但其影响不仅仅在计算机领域,其《做最好的自己》、《与未来同行》、《一网情深》著述,在全国影响极大。

现任创新工场董事长兼首席执行官,“我学网”理事长。

走好自己的每一步选择在很多人看来,在开办创新工场之前的我已经实现了个人职业的成功,但我认为一个人的价值不在于拥有多少,关键在于他能够留下多少。

“开复,你是想一辈子写—堆像废纸一样的学术论文呢?还是想用产品改变世界?”这是当时苹果公司副总裁戴夫·耐格尔向我发出的加入邀请,也正是这句话点燃了我心中多年“世界因你不同”的梦想。

于是,我放弃了对终身教授职位追求,做出了职业生涯中的第一个重要选择,而这次选择也奠定了我今后的发展道路。

直到后来加入微软、谷歌等世界顶级公司,我都相信在每一个选择背后都隐藏着一个新的世界。

我曾经有过在中国创建一所一流的私立大学,终日和年轻人打交道的梦想,但由于种种原因未能实现,不过我从谷歌前大中华区总裁的职位上离职后创立了创新工场,为年轻人创业提供天使投资。

希望创新工场能够作为一个推动中国科技创业文化和发展模式演进的关键力量,而理想则是让年轻人的创业成本更低,创业成功率更高,甚至想让创业者们拥有创新工场所推崇的更好的企业文化。

随着工作的推进,我发现帮助他人实现他们的梦想,是唯一比实现自己的梦想更有意义的事情。

2.组织因素

①薪酬是人才流动的直接原因。 薪酬水平体现人才的劳动价值和个人价值,如果目前的薪酬不能满足其需求,体现其价值,人才 往往会选择离开。 ②自我实现的需求是人才流动的潜在原因。 根据马思洛需求理论,在满足了低层次需求之后,人会产生较高层次的需求。如果组织不能为人 才提供相应的事业发展空间,满足其自我实现的需求,后果将是人才流失。这一点在知识型人才的 身上体现得更为明显。 ③文化、价值的背离。 组织文化、组织价值观如果与个人文化趋向、个人价值观不一致也会引起人才的自愿或非自愿的 流动。 ④组织缺乏合理的考核、激励机制。 如果员工的劳动得不到正确的全面的评价和反馈,时间长了就会影响到员工工作的积极性和创造 性,削弱其工作的满足感,随之引起人才流动。

3.个人因素


①年龄。
年轻员工精力旺盛,对所在企业的依附力不强,自身适 应力强,有更多进入新的工作岗位的机会,而且很少有家 庭责任,这样流动起来较为容易。 ②个性对工作的成就感、认同感以及预期。 社会对企业的认同,企业在业界的地位,企业的声誉, 工作带来的成就感、满足感,事业发展的前景等等从不同 的方面不同程度地影响着人才的稳定性。

李开复:说说创新工场的创新一、Quora和知乎Quora是一个社会化问答平台,由Facebook的两位员工Adam D’Angelo和Charlie C heever在2009年6月创立,2010年1月首次发布测试邀请版。

