Lesson23 教学设计一、教学内容与分析Just talk本部分Gao Wei给Amy写了一封电子邮件,介绍了自己及父母的一些情况,包括姓名、年龄、班级、职业等,并询问了对方有关这方面的情况。

Amy给Gao Wei回了一封电子邮件,对所询问的问题作了回答。

主要目标语言:—Where do they work?—My father works in the City Library.—My mother works in a small restaurant.—How many people are there in your family?—There are three people in my family.—What do your parents do?—My mother is a teacher in a school.—My father is a manager in a big company.二、课前准备1. 准备本课的学生卡片、教师卡片、教学挂图、投影片、教学音频等。

2. 自制具有manager, teacher, pupil等职业特征的头饰。

3. 让学生准备家庭成员和朋友的照片。

4. 准备一些能体现职业特征及工作地点的图片。

三、教学步骤与建议1. 热身/复习(Warming -up / Revision)1) 组织学生演唱第19课自编的有关职业的英文歌曲,边唱边举起手中的相关职业卡片。

2) 引导学生以组为单位,利用手中家庭成员的照片,改编chant问答。

一、教学内容与分析
Just talk
本部分Gao Wei给Amy写了一封电子邮件,介绍了自己及父母的一些情况,包括姓名、年龄、班级、职业等,并询问了对方有关这方面的情况。

Amy给Gao Wei回了一封电子邮件,对所询问的问题作了回答。

主要目标语言:
—Where do they work?
—My father works in the City Library.
—My mother works in a small restaurant.
—How many people are there in your family?
—There are three people in my family.
—What do your parents do?
—My mother is a teacher in a school.
—My father is a manager in a big company.
二、课前准备
1. 准备本课的学生卡片、教师卡片、教学挂图、投影片、教学音频等。

2. 自制具有manager, teacher, pupil等职业特征的头饰。

3. 让学生准备家庭成员和朋友的照片。

4. 准备一些能体现职业特征及工作地点的图片。

三、教学步骤与建议
1. 热身/复习(Warming -up / Revision)
1) 组织学生演唱第19课自编的有关职业的英文歌曲,边唱边举起手中的相关职业卡片。

2) 引导学生以组为单位,利用手中家庭成员的照片,改编chant问答。

例如:
A: What does your father do?
B: He’s a teacher. Teacher, teacher, teacher.
组内编演后展示给大家,教师与学生共同评价。

以学生喜欢的活动形式复习与本课相关的单词和句子,激发学生学习兴趣,为本课教学作铺垫。

2. 新课导入(Presentation)
1) 教师拿出自己的全家福,向学生进行介绍。

学生再根据照片上的家庭成员情况创编
歌谣或自然表达。

教师可以这样介绍:
Look, this is a picture of my family. Now let me tell you something about my family. Look, they are my parents. My father is a manager, He works in a big company. My mother is a nurse. She works in a hospital. They love me very much. I have a happy family.
教师叙述时,根据不同的语句出示不同的图片或幻灯片,引出新知,注意强调工作地点,辅以恰当的动作,帮助学生理解。

2) 教师把自己家人的照片分别贴在相应的工作地点图上,边贴边与学生一起讲出,一家人是做什么工作的,在什么地方工作。

如:贴到父亲和母亲的照片时,教师说:T: They’re my parents. What do they do?
Ss: Your father is a manager. Your mother is a nurse.
T: Where do they work?
Ss: Your father works in a big company. Your mother works in a hospital.
遇有学生忘记的,教师利用肢体语言进行提示。

3) 贴好照片后,教师请学生分组自编歌谣。

学生编歌谣时,教师要做好辅导工作,引导学生以小组为单位正确运用本课的语言知识改编歌谣。

如:
Your mother is a nurse. Nurse, nurse, she is a nurse.
Your mother works in a hospital.
Nurse, nurse. A nurse works in a hospital.
4) 学生小组展示自编歌谣,教师和学生共同评价。

3. 趣味操练(Practice)
1) 出示Just talk挂图并说明这是Gao Wei发给Amy的一封电子邮件,教师播放录音,请学生认真听一听,了解Gao Wei一家人的基本情况后,回答下列问题:
a. Where does Gao Wei come from?
b. How old is Gao Wei?
c. How many people are there in Gao Wei’s family?
d. What are his parents’ jobs?
e. Where do they work?
录音可以根据需要,反复多放几遍。

2) 学生通过小组讨论得出答案,通过一问一答的形式向同学们进行汇报。

教师和学生共同给予评价。

3) 教师出示Just talk的另一部分挂图,请学生复述Gao Wei对Amy提出的问题,并将
问题逐一出示在黑板上。

请学生听录音,了解Amy一家的基本情况,并找出答案。

以同桌对话的形式汇报答案。

教师和学生共同给予评价。

4) 教师引导学生模仿Just talk,开展交朋友活动,与同学交流自己的家庭情况。

5) 展示活动结果,教师和学生共同评价。

4. 语言运用(Language use)
场景设置:教师通过课件展示一幅世界地图,在图上突出几个城市名,并标出相应的任务,引导学生开展“交笔友”的竞赛活动。

要求学生先自我介绍,再给笔友写信。

教师可以拓展话题。

语言支持:
Hello, everyone. Look at the map. It’s sunny in Beijing. I live in Beijing. My name is XXX.
There are three people in my family. My father is a manager. He works in a big company.

5, 课堂评价(Assessment)
1) 课堂教学过程中的评价。

(1) 语言评价:Good! Better! Best! 在故事创编表演中,发动全班同学给予表演的同学
以Good! Better! Best! 评价,评价时要针对学生的发音、恰当用语、句子的完整性等具体语言知识和技能表现,以正面肯定、积极鼓励为主,可通过教师评价、小组互评、学生自评等形式进行。

可设定Good! Better! Best! 分别为“好”、“更好”、“最棒”!
(2) 注意对学生在本单元的学习中整体表现出来的学习能力、情感态度等方面进行肯定
和鼓励。

评价时以正面肯定、积极鼓励为主。

(3) 教师指导学生将自己在本课的表现用A (优秀)、B (良好)、C (继续努力)记录在评价
表格内。

2) 指导学生完成活动手册中相关的内容,然后进行评价。

(1) 听录音,根据内容对题中6幅图做出判断。

考查学生的听力理解与判断能力。

(2) 阅读文段并根据信息内容与其中人物如工作场所连线,然后根据内容进行对话练
习。

(3) 读对话并从右侧词库中选出正确单词完成对话并进行对话练习。

6. 拓展活动(Extended activities)
1) 给自己的笔友或远方亲人写一封书信或电子邮件,介绍自己和家人的近况。

2) 让学生结合爸爸妈妈的实际情况完成一个调查表,然后向老师和同学们展示与介
绍。
