临界温度和临界压力因为任何气体在一点温度和压力下都可以液化,温度越高,液化所需要的压力也越高,但是当温度超过某一数值时,即使在增加多大的压力也不能液化,这个温度叫临界温度,在这一温度下最低的压力就叫做临界压力,例如:水的临界温度为374.15℃,临界压力为225.65kgf/cm2;,氨的临界温度为132.4℃,临界压力为115.2kgf/cm2;。
通常我们所见到的物质常以三种形态存在,即固体、液体和气体。
形态是物质的一种属性,不同物质的形态有所不同,如铁是固体,水是液体,空气是气体等。
一种物质所具有的形态与其所存在的客观条件有关,并非永恒不变。
例如,在一般情况下二氧化碳是气体,但在一定的低温和一定压力下也可以是液体或固体(俗称干冰)。
其它物质的形态也同样随着外界条件的变化而改变。
气体变成液体的过程叫做气体的液化。
对气体能否变成液体的问题是有个认识过程的。
早在19世纪以前,曾认为气体本质上就是气体,不能使之改变。
只是在19世纪20年代,人们才成功地用加大压力的办法做氨气、氯气、二氧化碳及其它一些气体变成液体。
但是还有许多其它气体(如组成空气的主要成分——氮气和氧气),虽然作了很大努力,也不能使之液化。
因此,人们曾错误地认为当时还不能液化的这些气体是“永久气体”,这种形而上学的观点,阻碍了人们进一步研究如何使空气液化的工作。
随着科学的不断发展,人们逐渐认识到:组成物质的分子间都存在相互吸引和相互排斥的两种作用力,当分子间相互排斥力>分子间相互吸引力时,物质的气体;当分子间的相互吸引力>分子间的相互排斥力或至少等于排斥力的时候,气体才有可能转变为液体。
分子间的相互吸引作用,实际上可以认为不依赖于温度;相反,由分子的相互撞击而引起互相排斥作用则强烈地依赖于温度,所以只有当气体的温度降低到一定程度时,才有可能使分子间的吸引作用≥分子间的排斥作用。
即才有可能使气体变为液体。
这种使分子间的吸引作用等于分子间的排斥作用时,所许可存在的最高温度叫做该气体的临界温度。

101 kPa下,低于100 oC水蒸气可能液化,高于100 oC水 可能气化;氯气在室温加压可能液化; 氧气在室温无论加多大的压力也不能液化,必须将 T 降 至-119 oC以下,再加 5 MPa的压力才能液化,这种现象叫 临界现象; 能使气体液化的最高温度称为临界温度 Tc; 在临界温度使气体液化所需的最低压力叫临界压力pc; 在Tc 和pc条件下,1mol气体所占的体积叫临界体积Vc 气体的沸点越低,临界温度也越低,就越难液化。

CO 2的PVT 关系测定和临界现象观测一.实验目的1.学习流体PVT 关系的实验测定方法,加深理解流体P-V 状态图和不同类型等温线的特征。
2.掌握实际气体液化的条件和气-液相变、饱和蒸气压的意义。
3.通过对CO 2临界现象的感性认识,理解临界点和超临界流体的重要意义。
4.学习活塞式压力计的正确使用。
二.实验原理PVT 关系是物理化学研究的重要课题之一,总体上,PVT 关系可以通过三种方法得到:(1)直接实验测定,通过数据拟合参数得到状态方程(2)经验半经验方法,主要是建立在一定理论基础或物理意义的各种状态方程(3)理论推导。
对于物质的量确定的系统,当处于平衡状态时,其状态函数PVT 之间存在着一定的关系:f (P ,Vm ,T )=0,该方程描述的物质状态图是以P 、Vm 、T 为坐标的立体曲面。
在不同温度下截取恒温剖面,相交曲线投影在P-Vm 平面上,可以得到由一族恒温线组成的P-Vm 图。
温度较高时,等温线是一条光滑曲线;温度较低时,等温线上有一水平线段,反映气-液相变化的特征,水平线段的两个端点分别代表互为共轭的饱和气体和饱和液体,随着温度升高,水平线段不断缩短,饱和气体线和饱和液体线最后汇于一点,即临界点(Critical point )。
临界点的温度、压力和体积分别称临界温度T C 、临界压力P C 和临界体积V C ,是物质固有的特征参数。
温度低于T C 是气体液化的必要条件。
温度、压力高于临界点的流体称超临界流体。
由于充进承压玻璃管内的CO 2质量和玻璃管截面积不便测量,实验中采用间接办法来确定CO 2的比体积。
假设CO 2的比体积V 与其高度呈线性关系。
已知CO 2液体在20℃,9.8MPa 时的比容V(293K ,9.8MPa)=0.00117m 3/Kg ,若实际测定在20℃,9.8MPa 时的CO 2液柱高度Δh o (m),则3v (293K,9.8MPa)=0.00117m /kgo h Am ∆=)(kg/m 00117.02K h A mo =∆=K 即为玻璃管内CO 2的质面比常数。
泄露计算方法

