安装配件包1x3-in-1 intel背板LGA775塑料垫片4个背板螺栓2个紧固支架4个短螺丝2个紧固括号架4个塑料垫片4个平头螺丝注意:请确认四个螺栓完整通过适当的孔位。

请卸下该塑料垫片,在LGA1366和LGA1156主板上无需使用这配件。

该塑料垫片是用来支持于LGA775主板后面。

 注意:在LGA1156平台上,请确保所提供的二个背板与主板后面的螺丝位对齐。

注意:根据您自己的选择,选择紧固括号架的安装方位。

注意:确保紧固括号架凸起弯曲的一边对向外面。

请注意,虽然英特尔插图有显示了2U
散热器,但是同样的是使用 Noctua
NM-XFB8 的支架,因此 Noctua 散热
器的安装过程是相同的。

将 CPU 托架安装到散热器底座时,
请将散热器倒置,使底座朝上。

连接风扇到主板的CPU风扇接口上。

设备运输我们在配送过程中因为不可能完全地计算或控制其它外在因素(例如在运输过程中)对设备产生外部影响,因此出于安全考虑,我们通常建议拆下散热器。

如果您保持整套环境湿度会对散热器表面造成氧化,请保证使用环境的干燥;散热器不宜用水冲洗,将造成散热厚防振垫夹子的位置标准防振垫夹子的位置1、取下后风扇上的标准防振垫2、安装较厚防振垫在后面风扇前风扇(标准防振垫)后前风扇(较厚防振垫)。

液压泵自身带最高压力设定阀,当系统压力超过最高压力设定时,泵出口流量通过最高压力设定阀溢流,系统没有油液输出。

—控制概要如要启动电动机要具备以下条件则无法启动:a)油液温度要高于温度开关LS2.1的设定(10︒C)并且要低于温度开关LS2.2(70︒C)b)油液位置要高于液位开关LS1.2 的设定(超低位置)此时LS1.2在开启位置c)吸油口截止阀必须打开则开关LS3在关闭位置在电动机运行中有以下情况出现,电动机要立刻停止并且发出警报及显示故障原因:a)油液温度低于温度开关LS2.1的设定(10︒C)或高于温度开关LS2.2 (70︒C)b)油液位置低于液位开关LS1.2的设定(超低位置)此时LS1.2在关闭位置。

d)吸油口截止阀被关闭则开关LS3 在开启位置c)先导管路出现低压情况则管路压力低于压力开关LS5的设定(此时LS5在开启位置)d)传动管路A压力高于压力开关LS4的设定如有以下情況,要发出警报及显示故障原因:a)油液位置低于低位位置则液位开关LS1.1的设定(此时LS1.1在开启位置 )b)高压过滤器堵塞则开关LS7在开启位置操作简说:a)当放大板VT3000-3X的接点16C得到0的输入信号,马达停止b)当放大板VT3000-3X的接点16C得到0 - +10V的输入信号或-10V–0的输入信号,马达单方向旋转c)当油液温度低于10℃,打开加热器d)当油液温度高40℃,打开冷却器2)液压油a.液压油的选择该动力站所使用的液压油是在传统石油基础上提炼出来的,其技术参数可询问油液供应商。

但是,所使用液压油必须满足以下要求:—含有抗氧化剂以避免氧化、锈蚀和起泡。

—无论是在动力站还是液压马达工作时,液压油在规定的时间间隔内,油液清洁度在允许的范围内。

—含水量不超过0.1%,同时对于在工业应用中对设备寿命有较高要求的场合,含水量不超过0.05%。

在工作温度范围内,推荐油液粘度最佳范围16-36cSt,主泵短时冷启动,允许最大粘度为1600 cSt。

本系统中,选用液压油为46#抗磨液压有油,减速机齿轮箱用油为重负荷工业齿轮油,粘度为220 cSt。

b.液压油清洁度要求油液清洁度建议—系统启动前必须进行冲洗,详见“启动前的冲洗”。

—当向油箱中加注液压油时,使用专用的加油工具,通过注油器往油箱中加油是很重要的,详见“向系统中加注液压油”。

—系统中的固体颗粒应该不超过NAS1638 7级。

—含水量不超过0.1%,同时对于在工业应用中对设备寿命有较高要求的场合,含水量不超过0.05%。

—使用力士乐使用或推荐的滤芯。

—根据规定的保养周期,对液压油液进行定期的分析,尤其警惕的是,在卸下元件进行维修或保养时,必须注意封口,千万不要让污物进入液压系统。

3)动力站的放置动力站四周应预留一定的空间,以确保自由通风和有足够的维修空间。

所有的管子(无论是水管还是液压管路)在安装时必须留有足够的空间,以便维护,大型的维护(例如:电机或液压泵的更换)将需要更大的空间。

另外注意以下各点:—地基牢固(避免振动)—易于保养与维修—妥善保护以避免气候、水雾、重度污染和辐—确保空气流通顺畅,使得电机和风冷冷却器能够很好地工作。

—使管网尽可能短。

4)液压管路的连接参考《液压系统安装、调试及保养手册》中“管路安装”一章。

a.法兰连接:法兰上的螺栓必须交叉拧紧b.卡套式管接头的连接详见附件:卡套式接头(DIN2353标准)特点及安装指导c.管夹的连接详见附件:管夹的连接5)电气连接a.动力站端子箱接线盒根据图纸资料中端子箱接线表进行连接。

b.风冷冷却器铭牌上标注有电压及连接方式,将电机与电源连接。

检查风扇的转向,在冷却器上标有气流箭头所示方向。

c.主电机根据铭牌上的数值进行主要的电压连接。

6)起动前的冲洗在泵站的A、B出口各设置一压力过滤器,冲洗过滤器的大小应该与液压泵的相关流量相匹配,过滤器的过滤精度为10 u或更高,通过过滤器的压力与流量不应超过过滤器所允许的最大压力与流量。

