王老师这一节短短的写作课让我获益匪浅，意犹未尽，下面我从几个方面谈一下自己听课后的收获。
首先，对于讲过的知识点的回顾复习特别详细，并且特别具有针对性，这节课要分析作文，就把写作所需要的标准再详细的复习一遍，有助于加深学生的印象，同时在分析学生作文的时候更加具有针对性。
其次，与学生的互动非常强且恰当，鼓励学生积极回答问题，加强互动，调动课堂气氛，增加学生的兴趣。
提问要求脱离教材，督促学生课后认真复习上课内容，培养良好学习习惯。
再次，备课特别充分，熟悉教材，上课基本脱离教材；对于学生电子版的作文课后都认真分析，找出问题所在，然后课上有针对性的讨论纠正，好的句子予以表扬激励，有问题的先让同学们自己根据所学的写作标准找问题，通过讨论的方式让同学们知道问题所在，在以后的写作过程中才能避免犯类似的错误。
最后，王老师的课特别具有调理性，一步一步环环相扣，特别紧凑，游刃有余，同时王老师语言幽默，既能使学生集中注意力不会跑神，同时又能调动学生的热情和积极性不会感到写作课枯燥，值得我学习。
课时虽短，但是我和同学们一样学到了很多写作知识，而学到更多的是王老师的授课方式，授课态度，以及讲课风格，所有的这一切都使我备受启发，希望通过学习，自己的课堂能够变得越来越好，更好的教授学生知识。

同时，对于不同体裁的写作训练不够均衡，例如议论文、记叙文、说明文等，没有根据学生的实际需求和考试要求进行有针对性的训练。
四、学生的学习情况部分学生对英语写作存在畏难情绪，缺乏学习的主动性和积极性。
他们往往把写作当成一项任务来完成，而不是一种表达自我的方式，因此写作质量不高。
还有一些学生虽然掌握了一定的语法和词汇知识，但在实际运用中却不能灵活运用，导致文章语言生硬、不流畅。
五、改进措施1、重新审视教学目标，注重培养学生的思维能力和创造力。
根据学生的不同层次，设定分层目标，让每个学生都能在原有基础上有所提高。
2、丰富教学方法，采用多样化的教学手段，如小组讨论、案例分析、写作比赛等，激发学生的学习兴趣和参与度。
