脉冲热压机操作流程
一、插电源线，连接空压机气管。 二、打开空压机后，压头自动上升，打 开电源开关。 三、调节温控器设定温度为160度 — 280度。设定 计时器下压时间为8秒 — 20秒。通过精密调压阀调 整到适当压力。
以上参数根据材料不同自行调节参数。
四、将屏幕放到托盘上调整好位置并固定。

阀；一个用于压机张开时，称为回油充液阀。两个充液阀的阀芯开口量都分两级控制， 使压机闭合、张开的速度有快有慢，起到减少回路冲击的作用。在充液阀中设置了控 制充液阀开口量大小及开口速度的电磁换向阀。当电磁铁 Yv51 和 Yv52 得电时，进油 充液阀开口量最大，压机能快速上升；当电磁铁 Yv51 失电而 Yv52 得电时，则进油充 液阀开口量变小，压机上升转为慢速；当电磁铁 Yv53 和 Yv54 得电时，回油充液阀开 口量最大，压机能快速张开；当电磁铁 Yv53 失电而 Yv54 碍电时，则回油充液阀开口 量变小，压机张开转为慢速。 6．低压蓄压器
低压蓄压器在使用的过程中，要记下其工作液面的范围，当不能满足时，需停油 泵给蓄压器充压，给蓄压器补充氮气至要求后再使用。 4.2 压力调节
压力调节从下到上，在阀上所作的调整，从小到大，只有在串联有一个压力表的情 况下，才允许进行，而且首先应保持低的值（不达到终值）。试车时应遵循当地的一般 安全说明来进行。 4.3 泵的旋转方向
五．试车
1．选择液压油 本系统要求选用 YB-N46 抗磨液压油。
2．油箱加油 关闭所有蝶阀及油箱放油阀门，油从油箱的加油孔口加入，这时要求在吸油处设
置一滤油器，过滤精度为 25 微米。 另外，用户也可以采用专门的滤油小车加油，从油箱上部的空气滤清清器口加入。 液压原理图上显示注油口的所在位置，所需用油量约为 18000 升。
本液压系统由液压泵组、阀组、充液阀、过滤冷却系统、控制装置、油箱、 蓄能器组及管路等组成。
在工作过程中，过滤冷却系统、控制泵组、压机泵组、加压泵组、充压泵组 等均电器控制工作。当加压泵组中的柱塞泵和充压泵组中的叶片泵调整至压力缸 时，压机开始闭合，同时低压蓄压器通过进油充液阀给油缸充液，在这一阶段叶 片泵、柱塞泵全流量输出，供大流量给油缸，使热压机快速上升，直至加压，通 过电接点压力表及压力传感器逐步切换叶片泵供油。当柱塞泵输出油液压力达到 28Mpa 时通过控制装置保压一段时间，而后继续进行加压、保压、补压，最后卸 荷，阀组工作卸荷，回油充液阀块快速泄油至油箱，压机快速张开，完成一个工 作循环。在压机闭合的同时，装机进行装板，而卸机开始卸板，在一个热压周期 内，装机装满一车毛坯板，而卸机将板全部卸完，且升到指定位置，等待压机张 开后，装机将压机内的板推到其上面，并将装机内的毛坯板送至热压机。

热压机安全技术操作规程1．严格按热压机操作规程进行操作，要求热压时间，温度及压力必须适当。
2．热压时要求热压板上不得有杂物，保证热压板受力均匀，以免发生生意外。
3．半成品门放置热压机后加压时，手不能过热压机安全线，以防挤手。
4．定期加油保养，保持热压机清洁。
多片圆锯安全技术操作规程1、机械上面不得搁置任何工具或杂物2、木料长度最短须超过两送料轮间距离450mm以上。
3、木料加工物必须平直，不要将弯曲的木料送入机械加工。
4、木料一经送入机器就自动前进加工并不须要以手帮助推送，木料一送入手应随即放开木料以免被伤。
5、加工料太长时，请在送料端及出料端为加装加料支架。
6、操作者请勿站立在木料输送对齐线。
7、当机器正在进行锯削加工时，请勿弯腰低头检视锯削状况，以防止木屑击伤眼睛。
8、操作者请勿戴手套，勿穿宽松衣着。
9、在机器出料端最好能有一助手帮忙，将成品拿开。
lO、请勿疏忽机械之润滑请随时注意润滑油量是否足够，良好的润滑才能发挥最佳的机械性能。
11、应经常检视刀具是不否锐利，但刀具之检视必须在机械完整停止时为之。
机器运转时须时常注意其运转状况是否正常。
12、机械周围请勿堆积杂物，保持清洁。
13、操作较长木料在机械前后须加装一活动架或后方加一助手，短的木料不应短于400mm。
四十布胶机安全技术操作规程l、操作前先检查两轮之间是否有放置杂物或其它东西被夹住，以免损坏轮轴。
2、未操作时两轮之道的心轴抹润滑油，使其与心轴之间接处面耐热耐磨耐用的特性。
3、操作时手勿触摸轮轴避免危险。
4、橡胶轮橡胶之处勿沾到润滑油，以免损坏橡胶。
5、操作使用完后，用热水冲洗轮上的溶剂，以免损坏橡胶。
6、清洗后，橡胶轮与轴之间要保持距离2mm左右，避免接触面损坏。
7、本机器每周必须保养维护，能使机器寿命延长。
8、工作时机器发生故障应及时停机修理。
