在此背景之下,开展英语培训,提高公司员工使用英语的频率和英语能力水平势在必行。

公司目前具有较高英语水平的人才,所以非常有必要对英语水平较差的员工进行全面的、持续的、专业的英语培训。

二、培训目的为应对客户群体广泛性和国际性的问题,促使公司员工适应新形势,在国内、国际市场竞争中提升自身优势,增强员工的学习意识,提高员工的英语沟通交流水平,通过组织英语培训、开展英语角、考核鉴定、反思总结的方式,达到能够在日常工作中灵活使用英语进行沟通交流,满足工作需要。

三、培训对象范围1.XX所有厂区自愿报名的员工。

2.采取自愿的形式,各部门根据工作实际需求自愿参与。

四、培训组织为顺利推进英语培训流程、实现预期目标,需要成立英语教学组,由黄建斌担任组长,组员待定。

五、职能分工英语教学组负责英语培训的全部事宜,具体职能分工如下:1.组长/副组长(1)确定培训方案和培训计划;(2)确定培训方向和范围;(3)监督指导培训过程实施。

2.教务(1)收集内部员工英语培训的需求、组织摸底考试和问卷调查;(2)全面掌控英语培训的策划、实施、考核、总结和记录归档;(3)协调英语培训的时间和地点;(4)安排并指导组员推进英语培训流程。

3.教师(1)收集、整理、制作、修改和完善培训课件;(2)准备培训场地、记录考勤、记录培训过程、维护现场秩序;(3)实施考核测评;(4)记录和归档考核测评结果,撰写培训总结;(5)根据考核测评结果和《讲师评价表》改进培训内容和流程。

六、培训方式根据摸底考试成绩将培训对象分为基础班和提高班(可根据师资力量酌情再增设一个班)1.基础班针对英语基础较为薄弱、英语听说读写能力水平较低的员工,培训重点为词汇的积累,听力的提高,简单的日常英语会话,场景对话,简单的英语写作等。

培训方式主要如下:(1)听力训练:播放英语单词、会话、短文音频,提高英语听力水平;(2)视频训练:播放英语培训视频,感知英语对话环境,培养英语语感和兴趣;(3)现场讲解:结合音频和视频,对培训内容进行深入细致讲解,理论联系实际,重在积累和提高;(4)答疑解惑:培训内容讲解结束后,针对培训对象的疑问进行集中解答;(5)实用练习:随堂练习所学内容,学以致用;(6)随机考核:抽查培训对象,检查所学内容的掌握情况,并做好记录。

2.提高班针对具有一定的英语基础,英语听说读写能力较高的员工,培训重点为商务英语会话,公司和产品英语介绍,较为复杂的英语文章写作等。

培训方式主要如下:(1)音频训练;播放培训内容的英语介绍,初步了解培训内容的背景和相关知识;(2)视频训练:播放英语商务会话视频,情景会话中的沟通技巧;(3)现场讲解:结合视频,对培训内容进行深入细致讲解,理论联系实际,重在理解和运用;(4)答疑解惑:培训内容讲解结束后,针对培训对象的疑问进行集中解答;(5)实用练习:随堂练习所学内容,学以致用;(6)随机考核:抽查培训对象,检查所学内容的掌握情况,并做好记录。

3.英语培训结束后,由英语教学组统一组织培训后考核。

考核结束后,由教学组评判并记录培训对象的考核鉴定结果。

4.英语角练习每月一次,包括瑶溪山,江心屿,雁荡山。

(相关活动安排由教务负责)七、培训周期和时间培训周期为周度,具体时间待定,遇到节假日冲突顺延。

考核周期每月一次。

八、培训地点待定九、培训流程和要求1.了解培训需求(1)通过摸底测试和问卷调查的方式了解培训对象在英语使用中的薄弱环节和培训需求;(2)根据培训对象的能力水平分档,以确定分班情况。

2.制定培训计划和方案(1)根据基础班和提高班培训对象特点,由英语教学组的组长及教务编制详细的培训计划和方案;(2)英语教学组的教师需要提前安排好培训内容,有组长和教务进行审核;(3)教务需确保培训时间和培训对象的人数,保证培训效果;(可根据培训人数酌情分班)(4)每期培训效果不低于下表要求(摸底考试后可以酌情修改要求):(1)根据既定的培训内容进行前期准备,包括搜集培训内容、制作课件、通知培训对象、准备场地和器材以及过程管控;(2)培训过程须有效记录,包括签到、照片和培训记录等。

4.考核鉴定(1)为保证培训效果,达到预期目的,培训完成后须进行考核鉴定;(2)考核方式分为口试、笔试和个人学习报告。

其中口试包括个人口试和对话口试(模拟情景对话);(3)考核鉴定合格分数设为60分,不合格培训对象需在下一培训开始前进行二次考核,直至合格为止;(4)考核鉴定须双向进行,培训对象需对培训讲师进行评价,填写《讲师评价表》;(5)本着分享和提高的原则,对出勤率进行考核,半年度至少完成实际课时的60%,对出勤率较低的培训对象进行通报;(6)本方案考核鉴定结果纳入相关岗位的绩效考核体系,绩效考核组应每半年对培训对象和教学组成员进行考核评价,培训对象的考核评价可由教学组提供。

5.培训结果反馈与归档(1)教务负责整理培训结果,包括培训对象出勤情况统计、培训对象考核结果整理和分析、和编制培训总结;(2)教务负责整理培训文件,包括但不限于培训签到表、培训课件、培训照片、考核试卷、二次考核试卷、教师评价表以及培训总结等;(3)一个培训流程结束后,教务负责归档保存全部培训文件,并推进下一培训流程。

十、附则1.本英语培训方案由各级领导审批后生效,自生效之日起执行;2.本英语培训方案在执行过程中由英语教学组负责增编、修改和完善;3.本英语培训方案试执行三个月;4.本英语培训方案由英语教学组负责解释。

为了保证优质教学水平,需要保持英语教学组成语的稳定性,各教学组成员以身作则,为宏丰英语培训而努力。

同时,公司层面也会对英语教学组成员的付出给予一定的奖励(奖励方式由领导进行决定)。
