二、教材解析本课时分为读、写两部分：第一部分要求学生先完成读前活动，然后读文段，在阅读的过程中，教师应引导学生运用正确的语音语调并及时纠正，看图片完成读后阅读检测及填充表格任务，学生可根据课前预习情况，进行小组讨论合作学习。
第二部分为有意义的书写活动：根据投诉信中的信息补全邮件。
三、目标预设1. 能够通过短文中的话题词汇、寻找关键信息理解文本；2. 能根据阅读所获取的信息完成填充邮件的活动，巩固所学句型。
四、重难点预设1. 重点：能够读懂本部分短文并完成文后练习。
2. 难点：能够提高阅读技巧，掌握基本阅读策略。
五、评价设计1. 通过直观看图、点名提问等活动检测目标1的达成情况；2. 通过小组合作、讨论、点名提问等活动检测目标2的达成情况。
六、教学设计第5课时教学环节教学预设热身/复习（Warm-up/Revision）1. Warm-up“并肩作战闯难关”游戏教师准备10张动词短语卡片，卡片上为动词原形。
学生2人为一组，请5组学生上台面对面站好，相对的两名学生成为共闯“难关”的伙伴。
教师出示一张卡片，第一位学生读出上面的短语，他（她）的伙伴如果能快速说出其过去时形式，两人即闯关成功。
游戏按次序进行，闯关失败者被淘汰，最后留在台上的为胜利者。
2. Revision请学生拿出上节课布置的调查表作业，简单介绍自己的同伴在过去的时间所做的事情。
呈现新课（Presentation）Read and write1. T: Do you know housekeeper? 教师边说边呈现单词housekeeper. 然后继续说What can they do? Who can tell me? 鼓励学生畅所欲言。
