目前依据客户的场地以及设备投入情况的差异性,合力电动叉车的充电可以分为分散式的充电和集约式充电两大类。

分散式充电适用于2-3台叉车在不低于45m3的开放式空间,采用停车位就地充电的一种充电方式,不需要单独建立充电房投入设备、占用场地,成本低、操作方便、使用快捷。

集约式充电方式适用于5台以上叉车,需要建立独立的充电房,便于设备的维护和统一管理,现场整洁污染小。

现根据客户的需求情况提供相应的方案供参考。

500Kg电动叉车设计

电动升降车是用来存取货物并以直流电源(蓄电池组)为动力,具有能量转换效率高、噪声小、无污染、小巧灵活等优点,在车间、仓库以及食品、制药、微电子、仪器仪表等对环境条件要求较高的场所得到了广泛应用,成为室内、货车取物、物料搬运的首选工具。

近几十年来在我国的电动升降车有了很大的发展,已经有满足不同吨位的升降车大批量生产,技术也很成熟。

我的设计是额定载荷为500KG的电动升降车,希望在小吨位车型领域做出我的一点贡献。

设计结合了叉取货物、升降和牵引的功能。

不仅在技术方面有创新,制造成本也大大降低。

小巧的体积在空间狭窄和环境要求较高的工作场所能满足500Kg以下的货物进出、取用自如。

1.1 工程车辆用于工业生产、制造、运输的车辆通常称为工程车辆。

一般工程车辆又包括叉车、搬运车、牵引车、升降车和挂车等。

升降车是用来将货物垂直输送到所需位置,叉车则是将货物叉取并安放到一定位置,牵引车顾名思义就是起牵引的作用。

这三种工程车辆在工厂、车间、仓库或工地运用广泛,可以说已是现代工厂不可缺少的工具。

我的设计就是将这三种车辆结合。

起到一车的多用的作用。

1.2 工程车辆的特点一般小吨位工程车辆往往采用内燃机或蓄电池加直流电动机作为动力装置,而通常由无轨轮式底盘与工作装置两大部分组成。

这使小吨位工程车辆与用交流电为动力的起重运输机械在构造方面有很大的差异,而与工程机械有很多相同之处。

这种车辆通常只在工厂、车间、仓库或工地服务。

不上公路行驶,也无需驾驶牌照,有别于汽车一类的交通运输车辆,使用者只需熟悉持有工作证即可。

1.3 升降车的分类升降车按提供动力的装置分为内燃升降车与电动升降车两大类,目前市场以内燃升降车为主。

电动升降车大部分限于小吨位阶段,但发展很迅速。

按升降方式可分为曲臂式、剪式、门架式等种类繁多。

按吨位有500Kg、600Kg、1t等等1.4 升降车的发展趋势结合计算机和电子技术的快速发展,融合与应用在工业制造中,工程车辆技术也相应得到了很大的提高,升降车也不例外。

3.设备采购:根据方案设计结果,进行电动叉车的采购工作,选择质量可靠、性能稳定的电动叉车品牌和型号。

4.场地改造:根据电动叉车的使用需求,对企业的场地进行改造,包括充电设施的布置、叉车通道的规划、充电区域的标示等。

因此选定驱动电机的额定功率为 1.2e P kW =根据额定功率1.2kw ,电机电压24V ,选择得到电机型号130ZYT185,电机基本参数如下表2-1.表2-1 电动机基本参数第3章 驱动轮根据驱动功率计算,选择的130ZYT185驱动电机的额定功率为 1.2e P kW =,电机电压24V ,额定转速为1500r/min 。

