武威第二十三中学传染病应急预案

武威第二十三中学传染病及相关突发公共卫生事件应急预案为确保广大师生员工身体健康和生命安全,维护学校正常教学秩序,根据预防传染病相关会议、文件精神和各级制定的《应急预案》的要求,结合我校实际,制定本预案。
若发生传染病突发事件,将迅速启动本预案,以便及时有序地开展救治工作。
一、组织机构。
建立防控处置传染病(艾滋病等)应急领导小组组长:赵金山(校长)副组长:邹立国(副校长)李安霞(副校长)黄永(副校长)组员:董弟林(办公室主任)张立奇(教导主任)杨万鹏(政教主任)周文元(总务主任)各年级主任各班班主任二、工作目标进一步加强对广大学生的健康教育,充分利用广播、电视、板报、健康教育主题班会等多种形式开展传染病(艾滋病等)防治知识宣传,并采取切实有效的防控措施,防止传染病在学校、发生和流行。
三、责任到人,分片包干赵金山校长负责贯彻实施有关文件和会议精神,按照区教育局和当地党委、政府的统一指挥。
结合我校实际,认真组织教育全校师生,搞好传染病的防控工作。
邹立国校长负责搞好《学校防控传染病知识》的宣传,加强对校(园)防控工作的督促、督导、检查、管理工作,成立防控小组,并制订切实可行可操作实施方案。
李安霞校长负责指导、督查全校防控传染病措施的落实。
并对校(园)出现的典型事件进行采集。
监测、汇总、收集和上报区防控中心与区教育局。
分析和研究全校防控工作形势,增添与改进防控工作措施,调整与制定防控工作对策。
四、应急步骤第一步:早发现,熟练宣传和掌握“传染病”的基本知识,加强观察。
第二步:早报告,教师或班主任在观察中,若发现疑似病人,安排学生立即离开教室或宿舍,并立即亲自报告学校校长。
第三步:早隔离,校长安排有关人员将异常对象接到隔离室观察并做好保护工作,并报告有关部门。
第四步:早治疗,学校配合有关部门开展防治工作,并按防疫人员的安排做好下一步工作。
五、要求1.加强饮用水管理,尽量截断传染源。
2.大力开展爱国卫生运动。
搞好校园环境卫生,为学生提供一个安全卫生的学习和生活环境。

武威第二十三中学教学活动安全管理制度教育教学是是学校工作的中心环节,为确保正常的教学秩序,杜绝安全事故的发生,应把教学安全放在首位,特制定武威第二十三中学教学安全制度。
一、室内课堂教学1.按时上下课,做到不迟到、不早退,不中途离开,不拖堂,如不按时到岗、提前下课以及上课时教师无故离开教室而造成学生伤害事故的教师负全部责任。
2.严格执行教学计划,坚持按课表上课,未经教导处同意,不准私自调课。
3.循循善诱,不讽刺挖苦学生,不体罚和变相体罚学生,尊重学生人格。
4.在课堂教学中,任课教师要落实点名制度,对缺席的同学要查明去向,并及时向班主任老师通报,安全工作实行任课教师包课堂的责任制和责任追究制。
5.上实验课的教师要组织好学生实验,保证实验课的安全。
(1)上课教师要严格按教材要求做好实验准备,对所用药品,器材要在课前检查并进行预做,确保药品器材安全有效。
不得让过期变质及存在安全隐患的器材、药品进入课堂。
(2)上课教师要认真组织实验课的教学工作,必须做到:课前教师对要做的实验的整个过程能熟练操作;对存在一定安全问题的实验,教师上课时一定先讲实验要点和安全注意事项以及处理安全事故的必要知识;并对重要操作进行必要的示范和演示,实验的整个过程进行认真指导和全面监控,确保学生安全。
(3)所有学生必须严格遵守实验室管理制度及操作规程,严格遵守操作规程及实验步骤,不懂就问,有问题及时向老师汇报。
(4)到专用教室上课,要求学生排队前往,教师必须亲自将学生送到上课地点,下课后由任课教师将学生送回到教室。
二、室外课堂教学1.体育课(1)上课铃一响,体育教师必须站在上课场地上等待学生的到来,切实加强责任心,对学生进行必要的安全教育。
合理安排运动量和运动强度,关注体质较弱学生和特异体质学生。
(2)对于因身体原因不能上体育课的学生,必须向体育老师请假,经体育老师同意后,在教学场地休息、旁观;如遇有特殊病因不能到场地的,班主任必须做好管理工作,坚决杜绝教室有学生,却无人管理的情况。

