Module 3 Unit1 I like football.教学设计一、教学内容( Teaching content )：外研版（三年级起点）三年级下册Module 3 Unit 1 I like football.二、教学目标( Teaching aims )：根据《英语课程标准》的要求，基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础，培养学生英语综合语言运用能力，即小学生在真实生活中运用外语的能力是小学英语教学的最终目标。

同时，激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神。

小学三年级英语是启蒙阶段，必须通过听、说、玩、演、练、唱等实践活动，来更好的完成学习目标。

在认真钻研教材、分析青少年儿童身心发展规律、认知规律的前提下，根据英语教学大纲及新课程标准的要求，现将本节课的教学目标设计如下：（一）语言知识目标：1.功能：谈论体育项目以及喜欢和不喜欢的事物。

2.语法：全体学生能够初步运用：I like...部分学生能初步运用：I don’t like...3.词汇：全体学生能理解：like, football, them, basketball, morning exercises, table tennis等单词。

4.语音：感知包含实义动词的陈述句的语音语调。

（二）语言技能目标：1.听：全体学生能听懂：I like... I don’t like...2.说：全体学生能说：I like...3.读：全体学生能整体感知：like, football, basketball4.写：全体学生能视觉感知：like, football, basketball（三）运用：全体学生能谈论自己在体育项目方面的喜好。

（四）学习策略：积极与他人合作，共同完成小组任务。

有兴趣听、说英语、做游戏，乐于模仿、敢于开口、积极参与、合作，能够认识到学习英语的目的在于运用英语进行交流。

（五）文化意识：知道主要的体育项目名称。

（六）情感态度：敢于开口说英语，在表达中不怕出错误。

培养学生积极锻炼身体的意识，敢于克服困难的精神。

使学生之间协作，发扬合作精神，培养学生积极学习英语的态度，开发思维。

三、教学重点( Difficult point )：1.能够灵活运用句型“I like...” 和“I don’t like...” 谈论自己喜欢和不喜欢的运动项目。

2.能比较活动运用新句型进行交际。

四、教学难点( Important items )：1.table tennis, morning exercises的读音。

2.将本课所学的句型运用到真实的情境中。

五．教学资源( Teaching sources )：电子白板、课件、图片、卡通头饰等。

六、教学过程( Teaching procedures )：Step1. Warming-up:1.Greet.“Class begins, stand up, good morning boys and girls. How are you today? I feel pretty good ! Today, we’re going to learn Module 3 Unit1 I like football. ”2. Create situations. “Last month, a Zoo Beauty Pageant was held. A lot of animals came to join, because they thought they were the most beautiful and unique!”Step2. Lead-in:1.Lead in with a question. “So,what are their characteristics? Let’s watch the video carefully.” Play the video of Activity 1 for students, then ask 5 students to say out the characteristics of each animal.2.Explain the new word “like” with actions and teach its pronunciation by phonics.3.Chant together.Step3. Presentation:1.Create situations. “Listen, who is crying. It’s the panda. Why is he sosad? Because he failed in the pageant. However, the panda is very optimistic, he said, I will never give up! I will do some sports to get beautiful and keep healthy! ”2.Activity 2.Question1 for the first watching of Activity 2.“How many kinds of sports did he try? Watch the video and choose!” Play the video, and then students choose the right answer.Question2 for the second watching of Activity 2.“Since he has tried so many kinds of sports, what does the panda like and not like? Let’s watch the video again.” Play the video.Part1. Question: “What is the first sport?”(1)Stick the card of football onto the board, and draw a foot to explain “football”: “We use a foot to kick a ball, so we call it football.”(2)Write down the word “football” on the board.(3)Teach reading, and ask the students to act as kicking a football while reading.(4)“Does the panda like football? ” “What does he say?”---- “I don’t like football.”Write down “I don’t like” on the board.(5)Ask students if they like football or not. “So you guys, who likes football?” “Who doesn’t like football? ” Students should answer with “I like football”or “I don’t like football.”Part2. Meanwhile, teach reading with phonics.(3)Practice reading, and ask the students to act as throwing a basketball while reading.(4) “Does the panda like basketball? ” “What does he say?”---- “I don’t like basketball.” Stick a negative face on the board.(5) Ask students if they like basketball or not. “So you guys, who likes basketball?” “Who doesn’t like basketball? ” Students should answer with “I like basketball”or “I don’t like basketball.”Part3. Then practice reading the text for 3 minutes. “Now，you will be given 3 minutes to practice reading for your partners.”4.Funny reading. Students read the text together: Turn right to read picture 1 and 2, then go on to turn right to read picture 3 and 4, then stand up and sit down to read the rest.5.Act out the text. “Here is the show time. One representative for girls to say out what she likes as many as possible in 10 seconds, then boys. Conclusion:“We’ve learned some kinds of sports to keep beautiful and healthy, they are: football basketball table tennis and morning exercises.
