报刊等方式,多方面搜集阅读材料,尤其是与实事相关联,与学生生活贴近的材料。
本学期我们特别向学生推荐了《21世纪学生英文报》,让学生对有QUIZ TIME的内容进行速读,运用阅读技巧解决问题,并对美文进行赏析,帮助学生拓宽视野,了解最新知识。
通过阶段性的训练,学生的阅读速度,及做题技巧有了明显的提高。
这一点同样在本次考试中得以体现。
3. 写作训练对于写作训练,我们经常采用较为原始的操练方法,即翻译句子,目地在于强化对学生遣词造句基本功的训练。
通过由浅到深,由简单到复杂的训练过程,学生能够写出结构正确、语言规范、意思清楚的简单句、并列句和不太复杂的长句,为过渡到后面的短文训练奠定了重要基础。
另外,间周安排一节写作课,写作之前针对要写作的内容,先进行专题训练,如词汇或句式的选择和运用。
在此基础上,让学生连词成句、连句成段、连段成篇,注重谋篇布局。
作文的批改我们通常采取全批全改,或面批的形式;有时会挑选较有特点的例文,让其他学生找出其中的错误或精华,加以评定。
不断地告诫学生平时学习中注意收集素材,如背诵好词汇、好文章、谚语、俗语等,这样,习作时才容易提取信息及资料,才会做到有话可说。
另外,适时的检测及对学生学法的指导,也是必不可少的。
四、存在的问题第一阶段的复习已告一段落,虽然有些收获,但也暴露出一些问题。
1.本次考试中,单项选择题,无论及格率还是优秀率,都处于劣势,虽然学生平日在这个题型上下的功夫最多,也最乐于做单选题,然而我们感觉,他们始终不得其法。
在进行试卷讲评时,学生的感觉是一点就透,一说就会,然而,独立操作时,又会漏洞百出。
我们分析,这是因为英语的知识点多且散乱,学生在形成知识体系的过程中,经常会觉得无从下手。
这就要求我们在接下来的教学过程中,应探索更为科学有效的教学方法,帮助学生更清晰地梳理好知识结构,形成知识网络,使学生不再迷茫。
2.学生写做能力仍需改善。
尽管本次考试中学生的写作能力较以往有进步,但仍旧有许多值得关注的问题。
如本次写作的话题是全运会,实事命题作文。
通过对学生作文的批改,感受到学生对全运会的了解其实很有限,在自由发挥的空间里,我们感觉他们似乎无话可说;另外对于像全运会、和谐中国等一些实事词语的英语表达,也极不准确,故而失分。
这表明,我们平日在教学过程中对学生的引领、导向还有待于加强。
五、下一步的计划、1. 总结本次考试中的得与失,在今后的教学中做到扬长避短。
2. 把握知识的内在联系,注重知识的查漏补缺,坚持“两手抓,两手都要硬”的原则,一手抓基础,一手抓提高。
解决学生“一看就会,一做就错”的问题。
只有扎扎实实地从基础做起,才能做到“一看就会,一做就对”。
如词汇复习应做到从不间断、反复巩固。
尤其要注意常用词汇的使用和辨析,以及一词多义的掌握。
语法复习要理清基本概念,着重复习主干知识。
如,动词的时态、语态、非谓语动词、情态动词等,都是高考常涉及的知识点。
但绝不在钻研语法的难点上花过多时间,语言毕竟它不是数学公式,不同的语境用法就不同。
3. 加强综合计时训练,有针对性地查漏补缺,增强练习的实效性。
充分利用错题档案,弥补知识漏洞,进行强化记忆和训练。
学生学到的应不仅仅是正确答案,重要的是记住老师在课堂上对这些题的分析过程及解题思路。
4. 复习中要加强题型专项训练,在训练中提高解题能力和解题速度; 训练学生应试技巧和方法。
复习中应适当加强对重点内容的强化训练和题后分析,提高“考点识别、寻找已知条件、排错求证”的思维能力。
训练快速阅读的能力,提高带着问题快速搜索信息,根据上下文提示进行逻辑推断的能力。
多读一些原汁原味的文章,通过广泛涉猎,培养英语语感,提高对词、句、篇的理解速度和准确度。
5. 重视学生心理状态的调节,培养应试心理优势,使学生对高考充满必胜的信心,处理好学习与休息的矛盾,这样学生会在考场上发挥自己的最好水平。
