如何和客户回复样品免费问题

说辞一:
Really sorry can't offer you
free samples,you know 50 USD is not negligible,and all sample fee is calculated
according to our original unit price.
真的非常抱歉无法提供你免费样品,你知道50美金是无法忽略不计的,所有的样品费我们都是按照原单价来计算的。

In fact,when our clients need samples,we also charge them sample fee,and generally the fee is twice higher(because producing samples will take more time and cost,for its small quantity).
实际上,在别的客户需要样品时,我们也会收取样品费的,而且通常是按照原单价的两倍来收取的(因为生产小数量样品需要花费更多的时间和成本)

Everyone want free samples,there are so many samples were sent out everyday,so it's really a big challenge for us to send free samples,hoping you can understand us.In fact,
I also met many clients who also want free samples,but after I told them our real situation,theyusually can understand,and willing to pay sample fee.

I don't want to lose such a good client like you,for the sample fee problem.
So I tried my best to strive for less sample fee with my manager,
finally he agreed all sample fee is calculated according to our original unit price.

样品费是承担一半或者说其他的比例,自己把握就好,报样品费时就稍微报高点,或者把你自己承担的部分分摊在运费里,理由你懂的!
