正式报关服务 一、中国大陆出口“正式报关”服务 货物涉及许可证件管制的；客户需要办理出口退税以及出口收汇的货物或价值在5000元人民币 （不包括运、保、杂费等）及以上的货物，需按照”正式报关“申报”。 二、新加坡进口正式报关 申报价值超过300USD/单票，或涉及进口许可证的货物，需办理正式报关手续。 进口清关时效将视客户提供单证以及税金缴纳情况而定，一般情况下，清关时效相对普通快件时 效至少增加1-3个工日。
2. 快件分类
分为文件、包裹两类 文件：无商业价值的文件、票据等资料，品名申报为“Document(文件)”的物品；申报价值为“0”美元。 包裹：指法律法规允许进出境除文件类以外的快件货物，并需要按货物实际价值（美元）进行申报。 包裹类快件需要客户提供形式发票（商业发票），一式两联。 新加坡清关说明 1）CIF价值≤400SGD（约等于300USD）的低价值货物，无关税。 2）CIF价值＞400SGD（约等于300USD)的高价值货物，需以“正式报关”申报，会产生关税以及其他可 能产生的清关费用，具体以实际操作为准。 3）以上美元金额的换算，均在现有汇率基础上进行，具体金额请以实时汇率为准进行换算.基于CIF价 值而判断出来的高价值货物，将被征7%的消费税。 注：以上是否“征税”的界限仅为参考指引，具体以目的地口岸海关的最终认定为准。 客户须根据货物的实际情况如实填写货物价值、数量、品名等信息，如因“品名填写不规范”、“价 值低报”等引起的海关扣件、时效延误等风险，由客户自己承担。

国际快递UPS的到付问题快递单号特点：全球UPS账号为6位数对于客户提供的UPS到付帐号，UPS说只能查询本地UPS的到付帐户是否可用,无法查询国外客户的到付帐号，也就是说尽管对方提供你到付帐号，也不能保证会支付运费。
因为客人一般是月结或者半年跟UPS结算一次的,UPS会给客人一张BILLING,这张BILLING只有客人签字钱才能从他的银行或者信用卡里扣掉. 而且要命的是在美国任何人可以随便在网上申请UPS帐号,UPS的客服中心他们根本无法核实帐号的真假,就算是真的,客人不签字,拒付,那UPS就会找SHIPPER(发货人来收钱了).UPS国际快件服务运单的背面通常都是如下条款：1、寄件人在使用UPS快件服务前，请务必清楚理解UPS运单背面的有关UPS快件的条款。

4、UPS国际快件运费到付(包括第三方付款)条款非常重要，敬请注意。
1)选择UPS国际快件运费到付方式，收件人或第三方拒付运费的风险自始至终均由发件人承担。
2)选择UPS到付服务前须如实向收件人及承运人提供托运货物的详细情况，并保证收件人会支付运费。
承运人将不会过问发件人与收件人之间的关系或约定。
若收件人拒付运费，承运人将直接向发件人收取运费。
3)到付运费由收件人按照目的地UPS的到付价格支付。
若收件人拒付运费，则由发件人按照寄件地UPS的预付公布价全额支付运费(不享受预付折扣)。
若收件人同时拒付进口关税等其它相关费用，则同样由发件人支付。
4)发件人若选择第三方付款方式，需在运单的“PAYMENT OF CHARGES”一栏填写第三方付款公司名、帐号及国家名。
并承担由于帐号失效或关闭所产生的所有连带责任，包括支付运费。
5)国外UPS一般实行信用期赊销结帐方式，故收件人签收快件并不代表其已同意支付运费而不会产生拒付运费的行为，而且拒付行为一般都在收件人信用期满后才可确认，信息反馈也需要一定的时间。
因此，承运人有权在自发件日起六个月(180天)内通知发件人运费被拒付的信息并要求发件人支付运费(一般情况下，最快的信息反馈是在快件出口日起90天后)。