电机外径为130mm ,据此来选择电机外面的轴承,选择深沟球轴承6026(轴承内径130mm ,外径200mm )。

轴承外径为200mm ,由此选择内径200mm 、外径250mm 的聚氨酯轮。

电机与驱动轮如下图3-1所示。

图3-1 电机与驱动轮组合图第4章 支撑轮支撑轮分别前支撑轮和后支撑轮,根据功能不同,前后支撑轮所需的类型和尺寸也不同。

前支撑轮为具体尺寸如下,外径为80mm ,厚度为70mm 。

后支撑轮为万向轮,轮子外径为80mm ,厚度为25mm 。

第5章 减速机构5.1 传动装置的总传动比的计算和各级传动比分配电机额定转速为1500r/min ,由于驱动轮所需最大速度为1.2m/s ,可以计算得到传动机构所需的总传动比i :max 1max6016.42n R i v π==然后分配各级传动比。

本减速机构选为二级圆柱直齿轮减速,可分为高速级与低速级两级,即i =i ℎ×i l (每级范围为3~5),取i ℎ=1.4i l ,代入公式得,高速级传动比i ℎ=4.79,低速级传动比i l =3.42。

5.2 计算传动装置的运动和动力参数(1)已知各级传动比的分配结果,可得各轴转速为:I 轴:n I =1500 r/min II 轴:n II =n I i ℎ=14404.79=300.63 r/min III 轴:n III =n IIi l=300.633.42=87.90 r/min(2)各轴输入功率为I 轴:P I =P 0×η1=1.2×0.98=1.176 kWII 轴:P II =P I ×η2×η3=1.176×0.99×0.98=1.141 kW III 轴:P III =P II ×η2×η3=1.141×0.99×0.98=1.107 kW(3)各轴输入转矩为I轴:T I=9550×P In I =9550×1.1761500=7.49 N∙mII轴:T II=9550×P IIn II =9550× 1.141300.63=36.25 N∙mIII轴:T III=9550×P IIIn III =9550×1.10787.90=120.27 N∙m电动机轴输出转矩:T0=9550×P0n m =9550× 1.21500=7.60N∙m以上计算得到的运动和动力参数如下表5-1所示。

5.3 齿轮设计5.3.1 高速级圆柱斜齿轮Z1、Z2设计5.3.1.1 选择精度、材料及齿数(1)选用直齿圆柱齿轮传动,变位系数为0,压力角取20°,通用减速器选择精度为7级。

(2)小齿轮材料选用40Cr(调质),齿面硬度280HBS,大齿轮材料选用45钢(调质),齿面硬度240HBS,两个齿轮的齿面硬度差为40 HBS。

(3)对于闭式齿轮传动,初选小齿轮齿数z1=17,大齿轮齿数z2=17×4.79= 81.43,取z2=82,齿数互质。

5.3.1.2 按齿面接触疲劳强度设计(1)试算小齿轮分度圆直径,公式如下所示:d 1t ≥√2K Ht T 1φd ∙u +1u ∙(Z H Z E Z ε[σH ])23初选载荷系数K Ht =1.3,小齿轮非对称布置,查得φd =1,Z H =2.5。

计算重合度系数Z ε,求得端面压力角:αa1=arccos(z 1cos α/(z 1+2ℎa ∗))=32.778°同理得:αa2=23.463°重合度:εα=[z 1(tan αa1−tan α′)+z 2(tan αa2−tan α′)]/2π=1.672 重合度系数:Z ε=√4−εα3=0.881小齿轮材料为40Cr ,查得弹性影响系数Z E =189.8MPa 12(参考表10-5)。

计算许用接触疲劳应力[σH ],小齿轮材料为40Cr ,大齿轮材料为45钢,查得接触疲劳极限σHlim1=600MPa ,σHlim2=550MPa 。

应力循环次数:N 1=60n 1jL ℎ=60×1500×1×(4×300×5)=5.4×108N 2=N 1i=1.13×108 其中,j 为转一圈时同一齿面啮合次数,L ℎ为寿命,工作5年,每年300天,每天4h 。

