单片机读取AD7705转换出的重量数据,根据存储器中的设置值计算出负载百分比,定时发送到can 总线。

2. 主要特点2.1 采用电阻应变式称重传感器,综合误差小于1%。

2.2 传感器可安装在绳头夹板处,测量包括曳引钢丝,补偿链在内的全部负载,有利于负载补偿。

2.3 具有自学习能力,学习数据掉电不丢失,现场调试方便。

2.4 串行方式输出,工作方式等同呼梯盒。

3. 产品选型说明产品型号选择,需要根据电梯额定载荷、轿厢自重和曳引钢丝的重量以及钢绳绕装方式,压力传感器的安装方式来确定压力传感器的型号。
