臭豆腐本是我国民间一项流传很广的豆腐制品,让不少人爱不释“口”。

如今,这一传统小吃却被一些不良商贩采用极不卫生的方法制作出来,严重危害着大家的健康。

早餐吃油条是很多人的习惯,但鉴于吃油炸食品所带来的害处,及其中的添加剂可能产生的不良后果,营养与食品卫生学专家李勇教授建议大家,应尽量少吃油条,健康的成年人每周不宜超过2次,每次食用量不超过二两。

李勇告诉我们,街边的油条八成铝超标,而过度摄入铝可能致痴呆症。

一般“吃客”在吃油条时,应该仔细闻一闻是否有氨的气味,如果有,则表明它很有可能是使用了膨松剂———碳酸氢铵。

油条在用油锅加热后,碳酸氢铵高温分解成氨气和二氧化碳,产生的气体会使油条膨胀变大。

虽然这种添加剂少量使用对身体没有太大影响,但使用量难以控制,只能凭借经验操控。
