本课是一篇看图对话课，通过医生的问和病人的答让学生学到看病的日产用语的表达法，从而扩展到语言的综合性。
看病知识是初中阶段一个很重要的知识点，所以本课不但是本单元的教学重点，在整个初中英语学习阶段也是比较重要的知识点。
设计理念：本课是看图对话课，首先要练习学生通过图片提取文中信息的能力，其次是听说能力的练习，最后是根据所给关键词编对话。
通过看图、听课文填空、重点难点讲解、分组对话、然后分组进行表演等环节，学生基本上已经掌握课文的学习重点内容。
在注重学生知识能力发展的同时，特别强调学生辩别和思维的。
