《7BUnit1 Dream Homes —Reading 1》教学实践报告（指导思想，设计方法等说明）1.Reading 1 是本单元是有关“梦想之家”这一主题内容。
你有自己梦想的家吗？会使用英语来描述一些国家和首都、房屋和家居设施的名称吗？本课介绍了具有实用功能的描述“梦想之家”的用语，并介绍了一些家中使用物的词汇。
本单元通过问卷调查了解不同国家人的居住情况，启发同学们回想已学单词与新学词汇写一篇有关自己“梦想之家”的文章。
2.七年级学生刚刚接触长篇语段的阅读，在阅读能力上还需要老师的指导，所以在阅读开始时，我让学生采用跳读或略读的方法快速默读课文，着重指导他们如何去抓住句子中的关键词（ key words ）和段落里的主题句（topic sentence），这样就能更好地了解课文大意，从而提高阅读的效率。
如本课，一开始就让同学们快速看出文章谈了哪几个朋友以及他们的姓名和所在地。
让学生迅速抓住文章的信息，带着兴趣展开阅读。
一、实践过程第一步复习显示一些图片给学生看来复习城市和国家名字。
第二步呈现显示不同的房型的图片，然后介绍我的家。
先让学生猜我住在那种房子里，我不住在别墅，宫殿，平房和城堡里，我的家在高楼里。
然后欢迎学生到我家做客，然后引出家里的各个不同的房间，并介绍他们的功用。
第三步巩固描述不同的房间来让学生猜“ I sit in this room to watch TV. Where is it?”“ I do morning exercises here. Can you guess where it is? Etc.第四步呈现通过描述我的梦想家园来呈现生词，“那是我居住的家，但不是我的梦想家园，我的梦想家园是一座坐落在河上的木屋，我怎么进屋子呢？对，爬梯子，我可以在午后散步在海滩，让我喜欢它的原因还有它很安静，而且有很多雨。