重大事故后果分析方法:泄漏事故后果分析是安全评价的一个重要组成部分,其目的在于定量地描述一个可能发生的重大事故对工厂、厂内职工、厂外居民,甚至对环境造成危害的严重程度。
分析结果为企业或企业主管部门提供关于重大事故后果的信息,为企业决策者和设计者提供关于决策采取何种防护措施的信息,如防火系统、报警系统或减压系统等的信息,以达到减轻事故影响的目的。
火灾、爆炸、中毒是常见的重大事故,可能造成严重的人员伤亡和巨大的财产损失,影响社会安定。
世界银行国际信贷公司(IFC)编写的《工业污染事故评价技术手册》中提出的易燃、易爆、有毒物质的泄漏、扩散、火灾、爆炸、中毒等重大工业事故的事故模型和计算事故后果严重度的公式,主要用于工业污染事故的评价。
该方法涉及内容,也可用于火灾、爆炸、毒物泄漏中毒等重大事故的事故危险、危害程度的评价。
由于设备损坏或操作失误引起泄漏从而大量释放易燃、易爆、有毒有害物质,可能会导致火灾、爆炸、中毒等重大事故发生。
1 泄漏情况1.1 泄漏的主要设备根据各种设备泄漏情况分析,可将工厂(特别是化工厂)中易发生泄漏的设备分类,通常归纳为:管道、挠性连接器、过滤器、阀门、压力容器或反应器、泵、压缩机、储罐、加压或冷冻气体容器及火炬燃烧装置或放散管等十类。
一个工厂可能有各种特殊设备,但其与一般设备的差别很小,可以容易地将其划归至所属的类型中去。
图6—1~图6—10提供了各类设备的典型损坏情况及裂口尺寸,可供后果分析时参考。
这里所列出的损坏典型,仅代表事故后果分析的最基本的典型损坏。
评价人员还可以增加其他一些损坏的形式和尺寸,例如阀的泄漏、开启式贮罐满溢等人为失误事故,也可以作为某些设备的一种损坏形式。
1.2 泄漏后果分析一旦泄漏,后果不单与物质的数量、易燃性、毒性有关,而且与泄漏物质的相态、压力、温度等状态有关。
这些状态可有多种不同的结合,在后果分析中,常见的可能结合有4种:(1)常压液体;(2)加压液化气体;(3)低温液化气体;(4)加压气体。
临界参数在化工计算中的应用

临界参数在化工计算中的应用1.临界参数及其计算方法(1)1.1临界参数临界温度(Tc)、临界压力(Pc)和临界体积(Vc)统称为临界参数,是描述物质特性的重要参数。
1.2临界参数的计算方法Lyderson基团贡献法基团贡献法是基于同一基团在不同分子中对某一临界参数的贡献值相同的假设上建立的方法,可用数十个基团推算出成千上万种化合物的临界性质,其准确程度与基团的划分及回归基团贡献值所选的化合物有关。
关联式法关联式法是首先按照化合物的特征官能团进行分类,再选择合适的基本数据如分子量、正常沸点等易得性质与实验临界参数相关联,得到较为简单的数学关联式。
其他方法改进的nokay法(求临界温度Tc,只适合烃类),使用该法时还必须要知道60华氏摄氏度下烃类相对于水的比重。
对于两个族的烃类,上式并不适用。
Riedel法(求Vc,只适用于烃类),此外求Vc还有vetere法。
2.临界参数的应用(2)2.1液体密度的计算由于液体的理论尚不完善,目前还不能找到液体各参数之间的关系式,因此液体密度的计算不如气体的方便。
在化工工程计算中一般采用有临界参数的经验公式:(1)利用临界常数计算饱和液体密度,只要找到纯物质的临界参数就可以计算。
计算误差为1%~2%。
(2)利用对比密度与Tr 和Pr关系求液体密度,由Tr 和Pr查得pr进而求得密度。
2.2 气体热容的计算气态有机物在不同温度下的理想气体热容有许多计算方法,其中Rihanni—Doraiswa—my基团贡献法是一种简便、精度高的方法。
该方法将有机物分解成若干基团,将基团对化合物热容的贡献值相加得到化合物的热容值。
真实气体热容的计算需考虑压力对热容的影响,通常气体压力大于3.54×10 kPa时应该采用普遍化热容校正图来计算。
2.3 真实气体状态方程参数的计算用压缩因子法可方便的计算真实气体的状态方程参数,该方法通过以下方程来计算:Z=PV/(nRT)=PVm/(RT) (a)其中:压缩因子z是修正实际气体偏离理想气体行为程度的一个无量纲的纯数。