Quora最大的特点在于,它能聚集所有用户的问题和相应的答案,并让每一个问答页成为来者对该问题的最佳参考资源。

通过使用一系列机制,如投票和提问提示,最大限度的保证答案最人性化,而不是只给出一个机器答案,这是发问者最需要的。

同时,它对每个人每个话题甚至每个问题的Follow机制,和邀请回答问题等机制,让它天生就是一个社交网络。

再者,Quora测试版上首先聚集的是大批社会精英,保证了回答问题的高质量,因此吸引了一批又一批的后来者。

发布测试版不久后的2010年3月28日,Quora得到1100万美元的首轮融资,估值高达8600万美元。

通过从其为用户寻找答案的方式来看,Quora有望构建一个比现有搜索引擎更为强大的语义网络,有望成为下一代人们在互联网上寻找答案的主要场所。

同时,其融资和估值情况也表示投资者对它非常看好。

然而,Quora上面的问答目前大都是英文的。

虽然也有不少中文用户使用,但对于占世界上人口最多的中文用户来说,它还不太方便。

对于中文用户来说,它的形式再怎么好,理念再怎么先进,也不如百度知道或天涯问答这种社区的价值。

如此,知乎于2011年1月26日应命而生。

在产品形式上,知乎和Quora几乎一摸一样。

这样做至少有两点好处:一是让中文用户也体验到Quora式问答的强大之处;二是它上面聚集的是中文精英用户,这既对用户本身有利,对社区的维护来说也有极大的方便性。

总之,知乎相对于Quora来说,虽然从细节上有不少小创新,但其产品形式和基本理念跟Quora一样,而其最大的创新在于其本地化运营。

探访李开复和他的创新工场编者按李开复从来不以老板自居,在创新工场,大家互称“工友”,并且享受这个称谓。

“镜头可以拍到电脑屏幕吗?”李开复侧了侧身,以便让员工电脑屏幕上创新工场最新项目“点心”的Logo显露出来。

2010年12月22日,北京中关村第三极大厦18楼,在创新工场的办公楼里,李开复穿梭在员工格子间以配合《IT 时代周刊》摄影师的拍照。

而员工们对于老板的到来并没有特别反应,只是抬头看一眼或微笑示意,就像一位普通同事路过。

“来,我在这里拍一张,帮你出一次名”,站到一位同事的办公桌前,李开复不忘和对方开玩笑。

李开复曾经在做客电视访谈节目时说,“做事情,亲和很重要”,现在看来,创新工场的员工都秉承了“和”的优点――当本刊记者徘徊在创新工场办公区拍摄照片时,一位年轻小伙子走上前来微笑着说希望不要把电脑桌面的内容拍进去,“因为有一些项目内容还处于保密阶段,不能公开”。

他的语气礼貌而诚恳,但态度坚决。

正是在一团和气的工作氛围中,李开复仅有的十平方米的办公室还经常被同事霸占用来开会,但在他办公室墙壁上贴着小女儿德亭手写的标语“Innovation works,rock on!”(创新工场,加油!),则在严肃地提醒着每一个人:这里是创业梦想的起点。

创新工场真面目“是的,我曾经的确认真思考过自己的选择,是开一家新公司?或者继续做大学演讲?”有着20年先后在苹果、SGI电脑公司、微软、谷歌任职的职业生涯,李开复的选择有很多,但开新公司绝非顺理成章之事。

至于开一家有投资性质的新公司,更是难上难。

李开复不无自嘲地说,“我太太对我说,‘你连理财都理不好,还要去做投资?’。

”2009年4月,时任谷歌全球副总裁、大中华区总裁的李开复跟谷歌签订的四年合约即将到期,面对这份在外界看来无比抢手的职位,他也有过短暂迟疑,但最终还是决定“追随内心的选择”。

同年9月4日,李开复宣布辞职。

三天后,他宣布创办“创新工场”。

李开复很明白自己适合做什么,他就像一个“疯狂的追梦人”,只为追求自己的理想,去做想做的事情。

创新工场CEO李开复谈互联网创业创新工场CEO李开复谈互联网创业李开复说:“在这样一个市场开发软件,又有平台资助的前提下,创业者时代真的是来临,因为创业成本从来没有在历史上这么低过。

”6月15日,腾讯在北京招开合作伙伴大会(亦被称为开放大会),创新工场董事长李开复在会上发表演讲表示,互联网创业黄金时代已经来临,创业成本从来没有这么低过。

李开复指出,一方面是用户获取门槛降低,在中国创业者可以用QQ,Q+这样的方式,更容易吸引用户。

另一方面,创业者不再需要去雇销售团队,放到网上就可以销售,就可以直接分成。

此外,过去拉投资非常困难,但现在只要有真实的互联网创业的想法,像创新工场这类企业就可以很快帮助创业者获得资金。

“在这样一个市场开发软件,又有平台资助的前提下,创业者时代真的是来临,因为创业成本从来没有在历史上这么低过。

”李开复对创业者提出了3个建议,称今天用户越来越聪明,所以要去打造好的产品,第一步要获取用户,用社区方法来获取非常重要。

另外,SP时代已经过去,各位创业者如果想在移动互联网领域有所作为就必须更多的往前看。

第三个建议,看到一个细分领域,觉得是有机会,研究理解了,就跳进去做,就有可能成功。

如果看到一个霸主已经开始崛起,如果是两年的距离,可能就要找另外一个领域。

李开复认为社交+移动引爆平台和创业机会:1)社交推广在美即将超越搜索引擎推广。

经典案例:Zynga新游戏9天达到魔兽世界6年的用户数。

2)移动将无所不在,而且移动设备更了解你,例如地理位置。

3)例子:愤怒的小鸟10天1000万用户、Badoo用Facebook为自己网站获取1.2亿用户。
