本产品可直接与颜填料一起研磨。
但由于可使用的颜填料种类繁多，酸碱性各不相同，使用时应进行混溶性的测试。
必要时，在加入颜填料前，需加入适量的二甲基乙醇胺。
本产品可与氨基树脂类混合制备烘烤涂料。
该体系在120－220℃温度范围内，对应的固化时间为10Min －30s 。
根据用户实际使用要求，本产品与氨基树脂的混合比可为10:1-3:1（均以固体计）之间不等。
氨基树脂使用时应和本产品进行混溶性测试。
为确保单组分烘烤涂料体系的储存稳定性，在制备过程中要将PH 值调整到8.0-8.5。
施工和配漆设备可以用水、碱性洗涤剂或丙酮清洗。
