两周多下来，我们已经教了两个单元，第一单元在默写本默写过一次，在英语纸上默写了1次，总体成绩一般。
我带了3——6年级两个大循环，比较熟悉这套英语教材，知道学生在各个年级段，该掌握到怎样一个程度。
四年级的英语学习，在整个小学阶段处于一个绝对的主导作用，因为三到四年级的转换中，对学生英语学习的要求发生了质的变化，也许，你的孩子在三年级的时候，英语也没怎么多花功夫，也没去参加什么业余辅导或者培训，英语成绩基本在90以上，甚至是95分左右。

We have been working hard on our English reading and writing skills, and I am proud to see how much progress the students have made. We have also been learning about different countries and cultures in our social studies lessons, and the students have shown great interest and enthusiasm in learning about the world around them.In addition to our academic work, we have also been focusing on developing important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. I believe that these skills are just as important as academic knowledge, and I am pleased to see how well the students have been working together and supporting each other in class.As we look ahead to the remaining weeks of the school year, I encourage all the parents to continue to support andencourage your children in their studies. 家长会发言稿
各位家长好，很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。
我是四年级的英语任课教师。
今天我想就四年级的英语教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。
四年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。
其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。
每个学生对新知识的接受能力是不同的，有的可能在课堂上就已经有了很深的印象，很难忘记，但这样的孩子毕竟还是少数的。
大部分学生都只能是初步了解新知识，要真正接受新知识还需学生在课后多下功夫。
所以，在学校我会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。
为了协助孩子更好地学好英语。
英语学习无外乎听说读写四个方面
首先是听，我们的英语作业除了有在作业本上写的任务，还有英语听读任务。
我们的孩子都有跟课本想配套的磁带。
听读的任务是每天都有的，听读任务是对孩子当天所学知识的巩固，我给孩子规定的每次英语听读任务时间应不少于15分钟来听学过的英语内容，并自己读一读。
第二是说和读，我们英语课文中的对话，是最常见的日常交际用语。
我一般会要求孩子跟读录音后能自己会背下
来，背不下来的要求熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来。
并能够在实际生活中运用。
如果您的孩子还没有养成天天听读录音的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。
最后是写，我经常会给孩子布置书写的任务。
课本后的单词是最基础的。
每单元的黑体单词要求学生能够听、说、读、写。
白体单词要求学生能听、说、认读。
每单元的黑体单词我都有要求孩子背诵和抄写，并检查孩子的默写情况。
我希望各位家长能够在一下几个方面协助我：
1.每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天按时
上交。
2．监督孩子能否天天进行跟读，背诵书上的对话，如果孩子完成任务好，在书上签字。
3、开学以来，有些学生忘记带作业本，带英语课本的现象还是时有发生，所以希望家长能每天提醒孩子检查第二天要带的作业和课本，养成良好的学习习惯。
由于学生较多，工作量很大，我可能有兼顾不到的地方，恳请家长理解并配合，有任何英语方面的疑问可以直接与我联系。
让我们共同努力来帮助孩子学好英语，和孩子共同成长。
