学情分析本课的教学对象为七年级一班的学生。
他们思维活跃，能积极参与课堂学习，从三年级就开始接触英语，但是由于小学各校开设的情况，重视成度，配备教师等方面的差异，学生学习成度层次不齐。
普遍基础较差，学习兴趣不浓，没有养成良好的学习习惯。
还有一小部分学生没有掌握小学的核心词汇，课文的大意理解不了，对英语学习也缺乏自信心。
因此，在教学过程中教师应该关注学习群体的差异性发展，帮他们培养良好的学习习惯，形成有效的学习策略，使他们爱学英语，学好英语。
本节课通过学习描述天气的词汇和巨型，让学生学会用英语谈论天气。
大部分学生在通过半学期的学习，他们掌握了一些常见的词汇和短语以及基本的句式。
因此，学生对本课的理解和掌握难度不大。
教学重点：让学生掌握一周七天的英文名称；表示天气的形容词；学会表达天气；谈论自己喜欢的季节及该季节的天气。
教学重点：根据所学知识，写一篇短文介绍自己喜欢的季节。
