每个人的心目中都有属于自己的理想大学：属于大学的甜蜜爱恋、属于大学的自我展现、以及属于大学的悠然生活。
当我们离开懵懂的高中时代，怀着期盼的心情进入那个在脑海中无数次被勾勒的“瑶台仙境”时，你是否会有一丝失望与不满？无数种莫名的感觉，只因为这与我们心目中的大学相差甚远。
作为一个刚进校的大一新生，也许对学校的各个方面不能算是非常了解，但通过半年多的学习生活，总感觉学校没有自己心目中想象的那么完美，最近听说学校新校区将迁建至舟山市临城新区长峙岛，新校区占地规模约800亩，建筑面积约25万平方米，学生规模一万人。
在为学校感到高兴的同时，也希望提出自己的一点建议，我相信在大家共同的努力下，浙江海洋学院终有一天会成为每个人心目中的理想大学。
浙江海洋学院，顾名思义，就是要以海洋为特色进行发展，所以在外部坏境的设计中，很重要的就是依山傍水。
相
信很多来浙江海洋学院的同学都是冲着海洋而来的，但现在的校区因条件限制使我们根本看不到汹涌澎湃的海，更别提听海浪拍打海岸的响声，坐在海滩看日处于日落的场景了。
所以，新校区的设计最好能够依山傍水，让每一个来海院的同学都能欣赏到心往神仪的的大海；其次，在内部环境中，绿化是必不可少的，尽可能保证每个角落都有绿化存在，与此同时，还可以开凿人工河，建造一些人工假山等景观，让同学尽可能感觉到自己非常接近自然；另外，个人觉得除却寝室、教室、图书馆、健身房行政楼等必要建筑外。
还可以增加几个小型水族馆，这样可以让同学在放松心情的同时学到更多关于海洋的知识；教室都应配备到多媒体设备，使课堂效果与气氛达到最好；体育场、游泳馆等要经常为学生开放，并能提供尽可能多的运动器材，使得同学在保证学习的同时也保证身体健康；食堂可以采取错时就餐制，错开不同学院的就餐时间，这样能使食堂在用餐高峰期时不那么拥挤，厕所等那个设备最好使用感应似的。
这样可以确保卫生，同时也能减少浪费；最后，我认为在整体布局上，要遵循“以人为本”的理念，是学生在一个好的环境下学习，成长。
大学，是每个人的梦想，是我们从幼稚走向成熟，从学校走向社会的过度阶段，在我们人生路中起着承上启下的过渡作用。
一个好的大学，或许能改变人的一生。