武威第二十三中学培训学习总结沈海山武威第二十三中学之行,本人感触良多,要提高学生综合素质,要打造高效课堂,要提高教学质量,就应该把课堂真正还给学生,让学生成为课堂的主人,尤其在数学教学中,应该让学生在课堂上探索,在课堂上训练,在课堂上提高.课堂是我们教师掌控的主阵地。
课堂教学中原有的陈旧教学模式、落后教学方法,严重阻碍学生思维的开发,严重阻碍学生创新精神的培养。
长期以来,我们虽然认识到了我们在教学中存在这样的错误,但缺乏行之有效的改进办法。
这次武威第二十三中学之行,我们发现了通过以下改变可以解决我们的实际问题。
一.教学中完成三个转变1.进一步转变信任思想。
教师在课堂教学实践中,要充分相信学生,相信学生能行很棒,改变以往教师一人唱独角戏的思想,不给学生任何机会。
2.进一步是转变主体思想。
教师在课堂教学中,要充分发挥学生是主体的作用,教师围绕学生转,改变以往教师满堂灌,一节课下来学生的一切权力被剥夺了。
武威第二十三中教师在数学中教学是通过出示大量自学指导练习,让学生自学,探究。
个别知识点教师纠错释疑。
3.进一步是转变不开放思想。
教师在课堂教学中,要允许学生自由讨论,自由交流,发表不同意见,改变以往教师一味求标准答案,唯一答案,从而限制学生发散思维的培养。
从武威第二十三的课堂中,不难看出他们的学生千奇百怪,层出不穷,思维活跃,表达流畅。
二.改革两种传统的固有的模式。
一是座位编排模式。
在平时我们的班级管理中,教师都喜欢按横纵的一定顺序排座,武威第二十三中学学生的座位是分组坐,好学生和学困生搭对坐,大大方便了学生的交流机会,大大扩展了学生的讨论空间。
二是讲课模式。
以往大多数老师都采用老师讲,学生听的,一节课只听见老师的声音,学生都哑口无声。
从武威第二十三中学课堂中,不难可看出教师讲解不易找到,即使看见老师在讲,也只不过讲基本概念、定义,时间不会很多。
他们在教学过程中重视课堂练习的设计,教学时通过有层次多角度的题组设计,在解题时逐步引导学生解决问题,同时教师在纠错的过程中完成知识点的讲解和学习.在整个课堂中以练习为主线,在练习中解决问题,在练习中学习新知识,在练习中提高解题能力,在练习中完成教学过程。
23中 应急避险预案 真实版

武威第二十三中学应急避险预案为了进一步加强学校安全工作,防患于未然,避免在火灾、地震等一切不可预见性的突发事件来临时,由于惊慌失措造成新的、更大的损失,根据学校实际情况特制定本应急预案。
一、安全应急避险领导小组组长:赵金山副组长:邹立国李安霞黄永成员:董弟林张立奇杨万鹏周文元各年级主任全体班主任二、各班疏散路线及任课教师分工(南北教学楼、学生公寓。
这里以北教学楼为例)三、岗位职责。
(一)负责人职责1.对所负责班级进行疏导,督促责任班级及时、安全,有序撤离。
以保证应急疏散工作顺利进行。
2.协调班与班之间撤离顺序。
保证紧急疏散通道畅通无阻。
3.对在应急疏散过程中发生的突发事件及时处理,防止发生次生灾害。
4.待全体学生都撤离后,彻底清查教室。
保证教室没有一个学生逗留。
(二)协调人职责1.一旦发生突发事件,应立即停止一切教学活动,教师告诉学生不要慌乱,稳定学生情绪,防止发生恐慌。
并立即指挥学生迅速起立、放板凳、有序按各班即定路线各自分别从前、后门离开教室。
2.核查学生离开情况,保证教室不留一个学生。
3.组织学生按既定顺序在楼道内迅速撤离,防止疏散通道堵塞。
4.下楼后,在指定区域集结,与班主任一道迅速核查学生人数,在第一时间安全应急避险领导小组。
(三)班主任职责1.尽快与学生在指定区域集结,迅速核查学生人数,在第一时间报应急避险领导小组2.班主任在日常工作中应在以下几个方面对学生进行相关教育(1)一旦发生突发事件,不要慌张,要听从老师的安排迅速有序离开危险区域,不得乱跑、喧哗、打闹、堵塞应急通道。
(2)在迅速撤离危险区域时一定要注意自身安全,以防止踩踏等意外事故危及学生安全。
(3)一旦发生紧急避险事件,应迅速起立、放凳子、抱头、下蹲。
(4)教育学生应保持教室前后门的开放,一旦发生突发事件,教室前三排从前门列队有序迅速撤离,后三排从后门列队有序迅速撤离。
