本标准适用于开式循环（使用常规燃烧系统）、闭式循环、半闭式循环及联合循环燃气轮机。
2燃气轮机种类与型式2.1燃气轮机gas turbine（单机）把热能转换为机械功的旋转机械，包括压气机、加热工质的设备（如燃烧室）、透平、控制系统和辅助设备。
注：燃气轮机系统的示例见附录A2.2燃气轮机动力装置gas turbine powor plant燃气轮机发动机及为产生有用的动力（例如：电能、机械能或热能）所必须的基本设备。
同义词：燃气轮机装置2.3开式循环open-cycle工质从大气进入燃气抡机，再排入大气的热力循环。