感谢贵公司选择联邦快递（中国）有限公司的快递服务，为了使您能更好地享受我们的便捷服务，现附上运费 结算协议书。本协议书将进一步明确贵司与我司之间的权利及义务，一经生效，贵司将享有预付运费月结，到付及 第三方付款等服务，而在此协议书未生效之前，所有货件只能由寄件方用现金支付，不能享受到付和第三方付款的 服务。详情请参阅运费结算协议书。
___________________(“账号”)。甲方对前述账号下所产生和/或相关的全部费用承担付款责任，包括但不限于：（i）国际进口/出口 快件：运费、与托运或货件相关之各类税金和政府规费、附加费及国际空运提单上所载之其他费用；(ii)国内服务：运费、政府规费、 附加费及国内货物托运单上所载之其他费用；和(iii)任何乙方为甲方垫付的款项 (以下统称为“费用”)。就国际快件，以上费用并不限 于在中国境内发生。 3. 甲方应对其账号信息妥为保密,以避免他人未经授权使用。甲方应避免任何未经其授权的人员在本协议中甲方地址、甲方通知乙方之 其它取/派件地址或甲方其他托运地址等地点使用甲方账号向乙方交件托运。 4. 乙方定期向甲方寄送账单。甲方应在账单日起 30 天内将账单结清。就各类乙方垫款以及与托运或货件相关之各类税金和政府规费， 乙方可不受前述 30 天账期限制，要求甲方及时结清。甲方应及时审阅账单，如有异议或其他调整要求，应在账单日起 14 天內向乙 方书面提出，逾期则视为对账单内容无异议。甲方对账单内容部分有异议的，不应影响其余部分的按时支付。甲方应使用银行转帐或 支票方式支付并承担银行转帐手续费。为支付安全，除非经乙方事先同意，甲方不应以现金支付。 5. 乙方运费、附加费等费率牌价和相关计算方式以 /cn/网站或乙方印制之费率牌价表公布，并可定期或不时修订。 甲乙双方可就适用之费率另行达成各类书面折扣协议以相应替代乙方公布之费率牌价。如甲乙双方间无相关有效书面折扣协议的，则 应当适用乙方公布之费率牌价。甲方应在货件交运前查询了解前述网站公布的费率牌价等相关信息，如有需要，亦可索取乙方印制之 费率牌价表。 6. 甲方为托运人的， 即使甲方在国际空运提单或国内货物托运单上指示其他人付款，乙方未收到付款的，甲方仍须无条件承担所有费 用的付款责任。乙方不承担以任何特定方式向甲方指示的其他人催讨以及证明其是否以及以何种理由拒绝付款的责任。甲方应承担货 件按相关指示送回托运人和未决定如何处理而需仓储所造成的一切费用。 7. 如甲方未按时付款，乙方有权取消或变更甲方在本协议项下的信用结算期限并就甲方已负之付款义务宣布立即到期。任何一方可在对 方未履行本协议条款的情况下立即终止本协议。任何一方均有权经提前 30 天书面通知后单方解除本协议，协议解除的，甲方仍应承 担已负之付款责任。 8. 任何一方变更各类相关地址，以及电话、传真和电子邮箱等通讯方式的，应在变更前 15 天书面通知另一方。如无相反证据，国际空 运提单或国内货物托运单上记载的托运人地址为货件实际交付托运的地址。 9. 托运的每票货件，都应受相关国际空运提单（适用于国际出口/进口快件服务）或国内货物托运单（适用于国内服务）的条款和其中 提及的标准运送条款所约束。各类运单和其他托运文件以电子扫描数据保存的，与该等文件之纸质原件具有同等法律效力。货件通过 终端设备电子签收可在境内提取打印的，视为可靠电子签名。 10. 本协议经双方充分自由协商订立并适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议发生或与本协议相关之任何之争议，任何一方均有权向原告所 在地人民法院提起诉讼。本协议经双方盖章后生效。本协议一式两份，双方各执一份。

1.2 甲方应确保所寄物品符合国家法律法规及乙方的相关规定。
第二条服务费用2.1 甲方应按照乙方公布的费率标准支付服务费用。
2.2 乙方有权根据市场情况调整服务费率，调整前应提前通知甲方。
第三条服务期限3.1 本协议自双方签字盖章之日起生效，有效期为一年，除非双方另有书面约定。
3.2 协议期满前，任何一方均可提出续约或终止协议。
第四条甲方的权利和义务4.1 甲方有权要求乙方按照约定的时间和方式提供服务。
4.2 甲方应按时支付服务费用，并保证所提供的信息真实、准确。
第五条乙方的权利和义务5.1 乙方有权根据本协议收取服务费用。
5.2 乙方应保证提供安全、准时、高效的快递服务。
第六条违约责任6.1 如甲方未按时支付服务费用，乙方有权暂停服务，并要求甲方支付违约金。
6.2 如乙方未能按照约定提供服务，甲方有权要求赔偿。
第七条争议解决7.1 本协议项下的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。
7.2 如协商不成，任何一方均可向乙方所在地的人民法院提起诉讼。
第八条其他8.1 本协议的修改和补充应以书面形式进行，经双方签字盖章后生效。
8.2 本协议未尽事宜，双方可另行协商确定。
本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。

联邦快递第三方雇佣合同尊敬的雇主，感谢您选择与我们（联邦快递）建立合作关系。
以下是我们的第三方雇佣合同的主要条款和条件。
1. 合同双方：雇主：【您的名称】雇员：【第三方雇佣公司名称】2. 服务范围：第三方雇佣公司将向联邦快递提供以下服务（具体服务可根据合同附件进行调整）：- 提供合格的快递员，以完成联邦快递的送货任务。
- 确保雇员具备必要的资质和许可证，以执行所需的快递服务。
- 安排雇员完成联邦快递委派的特定任务。
3. 雇佣期限：雇佣期限将根据需要在合同附件中进行详细规定。
合同到期时，如果没有给予续约通知，则该合同自动终止。
4. 雇佣费用：雇主同意支付第三方雇佣公司由合同附件约定的费用。
支付方式和频率由合同双方商定。
5. 工作责任：第三方雇佣公司负责：- 确保雇员按时履行其工作职责，并按要求完成任务。
- 与雇员签订雇佣合同，并遵守所有相关的劳动法规定。
- 及时处理雇员的工资和福利问题。
6. 雇佣关系：这是一个第三方雇佣合同，雇员被视为是第三方雇佣公司的员工，而不是联邦快递的员工。
联邦快递对雇员的行为和业绩不承担直接责任。
7. 保密：第三方雇佣公司同意保护联邦快递的商业机密和客户信息，并遵守所有与其服务相关的保密义务。
8. 合同终止：双方一致同意，任何一方都可以在提前【合同附件中约定的提前通知期限】的书面通知后终止合同。
