”爱国主义的薪火代代相传，是中华民族抵御外侮、自立图强的强大精神动力。
朱光亚：中国科技“众帅之帅”
“同学们，听吧！祖国在向我们召唤，四万万五千万的父老兄弟在向我们召唤，五千年的光辉在向我们召唤！”“回去吧！让我们回去，把我们的血汗洒在祖国的土地上，灌溉出灿烂的花朵。
”“赶快回去吧！祖国在迫切地等待我们！”
这几句话摘自“两弹一星”元勋朱光亚1950年与51名留美同学联合发表的《给留美同学的一封公开信》。
当时的朱光亚，是个在美国核物理学的天地里如鱼得水的科学家，祖国的召
唤让他激情难抑，他毅然告别了优越的工作条件和优厚的物质待遇，告别女友取道香港回国，并将之后的人生全部奉献给了祖国的“两弹一星”事业。
半个多世纪过去了，读着这样一封激情澎湃的信，我们依然能感受到朱光亚火一样的爱国激情。
崇德修身，风范永流传
国无德不兴，人无德不立。
中国传统文化一向崇尚道德修养，有“修身，齐家，治国，平天下”之说，“修身”是行万事的基础。
而在“修身”之后则要“齐家”，美好的德行具有广泛的影响力，极容易在家族中沿袭，古代的世家大族皆以“世守家风”为要务。
到现代社会，家庭教育对个人的品行仍具有极大的影响力。
风流宰相谢安：名士风度之大成者
在中国文化史上，有一个专有名词——“魏晋风流”，魏晋时期为后人留下了竹林七贤、王谢世家、桃源陶令等典范。
而这其中，集名士风度之大成者，是谢安。
谢安不追求高官厚禄，出身名门的他性情闲雅，善行书，通音乐，却屡辞辟命，隐居会稽郡的东山，与王羲之、许询等纵情山水；谢安有匡扶时弊的担当与才华，当谢氏家族于朝中之人尽数逝去，为了支撑谢氏门户，他出山竭力辅政，挫败桓温篡位之意，指挥堪称传奇的淝水之战，为东晋赢得了几十年的和平；谢安为人旷达洒脱，他在功名极盛之时急流勇退，交权归隐。
既有精神意趣上的玄远超越，又有社会伦理上的勇敢担当，儒道相融的名士人格，在谢安身上得到了充分的体现。
