FTS2000红外光谱仪操作说明
1. 打开主机电源。

2. 打开电脑,双击FT-IR软件。

3•点击——进行联机,联机成功后,点击0K推出
4. 按上图指示的次序依次点击
1) SETUP,点击0K退出。

2) BACKGROUND,点击0K,系统扫描完指定次数的背景。

将试样插入样品
架。

3) SCAN,系统按指定次数对样品进行扫描。

5. 谱图处理
1) 扫描完成后,对谱图名可以进行修改。

2) 如果需要打印,点击FILE ―― PRINT即可。

6•试样测试完成后,首先应退出FT-IR软件,关闭电脑,最后关闭主机电源。

7.仪器使用的注意事项:
A保持室内环境相对湿度在50%以下。

KBr窗片和分束器很容易吸潮,为防止潮解,务必保持室内干燥。

同时操作的人员不宜太多,以防人呼出的水气和CO2影响仪器的工作。

B维持室内温度相对稳定。

温差变化太大,也容易造成水气在窗片上凝结。

C如果条件允许,建议定期对仪器用N2进行吹扫。

D尽量不要搬动仪器,防止精密仪器的剧烈震动。

◆电表采集周期
1分钟~24小时根据数据类别可调,最小间隔1分钟。
◆电表规约库
DL/T 645(含威胜国标、华隆、华立、龙电、浩宁达、许继等)、威胜、浙江、IEC1107、ZB、ZD、EDMI、EMAIL、ABB、ION等。
◆系统对时
终端可通过主站远程对时,也可本地维护RS-485口对时。
◆异常情况记录
当终端本身出现故障时,可以自动产生记录并保存。同时可以根据主台的需要上传相关信息。
◆数据通信
与主站通信可采用以太网、话音拨号MODEM、专线MODEM、GSM无线MODEM或上传RS-485方式。主站通信规约采用IEC60870-5-102规约(本公司对此规约有扩展,称之为Willfar 102规约),在客户需要时,可提供SCTM规约。数据传输采用两级校验,确保传输的可靠性,所有数据都带有时标。

终端通过抄表RS-485接口采集电表的数据,终端与电表之间接线如图2-6所示。

终端出厂前抄表RS-485默认配置为3路,最多可提供4路。其中RS-485-1(接线端子为1A、1B)既可用作上传通道也可用来抄表(需在出厂前设定,出厂前默认设置为上传通道)。默认配置的3路抄表RS-485接口,即:RS-485-2(接线端子为2A、2B)、RS-485-3(接线端子为3A、3B)和RS-485-4(接线端子为4A、4B)同在一个6针接线端子上。RS-485通信线要求采用2芯屏蔽通信线,其有效线径不小于Φ0.5mm,最大有效线径为Φ2.5mm(尽量使用较粗的屏蔽通信线)。

◆模块化设计思想
1〉终端硬件模块化:数据通信部件模块化。数据通信模块可以在不更换终端主体的情况下方便更换,支持热插拔功能。
2〉终端软件模块化:终端应用软件采用模块化编程方式,各个应用模块独立运行,不相互影响,可以监控每个模块的运行状况,当该模块运行发生异常,可以自动恢复,从而保证了终端软件运行的可靠性。终端应用软件对拨号MODEM/专线MODEM/GSM模块自动识别,自动适应。

如图1-3,终端主要由交/直流双电源切换及保护电路、高性能开关电源、主处理器模块、大容量Flash存储器、大画面液晶显示器、键盘、数据通信模块及保护电路组成。通过RS-485接口采集电表数据,经主处理器分析、处理后保存在电子盘中,并通过PSTN、GSM网络、载波、微波、光纤、网络等远传通道上传给主站。

◆电磁兼容性能
抑制高频干扰、静电放电、快速瞬变干扰、雷击浪涌等指标都达到4级标准。

通过抄表RS-485接口可定时采集电表上的各项数据并存储,也可以人工随机查询并显示。

可以当地或远程设置表计档案和终端运行参数。

终端配置有大容量Flash存储器(标准配置32MB)可将20块电表、时间间隔15分钟的所有数据(电量、需量、瞬时量、失压纪录、报警、电压合格率等)保存30天以上,且在断电情况下数据保存时间≥10年。
2〉存储环境
存储温度:-35℃~70℃,相对湿度≤50%。
◆整机功耗
正常工作时,整机功耗≤5W。
◆MTBF
MTBF≥100000小时。
◆终端结构

◆平台化设计理念
1〉采用高性能32位嵌入式RISC CPU(ARM9内核)—S3C2410(处理速度为203MIPS,即每秒可运行203,000,000条指令)硬件平台。
2〉采用稳定可靠的实时嵌入式LINUX操作系统软件平台。
平台化设计是终端实现各种复杂功能的基础,并具有优异的扩展性和伸缩性,能够长期满足客户潜在需求,有效保护客户投资。
终端抄表RS-485接口A端(即:RS-485标准的“+”极)与电表RS-485接口A(A +)端相连;终端抄表RS-485接口B端(即:RS-485标准的“-”极)与电表RS-485接口B(A-)端相连。RS-485通信线的屏蔽层按施工要求必须单端接地。
注意A(A+)与B(A-)端的区分,可采用以下几种方法来区别:
1〉标准配置
1路10BaseT网卡(10Mbps),RJ45接口;
1路RS-485(9600bps,此为出厂默认配置,但也可配置为抄表口);
1路拨号V.92MODEM(56kbps)。
2〉增选配置
1路专线MODEM(1200bps);
1路GSM无线MODEM(此时不能再配拨号和专线MODEM)。
◆电表通信接口
4〉将终端上电,开始参数设置和调试工作。
注意:
为了防止非法开启终端,终端出厂前已打有2个铅封,一个是终端上部的合盖铅封,另一个是终端右侧的面盖铅封,没有本公司正式授权,任何人不许拆开这两个铅封。另外,终端端盖上还有两个安装铅封的孔位,终端接线并调试完毕后,电力局(公司)可以将端盖上这两个铅封打上以保护其合法权利。

1〉在电表屏上选择易于操作的位置,对照终端上挂钩中间位置用Φ7mm钻头钻一个孔。
2〉将终端垂直悬挂在挂钩螺钉上,并拧紧固定螺钉。注意保证挂钩与挂钩螺钉、挂钩螺钉与保护地接触良好。为了使终端免受雷击的损坏,终端的防雷保护地端子必须通过随终端所配的接地线可靠地接保护地。终端配1路话音MODEM或1路话音MODEM +1路专线MODEM时,接线示意图见图2-2所示;终端配两路话音MODEM时,接线示意图见图2-3所示。另外,在雷电高发地区,终端通信模块必须再外接防雷设备进行进一步加强保护,如选配本公司的电话防雷器和专线防雷器,接线方式可参考相应的防雷器。