主油路与马达连接的两端管接头油口用软管连接,组成一回路,使得整个系统都可以被冲洗。

装机功率较小的动力站,应该用最大流量冲洗至少2个小时。

装机功率较大的动力站,冲洗时间应该相应延长。

7)起动步骤a.起动之前清洁度要求—必须对液压系统彻底冲洗,确保系统内部绝对清洁。

—在加注液压油之前再检查系统的清洁度。

管路系统检查—连接部位是否拧紧?—管路系统是否已经清洁?—安装后的管路系统中是否有应力存在?—所有的管路是否根据安装图或布管图布置?电控部件检查—检查电机、控制系统与其他的电气元件的电压是否正确?—手动检查电气元件与监测系统的功能。

对不能正确工作的元件要检查接线是否正确,是否可能人工操作。

向油箱中注油时,检查液位开关与液位计。

b.向系统加注液压油加油之前—检查所用液压油的牌号与质量,不要将不同牌号的液压油混和使用。

—检查装液压油的容器、油箱与软管不要受水或其他物质的污染。

加油要用带过滤器的滤油小车向液压系统加油,滤芯过滤精度为10u 或更高。

未经过过滤的新油也会将污物带入液压系统中,因此一定要通过注油器往油箱中加油。

第一次加油时用肉眼观察,油箱中的液位必须达到距油箱顶部90mm处,同时也可顺便观察液位开关与液位计的功能。

c.初始启动程序注意!—确保驱动系统和被驱动机构处于待命状态,警告相关区域内的所有工作人员起动即将开始。

—不要用有缺陷的工具或控制元件操作动力站。

—易燃物品需远离动力站。

—在起动期间,液压系统内嵌入的污物颗粒将被冲洗出来,因此在整个起动过程中要一直观察过滤器的指示器。

在冷天起动时,由于油液粘度比较大,短时间内有可能会有堵塞指示。

如果系统已经达到工作温度而指示器不能消除,则必须更换滤芯。

第一步起动之前—检查油箱中的液位,油箱中的液位必须达到距油箱顶部90mm 处。

—检查是否有一些液压元件需要添加干净的油液,例如:*通过主泵的放气口R口往油泵里加入干净的油液,直至气体排光,油液溢出;*往马达的泄油口L即D8口(注:泄油口软管的连接与安装马达时的高位泄油口连接)加入干净的油液,直至高位泄油口油液溢出;*通过减速机齿轮箱的呼吸口注入50-70%容积的工业齿轮油;—检查安全设备。

—根据控制概要,检查所有的电气信号是否满足电机启动的条件。

第二步液压泵短时间无负载启动首先要检查液压泵的转向是否正确,不正确的转向回引起液压泵的损坏。

电机上有清楚正确的转向标志。

动力站首先在完全无负载的情况下起动电机。

第三步较长时间液压泵无负载运行液压泵在无负载状态下运行较长一段时间,并通过系统中测压接头排除管路中的空气,直至系统已经稳定,并且可控操作。

—检查油箱中的液位,由于须油液来充满液压系统中的部件,此时需要再次加液压油,使油位恢复到原来的状态。

—检查不正常的噪音与振动。

—根据附带的技术文件中的液压系统图中所标明的数值,检查动力站中一些指定的压力值。

这些压力值在工厂中已经被预先调定通常不需要调节。

—检查泄漏电。

停下电机—纠正以上各点中发现的所有缺陷。

—检查所有的连接、螺栓等,如果必要重新拧紧。

—完成后重新启动。

第四步对液压系统加载当液压系统在无负载情况下的功能已经达到系统所有的技术参数,就可以对系统进行加载了。

—逐渐增加负载,直到获得满意的操作。

—在此过程中,有可能对泵的输出流量进行调整。

—使系统循环往复的工作,直到系统达到正常的工作温度。

第五步检查—检查不正常的噪音或振动。

—检查安全设备的功能。

—检查油箱冷却器控制是否稳定。

—检查泄漏点。

—检查泵的压力设定值。

8)保养有计划地对液压系统进行保养,可以防止液压系统的失效,同时使系统能按规定有效运行。

这种特定的保养程序将取决于设备的特性、设备工作的环境与工作周期以及系统对生产的重要程度。

为了经济地保养周期,建议作寿命周期费用(LCC)分析。

日常检查,投入运行后第一周—油液泄漏—油箱中的液位—工作温度—系统压力—系统性能与总体状况—不正常的噪音—过滤器的污染指示每次起动前的检查—油液泄漏—油箱中的液位—吸油阀是否打开—过滤器的污染指示经常检查—不正常的振动—不正常的噪音—油液泄漏—油箱中的液位—动力站是否比较干净?气流管道是否通畅?—通常的压力值是否稳定?—马达是否运行平稳?—工作温度—过滤器的污染指示预定的保养在特定周期内有计划地保养,包括下列检查和行动:—经常检查中的所有各点—检查所有的压力值—检查系统周围固定的温度值—从动力站排放阀放出的水和泥浆—检查电机—检查监测设备/开关等元件的功能—清洁有污物的区域—检查电线—检查泄油管的流量和泄油管油液状况—检查软管、连接和液压泵,注意是否有裂纹、泄漏等情况发生—通过检查孔检查联轴器9)过滤器滤芯的更换—停止操作并停下电机—逆时针拧下过滤器滤芯筒更换滤芯安装期间注意的是,不要急于将新的滤芯取出以避免染上污物。