查得接触疲劳寿命系数K HN1=0.90,K HN2=0.95,取失效率1%,对于接触疲劳强度,S=1,计算得:[σH ]1=K HN1σHlim1S=540MPa [σH ]2=K HN2σHlim2S =523MPa取较小值,则[σH ]=[σH ]2,代入上式得d 1t ≥24.683mm(2)调整小齿轮分度圆直径圆周速度v =ωr =πnd1t60×1000=1.939m/s ,齿宽b =φd d 1t =24.683mm ,然后计算实际载荷系数K H 。

查得使用系数K A =1,根据v =1.939m/s 、7级精度,查得动载系数K v =1.05。

F t1=2T 1/d 1t =606.9N ,K A F t1/b =24.588N/mm <100N/mm ,查得齿间载荷分配系数K Hα=1.2。

查得7级精度、小齿轮相对支承非对称布置时的齿向载荷分布系数K Hβ=1.416。

载荷系数K H =K A K v K HαK Hβ=1.784,再按实际载荷系数计算,得到分度圆直径和模数为:d 1=d 1t √K HK Ht3=27.429mmm =d 1/z 1=1.613mm5.3.1.3 按齿根弯曲疲劳强度设计 (1)试算齿轮模数,公式如下所示m t ≥√2K Ft T 1Y εφd z 12(Y Fa Y Sa[σF])3初选载荷系数K Ft =1.4,以此来计算弯曲疲劳强度的重合度系数Y ε。

重合度系数:Y ε=0.25+0.75εα=0.699 然后计算Y Fa Y Sa [σF ],查得齿型系数Y Fa1=2.65,Y Fa2=2.23,应力修正系数Y Sa1=1.59,Y Sa2=1.81。

求许用弯曲疲劳应力[σF ],查得弯曲疲劳极限σFlim1=500MPa ,σFlim2=380MPa 。

弯曲疲劳寿命系数K FN1=0.89,K FN2=0.91,取失效率1%,对于弯曲疲劳强度,S=1.25~1.5,取S=1.4,计算得:[σF ]1=K FN1σFlim1S=317.86MPa[σF ]2=K FN2σFlim2S=247MPaY Fa1Y Sa1[σF ]1=0.0133,Y Fa2Y Sa2[σF ]2=0.016取较大值,代入上式得:m nt≥0.933mm(2)调整齿轮模数d1=m t z1=15.857mm,得圆周速度v=πnd160=1.25m/s,齿宽b=φd d1= 15.857mm。

齿高h=(2ℎa∗+C n∗)m t=2.099mm,宽高比b/h=7.55计算实际载荷系数K F,查得使用系数K A=1,根据v=1.25m/s、7级精度,查得动载系数K v=1.04。

F t1=2T1/d1=944.7N,K A F t1/b=59.576N/mm<100N/mm,查得齿间载荷分配系数K Fα=1.2。

查得7级精度、小齿轮相对支承非对称布置时的齿向载荷分布系数K Hβ=1.415,结合b/h=7.55,查得K Fβ=1.34。

载荷系数K F=K A K v K FαK Fβ=1.67然后按实际载荷系数计算得到齿轮模数:m n=m t√K F K Ft3=0.989mm对比计算结果可知,齿面接触疲劳强度计算得到的法面模数大于齿根弯曲疲劳强度计算得到的法面模数。

从满足弯曲疲劳强度出发,取m=1.5mm,为了同时满足接触疲劳强度,按照d1=27.429mm来计算小齿轮齿数,即z1=d1m= 18.286,取z1=19,而z2=iz1=91.01,取z2=92,齿数互为质数。

5.3.1.4 几何尺寸计算(1)计算小、大齿轮的分度圆直径d1=mz1=28.5mm,d2=mz2=138mm(2)中心距计算a=(z1+z2)m2=83.25mm考虑模数增大圆整到1.5mm,为此将中心距a减少圆整为83mm(4)计算齿宽b =φd d 1=28.5mm考虑安装误差,为了便于装配,且小齿轮循环次数高,需要提高强度,因此,小齿轮的齿宽需要加宽5~10mm ,即取b 1=34mm ,b 2=29mm 。
