PISTON COOLING
Piston Cooling Valve
After flowing through the filter elements, the main oil flow out of the filter head is routed into the main oil rifle. A small amount of the main oil flow is routed to the piston cooling valve. The piston cooling valve is located in the lower part of the filter head. The valve is normally closed, opening at 19 to 29 PSI. When the valve opens, oil flow into the piston cooling rifle and to the individual piston cooling nozzles.
Cooled oil exiting the elements is directed through the centre of the block to the oil filter head.

The oil pump is located on the front, right side of the block. It is a gear type pump and is driven by the front gear train. The oil pump picks up oil from the sump through a suction tube.

Quantum系统K系列发动机介绍1.Quantum系统K系列发动机2. 康明斯新型Quantum系统K19发动机是为满足美国政府1996年颁布的关于以下市场的排放法规而设计的,它们是:●采矿业●工程机械●伐木业●农业发动机技术规范技术规范3. QSK19为直列式,六缸,四冲程柴油发动机。

采用了涡轮增压和中冷技术,并且配备了一种新型的燃油系统。

以下是它们的技术规范●排量18.9升(1150立方英寸)●缸径159毫米(6.25英寸)●行程159毫米(6.25英寸)●重量1932千克(4256磅)功率输出4. QSK19功率输出范围在525 HP~750 HP。

曲轴9. 曲轴采用典型的康明斯设计方式:锻钢,完全平衡,具有大轴颈。

轴封10. 曲轴油封采用组合式结构设计,用以提高可靠性和对轴的保护。

自动定心曲轴油封带有内侧涂有特氟隆材料的密封唇,这种密封唇不会与轴直接接融。
