工作原理: 当被保护电路中有剩余电流时,只要剩余电流达到动作电流值,零序互感器的二次绕组就输出一个信号,并通过漏电脱 扣器使剩余电流动作断路器动作,从而切断电源起到剩余电流和触电保护作用。工作原理图见图1。
当被保护电路中出现过载或短路时,液压式脱扣器完成延时或瞬时脱扣动作而使剩余电流动作断路器动作,从而切断电源起到过载 或短路保护作用。

DZ15LE系列漏电断路器使用说明一、用途DZ15LE系列漏电断路器主要适用于交流380V或220V(按产品额定电压规定),50Hz的配电网络中,主要用来对有致命危险的人身间接接触电及线路,本产品符合国家标准GB14048.2-94。

二、使用条件原则上本产品适用于室内使用,当户外使用时,必须安装在配电箱内,还应有良好的防雨、防雷、防潮湿等条件。

1、海拔高度不超过2000米;2、环境温度-5—40℃;3、空气相对湿度不大于85%,日平均温度不超过25℃;4、大气相对湿度在周围空气温度为40℃时不超过50%。

5、在产品表面不准产生凝露。

6、产品应垂直安装,倾斜不得超过5度,无冲击振动的地方;7、产品必须远离电磁场及有害、有腐蚀性气体的环境;8、没有雨雪侵袭的地方。

三、主要技术性能1、断路器额定电流:32、40、63、100等规格;2、极数:2 、3 、4极;3、断路器的短路瞬时动作电流按10倍额定电流整定。

4、断路器的过电流脱扣器在周围介质温度为+25℃,从冷态开始各极同时通电,其动作特性为:A:1.05倍额定电流1h内不动作。

B:1.30倍额定电流1h内动作。

5、在国家标准条件下,断路器的电寿命为5000次;机械寿命为10000次6、漏电动作基本参数四、使用与维护1、漏电断路器的漏电、过载、短路保护特性由制造厂制定,使用过程不允许随意调整,免致影响性能。

2、在合闸通电状态下按动按钮,以此检查漏电断路器的脱扣功能正常与否,为确保运行正常,必须定期(每星期)试跳一次。

同时,在新装机停用再启用前均检查漏电断路器确能正常工作方可使用。

3、漏电断路器经常自动跳闸,应严格检查相线对地泄露电流是否超过规定动作电流值,并查找排除电路故障后,须将操作手柄往下扳动至“分”位置,使机构进入“再扣”后,才重新合闸操作。

4、漏电断路器因短路断开,应检查触头是否烧毁及磨损情况,如烧毁严重或出现凹坑时需重拆修理才能使用。

漏电断路器如有故障,请用户不要自行拆卸,应尽快送回厂家修理,如具有维修能力,亦应先征得厂家同意,免致因参数不符合而发生危险。

DZ15L系列漏电断路器适用于交流220/380V,50Hz,电流至100A,电源中性点接地的电路中,当人身触电或电网线路漏电时,能迅速分断故障电路作为漏电(触电)保护之用,同时可保护线路和各种电器的过载或短路,亦可作为线路的不频繁转换及电动机的不频繁起动,主要用于农电、城市建筑、机械行业、流动场合的照明动力及各种电器设备等。

可在湿热地区使用。
