蒸汽机使用说明及注意事项

蒸汽消毒机使用步骤：
1、在断开电源的情况下检查机体下侧水阀是否处于关闭状态。
2、从注水口出加水，确保水高度没过进水口且未超过托物盘。
3、放置托物盘，并将需消毒物品放置于托物盘上。
4、关好盖子前留一个口，擦干手后插电源，调节水温控制器至消毒温度（110~120℃），等候至盖子留口处有蒸汽冒出后，盖好盖子。
5、消毒完毕后，先关闭水温控制器，再拔掉插头。
6、待机体温度下降后，小心地打开盖子散热。
7、温度下降后，将消毒后的物品取出，放好。
注意事项：
1、加水时确保水高度没过进水口，且未超过托物盘。
2、消毒物品平整的放置于托物盘上，切勿一边重一边轻。
3、消毒进行中，若有水蒸气从进水口处溢出，证明水位过低，应立即关闭水温控制器，拔掉插头，检查水位，在调节水位后再行消毒。
4、消毒完毕后，先关闭水温控制器，再拔掉插头。
5、拔插插头的时候切记保持手上和插头上面干燥，防止触电。
6、关闭机体后，等温度下降之后，再行打开盖子，防止烫伤。

蒸汽洗车机使用说明书一、使用前的工作准备1、确认好设备有足够的供电能力。
2、确认好优质供水源（严禁使用地下水），连接好设备自动进水阀，如无自动进水，应确认好手动加水口，添加足够的水。
3、确认好有充足的燃气。
4、使用辅助工具，把蒸汽枪管与设备连接好。
5、首次使用设备，打开电源开关，观察各个仪表是否正常；仪表正常时，旋钮扭到冷水位置，待蒸汽枪有冷水喷出时，内部空气即为排尽，旋钮扭到蒸汽位置，约50秒后蒸汽喷出，1分钟左右蒸汽压力上升，可以开始洗车。
6、根据需要调节蒸汽“干“”湿“度，首次使用以厂家调节干湿度为准，如情况特殊请向厂家咨询。
7、不使用蒸汽时，旋钮扭到冷水位置，排除蒸汽管内废气，排除废气后旋钮扭到空挡位；长时间待机会消耗电量，缩短水泵寿命。
工作完成时，应先关闭燃气阀门，然后关闭蒸汽启动开关，关闭电源开关，整理好设备以备再次使用。
8、如是冰冻气候，一天工作完毕后，水箱水要排空，预防结冰，严禁设备放置在零度以下的环境中。
二、蒸汽洗车机注意事项1、检查供电，确保有充足的电源。
2、使用质量好的燃气，劣质燃气会燃烧不完全，产生残渣阻塞燃烧室，缩短燃烧室的工作寿命，导致蒸汽温度和压力达不到额定标准。
确认供水源，确保水质优良，以免造成管道阻塞。
3、操作员工作时要带手套，喷枪不能对向人身，避免蒸汽烫伤；蒸汽管高温，不要触摸，避免烫伤。
4、严禁使用非液体、不可溶解的添加剂，以免阻塞管道。
5、发现设备异常时，应关闭电源，向厂家或厂家指定销售商咨询维修，排除故障后方可使用。
6、工作结束后，要切断电源，蒸汽管余气要排放干净。
7、请爱护设备，下雨天应避免雨淋，手动加水时应避免淋湿整机，否则会造成电路故障。
8、每星期定期除垢一次，工作量少时可两星期一次，可延长设备工作寿命（注：因客户没有定期对设备进行除垢，造成洗车机管路堵死无法使用的，厂家概不负责）。
9、除垢方法：（1）到入水箱10升水，放入除垢剂4分之一，溶解4个小时（2）把蒸汽管扭掉，按防冻按钮，蒸汽接头出水时，把防冻按钮松开，让带有除垢剂的水，在管路中，浸泡一晚上（3）第二天早上，打开防冻，把水排尽（4）水箱再加入清水，按防冻，冲洗一边管路即可三、移动蒸汽洗车机常见故障排除1、设备不工作时1.1首先检查供电、电源线、插座等是否正常。

用四根螺丝将把手固定在设备背面
上面两个螺丝暂时不要拧紧
将配件框放入并拧紧螺丝
向清水箱中注入干净冷水
连接真空回收管并锁定，确保不会被拉出
连接蒸汽管并锁定
接通电源，打开电源开关
加热灯亮起
大约5分钟后，蒸汽灯亮起，这时候开始使用机器
按压手持把手内部的红色按钮会释放蒸汽。
按压上部的红色开关会锁定蒸汽释放按钮。

设备使用中，固定脚轮
补水警示灯亮起并伴随蜂鸣声时，请补充干净冷水到清水箱中
