下面我介绍以下给自己设的一个用一年的时间自主的开展课题研究的计划。
一、积极组织培训，努力提高认识为了使广大教师能顺利地开展课题研究工作，提高教师运用网络的能力，例如建构主义学习理论的培训，计算机操作能力的培训，课件制作的培训，网络常识和网络教学技术的培训，组织教师观看优秀网络教学的录像，教师定期学习，课题组及时进行抽查。
1、利用假期对教师进行多媒体课件制作、网络应用和个人网页、专题学习网站制作培训，大大提高教师的信息技术水平。
2、有计划地安排骨干教师参加各级各类现代教育技术培训，以点带面，促进同步发展，确保学校现代教育设备的正常运行和使用。
3、开展集体备课。
研究中我们发现，一些教师设计的基于网络环境的学习活动成效并不显著。
究其原因，一是教师对学生信息素养和能力缺乏估计；二是因集体上网速度减慢造成网络资源查找缓慢从而影响教学进展；三是教师缺乏网络环境下交流活动的有效调空能力。
反思这一现象，我们认为关键是教师课前的准备不充分。
于是，我们要求教师在个人备课基础上，带着个体的思考参加集体备课，确保课前预设的有效性和可操作性。
4、定期开展课题研讨。
因为研究，教师们不断发现问题、提出问题。
于是“如何利用网络更好地激发学生的兴趣？”、“什么内容适合多媒体教学，什么内容适合网络教学？”“怎样促进学生学习方式的生成？”成为每次课题研讨的话题。
这样的活动主题鲜明，目标明确，教师是实践的主体，又是交流的主角，每个人都成为深度会谈的专家。
