国际贸易理论主要介绍有代表性的贸易理论,从16世纪出现的重商主义到二十世纪下半叶的新贸易理论,见前四章。

了解经济学家对国际贸易的基本观点,说明国际贸易如何为国家带来经济利益。

国际贸易政策见第五、六、七、八章,包括对外贸易政策、关税和非关税措施和世界贸易组织。

它涉及国际贸易理论与政策、国际贸易法律与惯例、国际金融、国际运输与保险等学科的基本理论与基本知识,在学习过程中,必须掌握正确的方法并注意下列事项:第一、要贯彻理论联系实际的原则在学习中,要以国际贸易的基本理论和国家的对外方针政策为指导,要将理论部分中所学到的基础理论与基本政策,在实务部分中加以具体运用,以便理论与实践、政策与业务有效地结合起来,不断提高分析与解决实际问题的能力。

第二、要注意业务与法律的联系国际贸易法律课的内容同本课程内容关系密切,因为,国际货物买卖合同的成立必须经过一定的法律步骤,国际货物买卖合同是对合同当事人双方有约束力的法律文件,履行合同是一种法律行为,处理履约当中的争议实际上是解决法律纠纷问题。

在学习本课程时,应同有关法律课程的内容联系起来考虑,即要求从实践和法律两个侧面来研究本课程的内容。

第三、要贯彻“洋为中用”的原则为了适应国际贸易发展的需要,国际商会等国际组织相继制定了有关国际贸易方面的各种规则,这些规则已成为当前国际贸易中公认的一般国际惯例,它被人们普遍接受和经常使用,并成为国际贸易界从业人员遵守的行为准则。

因此,在学习本课程时,我们必须根据“洋为中用”的原则,结合我国国情来研究一些通行的惯例和普遍实行的原则,并学会灵活运用国际上一些行之有效的贸易方式和习惯做法,以便按国际规范办事,在贸易做法上加速同国际市场接轨。

In quantity clause, sometime “about”, “approximately”, “percentage of more or less” delivery will be used. But internationally that is not a standard for such “about" or “approximate” sometime it’s 2.5%, sometime it′s 5%. 无形贸易(Invisible Trade)是“有形贸易”的对称, 指技术贸易、服务贸易或其他非实物商品的进出口而 发生的收入与支出。主要包括:
(1)技术产品,如专利(发明、实用新型、外观设计)、方法、 配方等; (2)服务产品,如提供运输、保险、金融、旅游、信息咨询等; (3)和商品进出口有关的一切从属费用的收支,如运输费、保险 费、商品加工费、装卸费等; (4)和商品进出口无关的其他收支,如国际旅游费用、外交人员 费用、侨民汇款、使用专利特许权的费用、国外投资汇回的股息和 红利、公司或个人在国外服务的收支等。
